Was rear ended during my car wash due to a car getting off track in front of me. The car behind me was pushed into my car 3 times before the employees turned off the car wash. Had to beg the manager write a report and give us corporates phone number. Left with my car still having dirt on it and wasn’t even offered a refund for my horrific experience. Extremely unprofessional by the team, and disappointed with how the people involved were treated. The manager was extremely shady and changing his story while trying to blame us. He tried to tell me there was no damage to my car when there was clear marks from the persons license plate bolts behind me! Letting everyone I know to not to go to this car wash!

Was a member for almost 2 years. The last wash resulted in my driver side mirror completely torn from the car. They denied my claim that I filed with them telling me I had pre-existing damage, but refused to share the video. Oh they did offer a free month as consolation. They also do not validate any cars in the vacuum area have paid for services, likely you are going to fight for a spot against people that live in their cars.

Happy’s Car Wash service is great! My car always looks clean, the price is very affordable, and their monthly subscription is so worth it! They always have plenty of self-vacuum stations available, towels, and even water bottles! The attendant Jasmar was very helpful and everyone is always very kind. Highly recommend for a car wash!

Its nice to be able to wash your car everyday for such a low monthly fee. Especially when you live on a ranch causing your vehicle to be dusty everyday. And all the staff members are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Its a very quick process and I often do it on my break between jobs. They have many supplies to offer rags , vac, cold water, and no cleaning up for the clients or laundry to do afterwards

I've been a very happy customer since they opened! The price is good, the wash is fast but thorough and the free vacuums are a big plus. I am a regular customer at Happy’s Car Wash on Lakeville Hwy. in Petaluma. All of the employees are tremendous. They are polite and helpful. I once had an issue with another customer and Israel handled it with tact and professionalism. I want to give a shout out to the manager, Fernando. He is always positive. The employees are kind; especially Jasmar, Alex and Shahram. The staff always greets me with big smiles and it’s a great feeling! Thank you all for your excellent customer service!

Absolutely love this place! Happy's is the best. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and they look after the car wash with pride and a true sense of ownership. This car wash was a dump before Happy's took it over and invested in modernizing the facilities. Now it is a beloved spot for Petalumalu locals. The vacuums are strong, and they offer rags for cleaning the inside of your car and free mini waters as well. It's just all around great! I love having a membership so I can drive through the gate with no fuss, no muss. I stop by two or three times a month to wash my car and find the monthly subscription to be well worth it. It is conveniently located off the 101 and next to a gas station as well.

Just got back from this car wash to wash off a bunch of berries from the tree I parked under. Got the $19 wash. Got home and looked at it and it doesn't look like it was cleaned at all. All of the berries and the juice from them are still all over my car. Total waste of money. Just spend the money at a full service place.

It was $25 bucks and I was allowed to go through as many times as I needed to get all the turkey crap off my car (there was an excessive amount). Alex was super friendly helping me out and all 3 times I had to go through was fast and easy! Now that I've turned in that rental I'm for sure getting a membership.

The associates are very friendly and all wear smiles. The free vacuuming station is a nice touch. However, our car was not cleaned at all by the drive-thru wash, beyond maybe a spotty rinse. I didn't get any of the upgraded options I paid for, including a wheel wash and a wax (which I'm glad for, considering how much dust and bird poo was left on the car). I wish I could say maybe it was an off day for them. However, as a first experience, I will unfortunately not be returning here when there are other reliable alternatives.

And they usually throw in a wet dash wipe and air freshener. Plus free vacuums and towels to dry off your car!

First off, the employees are very friendly and helpful, and do a good job - which says a lot - given they are probably not paid much but still have really positive attitudes! The unlimited monthly plan for ~$21/month is a great value these days, and the free vacuums/bottled water are definitely something you don't see in most places! That being said, the wash itself could use some work. I've been coming here for the last 6+ months, and I can't help but notice that my car is just not very clean after going through... The dryer doesn't seem to do a very good job of actually drying, so your car is usually still pretty wet afterwards (hello, water spots). And the brush - or whatever it is - that you go under right before the dryer, doesn't do anything at all! It just spins in place and doesn't seem to have a purpose... Like I mentioned, the employees and the value of the monthly plan are both great. But the auto wash itself is what needs improvement. I remember that the wash closed down for a couple days not too long ago, but what was actually done? 🤔
