$30 for a the worst car wash ever… my car was barely dirty.. Just needed to be vacuumed and a quick wipe down so I got a #1 with all the add on’s to ensure it all got done well(so I thought)... I’m 9 months pregnant and I could’ve done a better job vacuuming and wiping it down. Definitely won’t be going back. Unfortunately google is not letting me add pictures.

I’ve been coming to this place since I move to Hamilton with both my vehicle and my wife’s. Never have I walk away happy with the quality. I pay for the highest package and yet my car is still wet on the inside and various dirt marks. The staff treat every vehicle and service package the same. The very worst. Better off taking your business somewhere else or doing it yourself.

They always rush, why pay for the highest car wash package when they barely clean your car correctly & last time I was there on Friday there was barely any soap on my car when I went to speak to the owner he said there was nothing wrong Won’t be returning!

Terrible experience! My car is still dirty. Paid extra for tire shining which was a soap liquid and the tires are still matted. The “head honchoes” looked me dead in my face and didn’t budge to say hello- or offer a smile. No, have a nice day. Just was not courteous enough to ask if I needed anything as I continued to browse around the show room. I don’t like racial profiling but the lady that was sitting reading a paper next to the lady who checked me out extended her welcome to another person behind not of ethnic skin color. **** my car is completely dirty and my mats are wet and semi clean. Vacuum service is mediocre - crumbs front , back and and my dashboard wasn’t wiped. Why pay extra if the employees aren’t going the extra mile or even the bare minimum. No one told me my car was done I was just waiting and they left the door open. If I haven’t paid any attention I would’ve been waiting for x amount of minutes. Just awful expensive and waste of money. I recommend you go elsewhere

Great car wash. Nice owners and staff. We even take our exotics rental cars through this car wash. They have neo glide foam so we never have any scratches or swirl marks.

Yea, no. This is not an acceptable job. I don’t go out of my way to give bad reviews but I’m shocked at how bad this was. The sloppiness it takes to spray this much on the headliner. Seats and mats were also dripping. This all happened while the staff was finishing at the end. Wish I read all these bad reviews, I would have gone elsewhere. $24.50 for a terrible job! Prices have increased but quality declined. Have been coming here for years, not anymore. I didn’t expect a detailed cleaning, but at least a good vacuum and wipe. Don’t waste your money!!

We have been using Hamilton Car Wash (NeoGilde) for years. It is conveniently located, usually there is no significant wait to talk about, the staff is courteous, the prices are low, and the business hours are decent. Hamilton Car Wash is also open on Sundays. During the current pandemics situation, only one washing option is available ($20.99 with tax). SAVE SOME MONEY IN THIS INFLATION! DO NOT GO HERE! They are always in rush and they don't do a good job. In Full service they provide interior cleaning which is just for the sake of writing it on the board. They have board saying they won the best Car wash award in Year 2020. I want to know who gave that award. They should have their name in Guinness world record book for the fastest interior cleaning without cleaning interiors. They literally cleaned my car in 15-30 secs. I took some pictures after they cleaned my car. My advice just go to Quick check gas station pay $1 for self vacuuming you will do much better job which I ended up going from this car wash.

I came there. I spent $25 to have the full service. You didn't wipe down any of the radio any of the dashboards you left it. Wet inside the car, including in the door mats. I had to wipe the car down myself. And your people in the back seem to look at you like they wanted tips. So what are you supposed to tip from the front end? The back is that how you operate the place? Because you didn't clean the inside of my car and it was wet in places. You sprayed that you never even hand dried. And i'm very disappointed

I see a lot of bad reviews, but my experience was pretty good. I noticed a lot of people saying it’s always busy and it seemed like the work was rushed, but during my visit there was only one car ahead of me. The wash itself was very good and I noticed they washed my mats off which I’ve never seen any other car wash do before. Only bad thing I noticed was there was some cleaning liquid droplets on my seats but after an hour it was all dried up and looked like nothing was there. No complaints for me, but I’m sure if it were busy I might not have gotten the same result and that’s to be expected with a rush you won’t be able to do the best job.

Paid $25, the car came out with dirty spots on the roof and rear window. Ask the person who briefly dried the car with a towel what the spots were, he said, “What do you mean, what is that, it didn't come Off” I just walked away and lost my $25—poor customer service.

This place sucks. Left the seats dripping wet, car still had dirt all over it. Wast of money. Worst of all there's now 4 spots on my hood that the paint is discolored. They clam to ha e nothing to do with it. However its wasn't there when I woke up and got in the car, and drove directly to this place. The owner Chris saw a few pine needles in the hood and said it was tree sap. But I have 3 other cars parked in my driveway all sharing the same parking spots and only 1 car has this happen. Total BS. I would be happy to pay $25 for a good car wash but you won't get that here. This post is only out of frustration chek me I never post about anything. DON'T GO HERE you car will never forgive you if you do!

This place has seriously gone downhill — don’t waste your money here. I paid $25 for a car wash that was supposed to include vacuuming and interior cleaning, and the job was completely unacceptable. The vacuuming was poorly done — dirt and crumbs were still clearly visible — and my dashboard and center console were never even touched. For $25, I expect at least the basics to be done right. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.
