This H.E.Bâs floral Department is phenomenal. The staff is amazing, aways greet you with a smile and will always take the time to help you meet your needs. I would choose their floral arrangements over any other in town. Great service! Great work!đđ

I go to this H-E-B practically every day and the service is usually great but today I had a bad experience with a worker there. I was just trying to cash a money order, but the worker there had other intentions and decided to be mean for no reason. I do not know what she thought I was trying to do but she needed to chill out. It was a $30 money order that I had previously gotten from this exact H-E-B. Anyway, I had to drive to Walmart and they cashed it no problem. So Walmart got my business today.

I had a horrible experience with a cashier named Candide during my recent visit to H-E-B. He was rude, dismissive, and acted in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of providing basic customer service, his attitude made the entire checkout process uncomfortable and frustrating. This is not the level of service I expect from H-E-B. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how customers are being treated at this location. I had a truly disappointing experience at H-E-B due to the unprofessional conduct of a manager named Lupita. The way she treats and speaks to her employees in front of customers is completely unacceptable. It was uncomfortable and honestly disgusting to witness. As a customer, I expect not only to be treated respectfully myself but also to see staff treated with basic decency. Itâs disheartening to see someone in a leadership role behave this way. H-E-B usually sets a higher standard, but this visit made me question that. I hope upper management looks into how this location is being run and takes the appropriate steps to ensure a more professional and respectful work environmentâfor both employees and customers.

I love this store so very much Im there shopping almost everyday I hate that I even have to submit this complaint About a partner but being that I saw she is a manger she should treat customers with more respect after all we are there giving our business, I asked for help in the cosmetic department and she was very dismissive and even turned her back to me her name was melissa after about 10 min waiting for help she was so rude , I had to walk around and find another partner who was so kind and helpful even gave me tips on how to use the hair dye , if it wasnât for Maris assistance that day I would have not had a good experience, please speak with management about how they treat others , and thank you to the wonderful partner Mari for making me walk out content after being so rudely serviced .

I've been here 30 years and have never seen this location get a proper update like the one on Morgan and Expressway. I have no idea what's going on but someone in Harlingen hates this HEB. This poor HEB only ever has the budget for crappy paint job. This community deserves to beautify its HEB too:/

Busy busy busy!!!!! Are the words I can make for HEB but in a good way. They have a curbside that is new that you can purchased your item ahead of time from a friendly helpful employees that brings the grocery to your vehicle. Also HEB includes their own gas station and a automatic car wash when you want to have your vehicle clean and filled on the go... Friendly people and clean environment that makes wanna come to shop everyday..

No service from the butcher. If it isn't on display in the cooler it's too much of a bother to check if in stock and certainly too troublesome to prepare. After watching the HEB commercials regarding service to customers I was shocked at the butcher's attitude.

This is my heb, my love, my home. This heb is way better than Morgan and the expressway heb. Feels very authentic and doesn't try too hard to forget it's roots like the other two. Nice staff and even nicer layout. Has a variety of amazing food and the sushi here is the best honestly. I will always protect this heb with everything I have. organic heb.

Absolutely unacceptable â do better, H-E-B. On December 14th I walked into my local H-E-B & was asked if I would like a sample of a pie. We then purchased that pie from H-E-B and discovered visible mold when we got home. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable for a store that claims to prioritize quality and freshness. Mold doesnât just âhappen overnightâ â this points to poor rotation, storage, or quality control. This isnât just disappointing, itâs dangerous. People trust H-E-B with their familiesâ food, and situations like this destroy that trust. Finding mold in a sealed product is inexcusable. H-E-B needs to take responsibility, tighten their quality control, and do better. Customers shouldnât have to inspect desserts like theyâre lab samples. I am feeling sick to my stomach and monitoring my health, I will also be waiting for a personal apology.
