I have been patronizing this establishment for 2 months. First few washes were awesome. I drive from Fayetteville to patronize this business. Today I paid them $55. I had to spend an hour recleaning the glass. Additionally, they did not wash the vehicle good. I spent 20 minutes with $25 per bottle 3 in 1 ceramic wax to remove ladybugs fromn suspect wash. Also, they did not clean the interior glass. They left dust behind tv console and they failed to wipe down the maple in front of the arm rest. Pathetic service. BIG

When I say the service was great I came for my window tint and my car smelled like smoke I ask Gino can he get the smell out he said I got you and he differently did what he said. Thanks so much Gino carwash I’m so grateful.

I found this car wash doing a random search nearby me and I'm so happy I found them!! They were so very thorough and patient in servicing my vehicle right, which is how I prefer it! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They gave us our car back looking beyond stunning!! Thank you Gino, Zack and Jane!! You've gained a new customer! Great job everybody!! Best Hand Car Wash in town! Family owned and operated. Gino is awesome! Prices are reasonable and the results are great. If the weather is nice on the weekend, get there early or you may have longer than normal wait times. I drive from Atlanta because the experience is so good and am always reminded why it's so much better than the drive through washes I use when I don't have the time to make the trip.

What a great place to bring your dirty vehicle to. Cost about the same as a full service car wash but the attention to details is impeccable. Staff is friendly. GINO'S took about 45 minutes processing my HRV. This six year old vehicle has not looked this good since it was new. Altogether great experience with no down side. Easy in and out. See Gino!!!

Best car wash in the area i come here atleast once a week and Josh ALWAYS make me remember why i choose Ginos . He does a very great job detailing and cleaning . He has great customer service and always goes above and beyond for my car. If there is something i didn’t catch he will make sure he catch it and get it done for me . Keep up the great work Josh I’ve already told all my family and friends about Josh and to ask for him when arriving

Terrible service I hired a full service and when I picked up my car the windows were still just as dirty, the console was still dirty, everything was wrong, a very bad experience, I will not return to the place

Took my wife's truck up today very dirty job was actually decent HOWEVER we had a Yeti, expensive flashlight and jewelry missing afterwards ( car charger oddly also) Tipped 1 guy $73 (unintentionally) and another $40 for a decent job theft and no tire shine. SUPER DISAPPOINTED 😞

Many years ago, I had a ‘99 Tahoe, chrome wheels, step bars and details. I had the hardest time finding a place on this side of town that could keep my baby sparkling, inside and out. That is, until I found Gino’s. Back then, I rolled out of there looking like a brand new penny, every time. Fast forward, I still trust Gino’s with my beauties. This is the only place, besides the dealership, that keeps my current beauty in tip top condition. The level of attention to detail that both Josh and Gino take with my black beauty, shows, every time. I now roll out the lot looking like a brand new mirror on wheels. Yes, you can see your reflection as I drive by :) Because I do value full transparency, I will say that I’ve only had 1 less than stellar customer service experience which I chalk up to a “work in progress” and 1 less than perfect finished product, which was an exception, not the rule. But these 2 incidents were only 2 in many many years of patronizing Gino’s. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Gino’s and team. Thanks Guys!

Went here last week and am very disappointed. Really didn’t seem like they tried to actually clean my truck at all. Did the bare minimum. When people take their hard earned money some place they want to be satisfied. Attention to detail is how you get recurring business. I will not be back but some advice would be to have every body on the same page because I may have dealt with an employee who doesn’t take pride in his work and expect tips.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I bought a brand new 2023 camaro only had it two weeks. I went to get a hand wash from GINO'S. My paint was scratched extremely bad. I mentioned it immediately when my car was being dryed off. Everyone seemed confused as to where the damage came from. I asked for the owner's information but my number was taken down. I was told GINO would call me in two days in reference to the damages. He never called me to repair the paint. I made several attempts to speak to the owner. He did not call me back which is why I'm suing this establishment. I had to get a LAWYER and file a POLICE report. I'm disappointed in the owners actions for accountability. Please do not go here I just wanted the damages fixed and never received a phone call over a month. If I could give this car wash a 0 I would please save your car from being damaged. I attached photos of the damages to my brand new car. I will get actions!!!!

Just left this establishment and I am VERY disappointed. I have taken all of my vehicles here to have them professionally cleaned. I have not had a problem until today. I don’t know who they had working today but they were busters trying to make money but no work. How can a car be cleaned, shining, smelling good but you don’t use the products. You just took a rag and wiped the car out. So sad. Please don’t take your car here. It is a hit or miss. Pass right on by or you will be disappointed. I still have cobwebs where they say they cleaned it.

I’ve been going to this Car Wash for a little bit over a year. They have always done a decent job for the price. Today I went and they informed me that they have to charge me additional, due to me having a dog. I believe this was only brought up due to me having our dog with me the last time I received a car wash. With the 2x that I’ve been coming here monthly over a year, they have never said anything about there being a dog hair issue prior. Ok...🤔 The dilemma came when they TOLD me, how much I was going to pay for the services they felt I needed. I didn’t agree. I have a Maltese that doesn’t shed much and does not even ride in our car often. I asked them to provide the service that they normally provide for the price I’ve been charged and I’ll be happy like I normally am. No extra work needed. Nope that wasn’t an option. So I went around the corner received the same service for the same price with NO up charge. No complaints and great customer service! You guys lost me as a customer not because of the additional charge but due to how you all handle it. Rude and unprofessional. If handle with customer appreciation for being a loyal and a great tipping customer, the up charge would have be understood moving forward. But know, you let me walk away with know care and affords on keeping our business. Customer’s like to know that they are appreciated and understood. Pray your business the best. Randomly found this place and glad I did. Reasonable prices. Service was quick/decent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. S/O to the guy who helped put my seat covers on as well! Would def recommend. They did a great job shampooing my carpet and got things done in a good time.
