I didn’t really have a pleasant experience here I took my car here today and when I got back home I notice 2 paint peeling spots on my front bumper that was not there before and I paid $19 for the wash not to mention it also came with not only a clear coat protection but a triple foam wax and my car is already dirty and I only been cruising on the highway for a good 20 minutes and the previous car wash I been to when I ordered just the wax my paint stayed clean for like a good 3 days to a whole week and not to mention there’s water spots on the back of the car which the blowers should be able to dry almost the entire exterior of the car so not really the best experience for me hopefully you guys can send me something so I can get my money back

This place is horrible. Every time I come it’s always closed even when the website says it’s open. What makes it better is that all they do is tell you to call to hear the concern and when you call nobody ever pick up 02/05/2025 Past by today again to get a wash but of course they are closed again after passing daily. This is a disgrace of a place and takes money without any consequences

Hi, we had our Odyssey there on Saturday for a full detailing (interior and exterior ). The outside looks amazing almost like a bran new car but the inside 👎🏻 they could off done so much better. The seats were not cleaned so when I picked up i told them and they cleaned them but I honestly think that they were not really cleaned. They missed some spots, the some of the windows had some missing spots as well and the one from the back was definitely not cleaned at all. Also they were supposed to put some of this deodorant things and didn’t get not even one. I will be leaving some pictures as proof, and like i said they could off done so much better for the price. We paid $280!!!

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Half of the equipment in the car wash doesn’t work, so your car doesn’t get cleaned. The car always comes out filthy. Even when I pay extra for the “VIP” cleaning like in this photo, it comes out looking filthy. I reached out to them multiple times and asked if they’re going to fix the broken equipment and they either do not respond or don’t care. Multiple times I have gone to this car wash and the car comes out so dirty that I then immediately go across the street and pay another $16 to have the car actually cleaned at Valet Auto Wash. I find it funny that they keep responding to all of the horrible reviews on here telling people to reach out to them but when you reach out to them, they never respond. If you want people to reach out to you should provide the contact information you would like us to communicate to you with because the people on the phone and the people we email do not care. Edit: They have since upgraded the car wash and it cleans the cars much better but now you can only go once every eight days instead of once every seven days. When I bought the car I was told I could go once a week and it’s no longer true.

They destroyed my radio with water damage, 12 volt plug as well. Took them over a month to replace my radio abs spray paint my trim that they destroyed with some type of acid cleaner. Please for the love of your car don’t go here. They refused to fix al of the trim, or give me back my money. They kid that ruined my car still works there. Awful people work here, they at first tried to play it off as nothing happened. The manager drove my car and gave it to me like that. How awful

We had a car wash pass and didn’t notice that it closes by 4:00 pm. There was no sign that is showing they are closed, the computer system was still accepting payments and opened the gate automatically. We got trapped right after passing the gate and only by buying another ticket we could get out. It’s very unprofessional that they don’t hesitate to shut down the system out of business hours.

Had an excellent experience getting a full detail on my SUV today. The car 5 y/o car looks brand new (it was QUITE dirty inside). I am thrilled w. the results and communication w. staff. Will definitely be bringing our other cars in the future.

has someone happened the same thing with their rims? please check them out. Yesterday I went to the car wash 09-09-24 and I notice this happened to my rims. The machines are always under maintenance and are closed every single time; when I go to wash my car something makes a sound when they are cleaning the tires, this had to have damaged my rims. I will make a complaint to the car wash or someone leave a number to call them.

Machines to get in never works. I get stuck everytime and it always causes a huge line. Dryers suck and leave your car still wet. Wouldn’t recommend. Go pay the $11 a month for the place on 33.

They really need to fix the machines that issue receipts for credit cards.It's not the first time I'm unable to get one. And had to 20 minutes to try and get one. But no one behind a counter could help me and I was going to be late for work and could not wait any longer.Very disappointing.

Very unsatisfied. For $185 you think they would have at least cleaned my driver seat. This was supposed to be a full interior detail, instead this was a quick vacuum, air freshener spray, and a wipe of armor all. They run the car through the car wash but it’s still dirty. They were nice enough to run it through again but it was no better. Save your money and do it yourself, would not recommend this place.

We paid for unlimited washes when we purchased our Pilot. Every time we go through it is never done thoroughly. The brushes never touch the back window or the back of the car. We ALWAYS have to dry all the windows when we leave. If we hadn’t already paid for the service we would certainly go elsewhere!

As others have reported, hours of operation are very unreliable. Don’t rely on google because even if it says open, it won’t be. Also no point calling them as no one will pick up. I have been there twice and both times they were closed. They complain about weather and how it is not safe for them to operate below 30 but then why other car washes are operational. They probably need to upgrade their equipment. I don’t recommend them.

I’ve been going to the car wash for years car Went today and my car was still dirty when it came out and the blowers at the end didn’t even dry any of my left side. I’ve read a lot of these reviews and they’re terrible. I think Honda needs to put more money into their car wash and have satisfied customers.

The absolute FIRST AND LAST time going to the Hamilton Car Wash and Detail center. The entire front of my car was untouched, the pre-soak was ALMOST non-existent, the back of my car was almost completely untouched, my rear window was only clean where my wiper swipes, the self drying blowing area left crazy amounts of water on my car especially over the front windshield, the entire car had water spots all over the entire car, I had to get out and wipe down the front windshield so I could see through all of the spotting and since it was just days after the roads were all salted the water spots were 100% completely visible. Trying to post pictures to show spotless detail cloths used to wipe down the front and rear of my car.

Used them today for the first time. Very unhappy. I purchased the highest priced wash which was to include wheel wash wheel shine etc. l left with several scratches on the front of my brand new car. And the tire rims were still dirty and definitely no shine. Never using them again.
