cut was ok but the price is outrageous for a scissor cut that takes all of 10-15 minutes. $22 comes out to at leas $100 an hour.

Not a good looking cut. One side is cut to the scalp and the back is shaved too close as well.

I have usually used Great Clips in Post Falls, Idaho. Always a good cut but when my favorite stylist transfered I choose to take a five minute detour on my way home from work. Kim is always a kick and never forgets my extra details. Valley Plaza, Spokane Valley, WA

Great haircut this time. But dam the cost of $24 plus tip, and this is everywhere, for a 5-10 min simple haircut is crazy. The other thing I dont like is the online or fb discounts dont hardly ever work. Same franchise. Why not make coupons universal?

Service was fast, place was clean, and staff were friendly. Sadly, the woman who did my hair just...failed. I got to great clips fairly regularly just to get a quick wash and style before an event. I had a picture of my hair last time. We talked about ringlets, beach curls, etc. she ended up working on all this volume and spending way too much time "curling" the hair to end up with no curl. My hair normally holds curl well. It wasn't a complex style - just curling iron and set. I don't know what she did, but it ended up terrible. I think it looks trashy. Nothing like the picture or what we discussed. And $100 for the privilege of a bad style. We were doing family photos today. It was embarrassing going with just a mess of hair. Pictures are of me with my normal style and the 2nd picture is what I was sent away with today
