Just noticed this Harbor Freight Tools store a week ago, and now have a need to go shopping! Store is almost hidden being far back in the strip mall. Asked how long open? Employee said about 1.5 years! Anyways, I always loved Harbor Freight stores but now don't have to drive to West Monroe. Even better, everything needed was on sale! Dremel blade prices would have been $35 or more each!

Decent tools, great prices. Staff is courteous and always willing and waiting to help you find the tools you need. I look forward to shopping here when I go. They make the experience much better than huge chains that understaff their departments, no names but rhymes with 'ball-cart' lol. Thanks Harbor Freight!

Harbor freight is a very convenient store to find a variety of tools & equipment. However, the sales associate Jessica needs training on how to be professional and mature with all customers. Her rude behavior towards me was as if we had a history. This type of childish antics has no place on the floor of a work site.

I dont shop for tools here. You get what you pay for as far as tools goes. Some things aren't bad. I bought a nice handgun case and ammo boxes.

I’m not sure who answered the phone when I called but I have never in my life felt like i was “inconveniencing” someone to do their job. All I wanted to know was if there were moving blankets in stock and this lady proceeded to ARGUE with me about needing an item number to look up an item in stock. I called the west Monroe location and the gentleman was super nice and looked it up in seconds without the number. Will never shop this location again.

With bad weather approaching. I wanted to invest in a power station. I saw online that the local Harbor Freight had one I liked. At the " Monroe La. store I was all ready to purchase 2 stations with my high interest credit card. When the employee let me know about their no interest credit card for 6 months. I am very happy with my experience. 😊
