I have been charged four times for a pass that I don’t have that I have never used. They will not refund any money for it. They will not answer any email or call. I have had my account shut down and I’m currently waiting on a replacement card and I’m still getting emails that they are trying to charge my account still.

Worst service at hooksett that guy insulted my wife stopping the whole queue ours is red Elantra it has the sticker too that she didn’t have money and sent her back inspite of making regular payments even today i paid 25 for renewal insulting my person even after taking my money is in not acceptable i hope someone give a strong feedback to that employee and this instance happened in the month of June. Golden nozzle should be Sued for having untrained arrogant employees who don’t even know how to check membership I’m adding my receipt tooo

Been going here for several years and recently there seems to be something wrong with their roller system. Last couple times I've gone, at the end of the wash the rollers try to push you out but fail, you get sent backwards through the car wash, rollers can't catch you again so you roll back further, sometimes an endless cycle while the light keeps telling you to wait. Never have the other locations done this to me. The employee tried to explain to be that they are the only location with front rollers in addition to rear rollers, but wouldn't that be more wheel contact and help prevent this issue? Doesn't make sense to me why additional front rollers would be the explaination to this issue? Anyway, seems dangerous and likely won't be returning.

Amazing Experience!! Raven was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful, prior to going to this location I was going to terminate my membership but her amazing attitude and we will make it right for you attitude, made me keep the membership active. Thank you Raven and staff!! Previously I had gone to the golden nozzle car wash in Nashua on Broad Street, I was treated like a criminal when all I wanted to do was switch my membership to my new car. Nashua- Broad Street, should take a hard look at the Hookset location treats its members, you have a lot to learn!!

$35 for the top car wash… still had shit on my car afterwards. Super fast car wash so not shocked it didn’t fully clean everything. If I’m paying $35 for a car wash, I want my car to be super clean and sparkling. This didn’t do that… sucks.

Worst first experience of my life. I had never been to this location and apparently did something wrong and was screamed at by both female employees. As a handicapped person with a handicapped plate, it was most unexpected to be screamed and belittled by these people. I would never recommend. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I am a frequent customer and member at this location. I wash both of my trucks here regularly. Yesterday, June 11th at approximately 4:30 pm, I went to wash my truck. Half way through the wash, the passenger side scrubber wrapped around my factory antenna, jammed up and tore it off of my truck. This caused significant damage to the front passenger panel. The antenna was completely ripped off of the truck, along with related components located inside the panel, leaving behind a 4"×1.5" hole in my truck. I filed a claim through their "claim service" and I am awaiting a response. The company has a sign out front saying: "We are not responsible for non-factory equipment". This is an OEM, factory installed antenna and I will not be taking responsibility for the damage caused to my truck. I am currently waiting for a response from the company pertaining to this matter.

I really wanted to love this place. The folks who greeted me were very nice. But the car washed itself did not meet my minimum expected standards. Granted, I only got the $10 wash, but I would expect the back of the vehicle to be clean. It wasn't. You get one star for actually being open (you can't get zero stars), and one star for the nice employees I encountered.
