Marcus was working by himself today, so I was not expecting much in terms of service. However, he took the time to break down my vehicle’s needs, walked me through everything (including showing me old and new replacement parts), and honored the former manager’s promises from my last visit. My last visit included me having to wait two hours for my oil change, terrible service, and a manager who was trying to push me out the door (with a promise of a discount and better service next time). This visit was a drastic improvement. Marcus took great care of me and my vehicle. I will be coming back again in the future.

Ill never go back to this place again. 2 stars is much too much. And overpriced oil change is all that was performed on my car. He didn't perform anything al the "Service Checklist" although he stated that he did. I watched him. He checked nothing!!! Stay away from this place will be my advice to all.

MARCUS AND AHIL ARE THE BEST! THEY ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO! THEY SHOW THEIR CONCERNED AND COMPASSION IN THEIR JOB! THEY WAS PATIENT AND VERY DETAIL ORIENTED WITH EVERYTHING THEY DID! GREAT AT HANDLING MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS AT ONCE!! If you ever need your car worked on and are like me and worry about if the mechanic is actually going to fix your car or if it's just another shop that sees a female and thinks they can up the price on you.... COME TO GREASE MONKEY!!! These guys here are the real deal and work hard to make sure your car is fixed and you leave a happy customer! UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a brake pad to slip and was in panic mode to say the least . I called Grease Monkey, I was not far from them with a last minute emergency and Marcus , took me right in . I can’t express how wonderful, heaven sent this was for me . The prices are unmatched the quality is unmatched . They know what they are doing and they get it done . Within hours I had all 4 brake pads on and rotors replaced . My car runs like a dream .. there are literally no words to express how awesome this place is . Highly recommend! Military discount and great coupons they add to services . Went to Grease Monkey approximately 1 1/2 weeks ago for work on headlights. Manager advised that the work he could do would not actually make a difference ( honestly in the work place). He advised me to buy the part in he would do the work for a reasonable price. Followed his instructions and guess what, he was good at his word. Work was excellent, time spent was acceptable, and Grease Monkey has gained another customer

EXCELLENT WORK! For me these guys at the standard! After a busy day at work, I hurried to Grease monkey on Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins just 10 minutes prior to closing. I expected to set an appointment for the next day due to the time. I was met by the Lead Mechanic Tyrone and the shop Manager Marcus, who stated that as long as I got in even if it was two minutes prior to closing, I would be taken care of. They immediately got to work on my vehicle. I was in awe at the professionalism and attention to detail by these two. I was told of any problems with my vehicle and shown a video as well to explained what was needed for and problem areas; not just handed an invoice like so many other places I have been in the past. I would recommend this shop and location to anyone who needs a detailed inspection and repair work done to their vehicle. I can’t speak enough about their professionalism, willing to get the job done the right way and explanation of the job that was done without rushing me out of the front door. A++
