I'm on a tight budget and splurged to get this. Was upset that I could only tip an extra $5. The workers there were diligent and respectful. As if they owned the business, the level to detail. ....my 1st ever car wash review, but I'd be remiss not to give the kudos. Went with my budget, and the Mama Bear with tip was under $20

I paid $38 for exterior and interior cleaning, and also rim cleaning by hand . My rims are the same as they were when I got there, and they neglected multiple visible spots . I do not recommend, save your money.

I went there yesterday at 7:30 pm and put $20 in the left change machine. It gave me 7 quarters! No phone number to call. The number that's listed on Google is disconnected. I was robbed of $18.75 before I was even able to begin washing my car.

For those Philadelphia residents that don’t mind travelling to the north east area – located at Harbison Avenue, Great Bear Car Wash features a great way to self-clean your vehicle. The facility power wash works very well, but there could be more of hot water pressure added – to help reserve a better cleaning process. There is sufficient soap and color/clear coat to help preserve the beauty and luster, which adds to the extended life of the vehicles exterior body. All of the self cleaning bays are well preserved, and each scrub brush units work great to remove dirt and debris from weather-beaten tires and rims. In comparison to having your vehicle hand-washed by a local car wash, the price – as minute-wise relating to the amount of time a patron chooses – are reasonable. All vacuum units are well kept to ensure maximum removal of interior spillages, food debris, and to clean pull-out carpentry. Pros: Super clean and well-kept car washing facility, and easy in and out access to and from Great Bear Car Wash. Cons: Extended hours past 5:00PM would be a great addition for residents and out-of-townees visiting the north east area.

The worst car wash you can ever been to specially, the one next to it that they below to the same Company they wash the car in and out for you. They charge $40 they have attitude they don’t clean the car right and if you ask him to wipe it down better, they won’t like it.

This once was a good spot to wash your car, went this morning. It was disgusting. Start off by how much trash is on the property while cleaning your car. Secondly, the vacuum took 2$ in quarters. Went to a different machine, did the same thing. Finally got one to work, then went to wash my car after putting 25$ in i got to the Soap part & the hose was ripped sliced my thumb, soap all over me. No number to reach someone!!! A JOKE

Would not recommend this car wash. I paid $11 for a full wash and to wax the wheels they missed several spots after having so much dirt caked on. Additionally, they wiped the car with several streaks and smudges left behind. Again stay away from this place.

Good facility. It’s kept clean and the trash and vacuums are emptied regularly. They offer a drive through car wash and individual bays for coin /bill vended car washing. Each bay is equipped with a foaming brush and a multi function (i.e tire/wheel cleaner, high pressure soap, rinse, wax etc, etc…) high pressure gun. They keep the soap and wax supply full. They also offer bill and coin changers and the self wash is available 24/7. They also have vending machines for drying towels,armor all etc. so as far as the car washes around here it’s one of the better ones.

I had a very bad experience in that car wah; usually I always do the outside and for the first time o decide to do both that cost me almost $35 OMG that was the wrong decision I made ; they was 3 guys to take care of the inside they just vacuum for about 3 min put oil and whipped up inside ; all the paper that fell in between seat was all still there the seat was still have the remaining milk stains of my daughter…. Everything dirt that was inside before their “supposed wash “ was still there and intact; I ended up taking their products and scrubbed my car myself; I will not recommend that place to anyone for the “detail” ; this is just one part of pictures i took after their “details” wash

This is one of the best car washes around the Northeast!!! My car looks amazing along with their full service detail wash!! Stuart the detail guy and his crew are superb!!! You better get in there ……your car will love you for it!!!

Self-Serve area needs updates, options in panel switches some are broken. One day I was gonna power wash my SUV and the hose was broken, no one was around to refund me the money I put in the machine and couldn't use. Vacuums some have no suction power. Not enough time to power wash your car neither the vacuums. We need a better new self car wash in Philly

I put $20 into the change machine to get quarters, and nothing came out The machine just took my money There is no phone number, no contact information, nothing to report the issue or get help. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a complete rip-off If a business is going to take people’s money, there should at least be working machines or a way to contact someone when something goes wrong.

I've been going to this business for 7 years. It definitely has changed. They don't clean your car like they use too. It's a hit or miss with this place. depending on who is working that day
