★☆☆☆☆ Horrible experience with GP Detailing: -Sloppy work -Poor Quality -No accountability I had them do “3 year ceramic coat” on my car. He cancelled on me the first appointment so offered to upgrade me to a “7 year ceramic goat” which I was a fool to accept. First of all, he finished the work in 3 hours, a legit proper ceramic coat job takes longer, 6-8 hours roughly it’s a long process (that’s why we pay good money for it). He rushed the work and the quality was VERY poor. They did not properly decontaminate my paint and put the coat over it which made it look horrible. I contacted him with the complaint and he charged me another $50 to do the rework, except he did not polish the paint after decontamination which is part of a properly applied ceramic coat. He left my paint marred, ugly and still with contaminants so it looks awful. They refuse to fix it and take ANY accountability, he comes up with every excuse to why avoid making it right. Save your money and go to a legit shop for a good ceramic coat, this business is sketchy and does poor quality work. Spend a few more bucks and go to a shop that will take their time and do the job right. Inform yourself on what a good quality ceramic coat is and don’t waste your time or money on these guys’ poor quality services, you’ll thank me later. To this day they have yet to answer me and honor their warranty, learn from my mistake and spend your HARD earned money elsewhere. You’re welcome
