Very unprofessionalism from certain staff members. Worker doesn't focus on job and was using phone and arguing with a customer about her mistake. Cooperate needs to keep a close eye on this store and the workers.

Cashiers lack drive. Seem unmotivated. I asked for something at the counter and the response was “do what?”. Followed by throwing my item on the counter by the cashier. The woman looked old enough to know how to behave in a professional customer service position. Very sad. Hire better people.

This is always my go to gas stop when I’m in the area. The store is very clean and fast abs quick service. The very tall guy, I believe his name tag says K.J., who I think is the store manager, and always working, when I stop for gas and snacks, he is very nice and always greets me.

Paid $20 worth of gas and $6 in “snacks” and it didn’t register though the pump but took money off my card. Tried to redo it and the cashier had a non-chalant attitude and her answer was “idk know what that means” ok ma’am well maybe you need to find another day job.

How in the world does a woman with no customer service make manager, ( the lady with the short bald hair) I purchased gas then went inside to use the restroom which had no paper towel or no air drying machine, so I got to the front and the African American manager is texting or doing something what her phone like I’m not standing there, I’m like ok do you want me to ring myself up hello, I notify her there is no paper towel and ask for two quick picks for the mega million, oh we don’t do quick picks, ok well if I’m correct all the other circle k do quick picks , no paper towel no customer service guest what you don’t get my business. Avoid this place Kroger is cheaper across the street

I'm a customer as well as all other customers I've never been banned from the store nor had a complaint on me but yet empboy closes the register when I get up front and refuses to serve me when I walk off she reopens the register and continues checking people out. One of the absolute worst circle k’s in the area and it’s a shame because it’s the only one on 96 and we try to go every morning in the hopes for some food before work. But to no surprise almost every morning there’s no hot food, instead the employees are behind the counter texting on their phones. When you can clearly see food in the back behind the hot boxes. Takes a few seconds to put the food in there to heat up. And not only that but this is the nasty circle k, inside and out. Trash literally everywhere outside, and once again could be cleaned up if the employees weren’t behind the counter texting…

Disabled Veteran and Family complaint We've been loyal circle k customers for years all surrounding locations in Georgia people know us and especially throughout houston county .Yet today the worker at the highway 96 location provided the worse customer service I've seen from any circle K employee.Worker calls cops when she's the problem too busy being ghetto and on the phone texting to focus as a result she charged the customer twice and called someone else a cracker due to her own frustrations clearly she doesn't need this job customer service is priority . Let's discuss the unprofessionalism offered when the gas pump wasn't working yet we were still remaining calm the worker was too busy texting on her personal phone to assist clients she didn't realize her errors. Yet wants to debate and argue who does this .She also made too many accusations when told there was a problem. She never cared .Let me also add we loss our discount and we're charged for gas twice can't do anything for several days due to holiday and the worker could care less ghetto mess rather argue than help Do not shop here

I will NEVER go to this particular store again. Who ever the white lady is that was working on June 20 2022 around 11:45 a.m.- needs to be fired! I hate absolutely bad customer service ! The black guy closest to the window acted like he had to count so much money he couldn't wait on me and the white lady acted like she was mad because she HAD to ring me up! You want respect but you DON'T want to work! You're not doing nothing but standing there! Learn to pick one of your lazy hands up, a smile would actually make you look a little better, aim the price gun at the merchandise- and click! That all! Do this multiple times. Then take that same lazy hand, clock out, and go home. That's it! Your done! Be grateful you have an effin job!

Worst staffever especially the black lady that was working on July 3rd. Extremely unprofessional and lied on a man and called cops all because she messed up a transaction and he paid for gas that never worked and she criticized him of lying and stealing gas them she never came put to check the pump like she claim she would and then the guy was courteous to her the entire time and she told him to get out of her store and she called cops on him after he was already our the store and paying for gas at the pump a second time. She is complete trash of a worker and needs to be fired immediately.

UPDATE THE REGISTERS! It takes WAY too long to ring up.. They Often Crash! You're Losing $$$! I've been going here for a few years now, even before Circle K took it over. There has been a downward slide of the quality of the station. Started noone filling the buckets to wash your windshield and no they never have hotdogs on the rollers to the store being closed for hours, even whole shifts! I went last night and they has handwritten signs up they were closed til 6am. But all the lights were on outside and in making it look like it was still open. I only continue to go because they have top tier gas and competitive prices and close to my house. However, I'm seriously starting to look for other places to go instead.

WARNING!!!!THIS STORE HAS CARD SKIMMERS AVOID THIS STORE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I went to this store on October 30th, This was the only place i had used my bank card that week, i had made my purchase in the store, within hours, i am getting notifications that my card was being used to try to buy things out of California. They tried to buy over $600 worth of stuff! I know this is where my card was skimmed!!! On a side note, the younger girls stay on their phone with their ear buds in, the whole time, trying to talk on the phone, while ringing you up! What job allows employees to stay on their phones while they’re working!? I am so sick of repeating myself during checkout at these places, bc these young girls want to live on thier phones!!!

I'm used to mediocre experiences at gas stations- I stopped in here after a long night of traveling and the blonde lady working tonight (I didn't get her name sadly, I'm exhausted) was super helpful and also KIND!!! Simply went in to use the restroom. There was vulgar music playing. Felt that was very unprofessional. Then my husband and I went into the separate bathrooms. Both were filthy. The men's didn't have soap. The women's did have soap but it was dish soap and there was absolutely nothing to dry your hands with. Went to evaluate them with a qrcode that was in the bathroom and the website didn't even have the option to pick the gas station we went to. So I'm posting here cause this was awful.

Nastiest bathrooms I've ever visited at a Circle K. None of the 3 women stalls had toilet paper, all the plastic things that hold the toilet paper was ripped open, missing the covers. The stalls were covered with trash and toilet paper. One of the soap dispensers were empty, hand dryer didn't work, and no paper towels to dry your hands. The worker didn't even respond to me letting him know the bathrooms were out of toilet paper.

Every time I come here, there's only one person working so if anything is needed, they cannot help you. Also the credit card machine doesn't display the actual price if there's a circle k rewards discount...
