Even though they were not able to fix my car because NJM totaled it, K & H auto is one of the best, communicative, and friendly repair shops I have dealt with. Rocco and the team were there for all my questions and willingness to explain things no matter what! I had my car towed 50 plus miles to their shop and it was worth it. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a simple repair, or like me, getting hit by someone in a car accident. Very professional and easy to work with.

Highly wouldn't recommend coming here and if you think about bringing your car here think twice. They kept on ordering wrong parts over and over and kept me waiting 2 and half months for a repair that should have only not even take a month. And kept just making excuses up either with parts, or blaming the insurance even though they ordered the wrong part not once, but two times. As well as they said they "paint matched" my car which is very hard to see because doesn't look close to the same. And they told me all these different days my cars would be done, but kept on backing it up week by week. And also wanted to add on I have a camera in my car and recorded the man driving my car fast multiple times pushing the limits and giving it gas. And also wanted to add on they told me they would clean my car and wash it when I pick it up, but it was nothing but filthy everywhere and dusty inside and out and I'm 100 percent positive that the car was cleaner the day it got brought in on the tow truck. Also stated they are an Audi certified body shop, but kept on ordering the wrong parts. And honestly wish I could give a 0 stars if that was an option.

I can't say enough good things about the incredible experience we had at K&H. From the moment we walked in the door, the communication was outstanding. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Rocco, in particular, was an absolute pleasure to work with. That guy really knows his stuff, and he went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied. The work they did on our VW was nothing short of incredible - the car looks better than it did when we first bought it! Honestly, we'll be coming back to K&H for any of our future needs. When I picked up my free courtesy rental after dropping my car off at K and H Auto which had to be re-repaired because K and H had botched the original job from four months ago and then tried to blame me for the issues that had arisen which Princeton Mercedes dealership had completed a thorough inspection and warranted that K and H Auto failed to do the proper work and alignment necessary for my suspension, Jon Perugo at K and H Auto had specifically said to me that my car would be rapidly looked at, fixed and returned to me that same afternoon in a couple of hours. This did not happen. Instead it took them several days to complete the repair and not only until after I inquired about my car was I then told that it would be done that same day which ended up being almost a week later. Had I known that my car was going to take a week for repair I would have transferred all pertinent items from my car into the rental such as my ez pass. Jon Perugo should not tell customers that that they will receive their car in an hour or two that same day if that is not going to be true. Not only was this not true, additionally he failed to keep me abreast on any and all updates about my car even though I would call them on the daily basis. K and H Auto held my car hostage for a week while keeping me wondering what was happening to my car and why my car was not returned to me that same day as promised. To to me that is very unprofessional and to receive this email in the aftermath is undeniably rude and without accountability for their actions. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, as well as posting a Google review to let everyone know what kind of company this is.

A+++ for service. We stopped there on reco from the MB dealer down the street. A w/end accident dented the hood & the "open hood" warning was on throughout. And a drive back to NH needed to happen. K&H received us very quickly, advised us & did a 'quick fix' (with a bunch of warnings about safety, etc) to disable the warning (&the noise) and get us on our way. And no payment was accepted, except to stay safe on our drive back to NH. Super people. Quick. Efficient. Great Customer Experience. Thank you.

I’m responding to your comments on behalf of my other email, as am not able to respond to your reply. I want to address the issues raised in your reply and clarify some key points that were left out. First, the vehicle in question is an Audi S5 with the Black Optic package, which is a sportier version with specific features. The only modification made was to the grille, which you were fully aware of. Contrary to your claim, the grille was never broken when I initially brought it in. The clip was damaged by your team during the disassembly process, which made the grille unusable. You returned the damaged grille to me and clearly marked the broken clip in green, so there’s no confusion about what happened.(Below is included a picture of the car before going to the shop) In addition, the front desk representative I worked with specifically mentioned that there would be no issue in ordering the same grille, even expressing that the aftermarket grille looked better than the original. He preferred it himself, which is why I instructed you to use it. It’s hard to understand why that became an issue when we were clear about it from the start. Regarding the parts you’ve ordered: as an Audi Certified Collision Center, I expect a much higher standard of knowledge and service. On multiple occasions, you’ve ordered the wrong parts. For example, you first ordered a rocker molding for a coupe, then one for a a5 , and after several weeks of delays, you finally sourced the correct part from eBay, which hardly seems in line with the high standards of a certified Audi certified body shop . It’s concerning that a certified shop didn’t even know the difference between an Audi S5 and an RS5, considering the vehicle was entirely stock, aside from the grille. Now, regarding the dashcam footage: I have clear video evidence showing your technician driving my car recklessly accelerating, revving the engine, and speeding around the parking lot. The footage is easily visible and captures the exact moment when this behavior occurred. A reputable repair shop should have no issue with a dashcam running while servicing a vehicle, as it only protects both the customer and the shop. So, it's baffling that this incident even occurred and that you seem to dismiss it. The footage is undeniable, and there's no reason I should have to bring this up personally when the evidence is already there. And the only reason the dash cam was there was for my son’s safety when he drives. As for the delays, I understand that sourcing issues happen, but your shop's inability to meet deadlines and the lack of communication surrounding those delays left me disappointed and frustrated. You claim the insurance company delayed the claim, but I was constantly left in the dark about the progress of the repairs, and the final completion was far more extended than expected, without any meaningful updates on the status. I came to your shop with high hopes after hearing positive feedback about the previous owners. However, it’s clear that the new management has drastically changed the experience for the worse. Regretfully, I will not recommend your services to anyone, and I will make sure others are aware of the issues I’ve faced. You claim that this review is "vindictive" however I assure you, it’s based on the truth of my experience. If you wish to address this further, I suggest we do so in a manner that reflects a professional resolution, not a defensive response. Respectfully, Artur

Rocco, Basit and Shah jee did an amazing work on my vehicle. I got hit by a deer and the driver side got damaged. They not only ensured that my car looked perfect after the work was done (if not better) but also made the insurance process a breeze. Even though it took much longer than expected for my vehicle to be repaired but it was mainly due to parts being on backlog and the car being german. not a fault of body shop. Terrible service don’t recommend here at all. This is how I got the car and wasn’t even cleaned like they promised and now their is also scuffs all over my trim and rear seats. And when I opened the trunk I found this just sitting there. And I don’t know what kind of silly business they run, but I would have never return a car like this to a customer. As well as always orderd wrong parts for the car even though they are Audi certified dealer. And lastly I have a camera in the car and it recorded how they were going to get alignment done and on the way to a different shop showing the guy driving super fast and giving gas. So once again like my son said below wish I could give it 0 stars and highly don’t recommend this place.

Great experience! Very professional. Jon and the team fixed my vehicle on time. I didn’t have to wait too long and after the repair was done I can’t even tell something’s been done to it. That is how good they are. Customer service is tip top. The shop is clean and team is friendly. Very knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend for luxury cars repair and maintenance.
