Enjoyed this car wash, it’s in a great location for me. It has new, up-to-date equipment that cleaned my car nicely for a reasonable price. Staff was friendly; one spent time explaining to me the different options available & which wash would work best for me! Might even pick up the monthly membership package with my next wash.

The pay kiosk is so far away that you have to open your door to use it. But in the process of trying to get close, I scraped the wheel of my 1 week old new car on the curb. Lots of black marks and scrape marks, so I am not the first. On the other side(passenger side) there is a plastic yellow guard. My guess is that the drivers side one got knocked off and was just never replaced. Just a case of not caring from management.

Great guys working here! I had some stubborn grime all over my car and Chris and his coworker made sure to get it cleaned before letting me leave, he sent me back around and gave it a hand wash to ensure it came off properly. The dog wash is a great addition too! I’ll be back!

Can’t give it 5 stars only because my car needed a good scrub and unlike other places it didn’t get all off the dirt off the exterior. It was a quick wash due to short amount of time to get it. I liked the options to vacuum, also really loved the option of using compressed air to thoroughly get a good vacuum. Nice location easy to access.

He young guys there need more experience, he took the paint off from my car. I chose the highest option they have to take care of my car, but i ended with some paint off. He was pointing the first hit for pressure washer on my car.

Amazing place!! Luis took his time and made sure to do the prewash carefully to remove all of the bugs on my front bumper (and it was a lot). I came in pretty late but he got everything back out so I could vacuum and wipe down my car. Luis had a smile on his face and an amazing attitude! I will absolutely go back here 🤩

TERRIBLE, Although normally a pleasant experience cleaning the car. The staff continues to turn the brushes off and therefore the hood, windshield and top of my car hasn't been getting cleaned. My husband drove through a second time, was told that the top brushes were on, BUT THEY WERE STILL NOT TURNED ON. PEOPLE BE CONSCIOUS of getting what you pay for or getting taken for your money. If you don't pay attention you could be paying for a $25 car wash and only getting a $12 wash. Miss prettier don't even pay attention to what is going on when they are going through the wash. TIME to WAKE UP and PAY ATTENTION!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. My Jeep was damaged—specifically, the windshield was broken—back in April while going through their carwash. Despite the worker admitting fault, having a police report filed and returning four separate times to resolve the issue, nothing has been done. The owner is consistently unavailable, and the staff have shown little to no concern. They have not returned my calls or made any effort to follow up. I would strongly caution others: if you value your vehicle and customer service, consider going elsewhere.

This review isn’t about the facility itself, but whoever handles the actual business / billing side. I had a membership at the Independence Blvd & Carolina beach road location in Wilmington, which recently closed and merged with the location on Oleander in Wilmington. Because I don’t live near there, I went there in person and canceled it. A few days later, my credit card that I had on file with h2 turbo (which had been canceled already) was billed by whatever car wash company is now in the location on Carolina Beach Rd and Independence Blvd. Why are you sharing credit card info with another business without asking? This is the only email h2 provided in regards to it closing, and no where does it mention or ask about giving your credit card info to another company. Do better.

I had a great experience. I was concerned that the rails of the machine would scrape my rims. They did not. The prewash helped get all the bugs off. Most of all, the presented membership plan was a deal I could not resist.

We live locally and saw that the car wash up the road from us had changed ownership. Previously H2wash and now MAXD I believe. We went around 6:30PM (late- sorry!) and had an absolutely amazing experience. They took the time to prewash the car before going into the car wash and were handing out towels to detail your car. Cleaning products were provided. Free vacuum after your wash. we paid 8$!! very reasonable and affordable. Will definitely be going back! Thank you for your attention to detail :)
