There was a hand scribbled sign "back in 20 minutes " at 11am. I waited a half hour and no one showed up. Several other people stopped and said this has been a common occurrence at this location. I've yet to hear from their office.

They say if you are not happy with the wash they'd re do it for free, that's incorrect in my experience. Soap was still on my car after I went through the car wash and when I asked for another wash I was given the excuse of there were too many cars when in fact there was only 2 in the line!!

Huge Rip Off.charge for wash paid $20.00.thy won't dry the car or nothing else (they have 12 or more people at exit doing nothing).better off doing it yourself (have to finished any way.)

Rip off alert- not all carwashes offer same so if you paid more tgan19.99 your mainly getting ripped off- in addition these carwashes dong get your car clean, and the vaccum don't work- going to a self service car was instead

The worker at the car wash was very rude, and he didn't tell me that I had to put the car into neutral, until we were just about to go in and because I was in Drive I had to shift down past reverse and into neutral, and the worker sent another car in before I had enough time and of course when I downshifted to neutral, past reverse, the car other was SO close to me that I hit it before getting into neutral. (Oh, and the worker also failed to resume the car wash, after I dealt with the incident, so basically it was a WASTE)

DO not bring your car to this place. On Wednesday I hand washed mine. Today I went to this car wash and they scratched the heck out of my left rear quarter and the right side of me cars fender. I got yelled at by the attendant because I didn't put my car in natural fast enough. Because of my experience I will never go to a car wash again.

2/14/24 every time I come here the workers are lazy and don’t spray or brush the vehicles prior to the car wash. They have a bad attitude as well.

Got my car washed this weekend and a greasy streak the length of my suv was left behind right through my field of view. Had to have it scrubbed off the windshield and then rewashed. The second long red clothes are in much need of replacement! They have black "greasy junk" from the top where they are mounted to the mechanism all through their length. Please replace soon!

I have been using the Golden Nozzle car wash at various locations for the past couple years on one car. Recently I purchased a new vehicle and purchased the monthly pass. This vehicle has wider tires, so after going through the car wash a few times, I realized that my rear left rim had been getting scratched each time I had gone through the car wash. After over a week of trying to contact someone to speak about this, the apparent manager Roland called me back saying that Golden Nozzle was not responsible for the damage done to my vehicle (He said they checked the car wash itself and it was running fine, but NO ONE EVER EVEN TOOK A LOOK AT MY CAR). In other words, he blamed me for the damage I spoke of and didn’t believe me that the rear rim could be scratched from the car wash. Thankfully he has refunded me my monthly pass, but that does not fix the damage done to my car. I will be canceling the pass on my other car as well.

I went here on 12/30/20. The female employee with poorly-dyed blonde hair and glasses was incredibly rude to me and the car before me. She literally went to their window and pointed at them, as if she was yelling at them. I specifically tried to be nice to her when I pulled up because she was so rude to the car ahead of me. When I handed her my card, she snatched it away and snapped at me “neutral, no brakes” very loudly. She had not even returned my card and she snapped at me again. She was excessively and unnecessarily rude. I will not return to this location.

Love the Golden Nozzle in Hadley but the Westfield location doesn't compare. The staff is friendly and efficient, but the car wash itself is subpar. It didn't dry as well and the components were too close for comfort on my mid-sized SUV. That being said, I'm a money subscriber so it was fine for being "free".

Went through this car wash. Came out with a damaged front wheel. Filled out an incident report. Even though they have camera's and know i was 100 percent correct, they denied my claim. Now i will be out a new wheel if i cannot get it repaired. I will never return to this place.
