I got robbed. $12 wash that didn't even include a spray down before they hit the car with the rotating brushes. Automatically and repeatedly pushed my car into the one waiting in the dryer.

The monthly wash deal here is really good (15$) for the most basic plan. It doesn't get the car perfectly clean but it does for the most part and considering the convenience it definitely is worth it. Wash time is about a minute. I bring my own towel bc the car doesn't get fully dry overall. Not a big deal considering the price and the wash is very fast. They provide a towel but if you bring your own it is definitely better bc the towel they provide is relatively small. My only complaints are they should be open earlier (the wash area opens at 10). Also, they should tell you to fold your side mirrors in especially if you have automatic mirrors. My side mirrors got folded completely the opposite direction (thankfully not broken) on my first visit bc I didn't fold my side mirrors in something that isn't on their sign of things to do before the was process begins. Since then I do fold them in and there hasn't been a repeat issue. Great overall though. The employee who signed me up was also super busy and still really nice.

I've been going to Happy Bubble for a couple of months now and I'm happy with the services I receive every time I visit I'm greeted by polite personnel. I want to give a shout out to Benjamin! He is always professional and friendly. He also it the only employee that consistently pre-sprays my vehicle in it's entirety. He said if it was his vehicle he would want to keep it Looking pristine too. His attention to detail and positive attitude are what keep me coming back time and time again! Thank you Benjamin for your hard work, I look forward to seeing you again!

The car wash itself does an okay job, but you'll end up having to dry and spot clean your car with the towel they provide. The limit to use their vacuum is 5 minutes, but good luck getting a spot to use them. Apparently, they allow customers to sit in their cars for an undetermined amount of time, causing them to block the spaces for other cars that need to use them.

The employees they get for this car wash are great! I don’t remember they’re names but there was one guy with curly hair and another named Benjamin I think. Anyway they are the best customer service guys I’ve ever experienced at a car wash or anywhere within the last 3 years! You know what I’m talking about. It seems like after the shutdown no one remembers how to treat a customer. I mean how hard is it to smile and say have a great day?! But these guys get it. Honestly the car wash itself is oooook but I will continue to be a member here because of the attendants!

I paid 20$ for my car to not be fully cleaned. The run through the wash was the shortest my car had ever been in and did not get the dried pollen or bird poop off. The vacuum was nice but didn't really work on dog hair. 0/10 would not recommend.

Shame on them... I recently purchased a new car and went in to transfer my monthly service. The person working there forced me to cancel my old account, which had 3 weeks left, and he refused to transfer, credit, or refund it. Despite being the perfect customer, paying monthly fees for the last 3 years but only using the car wash about once every two months, I will not be continuing my business with them due to their poor business tactics. My wife uses Soapy Joe's and loves them so hopefully I have better experience.

Had been going there for over a year, everything was great. Took my car through the wash, car got stuck somehow and pulled an entire part off my car. Then I got gaslighted into thinking it was my fault. Definitely canceling my membership

Awful car wash. I did not realize how bad it was all these years until I went elsewhere. The wash is short and they only supply one cloth to dry and that's a problem because the car comes out soaked. It doesn't remove any bird droppings or clean the back of the car at all. Best to go to Soapy Joes for the same price and they have multiple locations. Don't even get me started on the vacuum cleaners that barely work!

There is a new man who has been working for about 1 or 2 months ( aprox ), He doesn't answer when I say good morning or when you say hello, he doesn't know anything about customer service, they should train him better. It's uncomfortable to go wash the car with those kinds of people there the other guy's offer a lot much better customer service. He's today Monday 11, 2025.

I went there on Monday 11/10/25 and paid for the express wash (cheapest $12) at the machine, and then the Mexican man working there, offered me other extra services and asked for a “tip in cash”. When I said “I don’t have cash” he didn’t believe and said “that’s dangerous”. He just wanted me to pay in cash for extra services that HAVE to be paid at the machine. HE IS STEALING MONEY from the company. Disgusting. Not coming back. On top of that, the service is very poor.
