If I could give this car wash negative star review I would. Business refuses to fix my mirror that the car wash had broken it is a 250$ fix for my vehicle I've called multiple times and have been ghosted by the manager multiple times to try and get my mirror fixed it is in the signed agrement contract from the carwash for the monthly subscription saying that if the carwash breaks anything on your vehicle that is from the factory part that they are responsible to fix it if it breaks. Now I'm stuck with a broken mirror from the car wash so if you value your cars and being able to see out of your mirrors then don't come here. Edit: I have still been playing phone tag with "owner" of the store. The manager called me with a nasty attitude about my broken mirror and how they are not reaponsable for it breaking and are now refusing to fix it. They where extremely nasty and rude towards me the whole time SO IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR AND BEING ABLE TO USE ANY OF YOUR OUTSIDE MIRRORS DO NOT COME HERE

By far the best location. Trash always emptied and vacuums cleared. All locations have really nice staffs and also the cars wash really well. Free vacuums and pressurized air at certain locations (wilbraham has these). Wilbraham has pressurized air for cars that need to have tight areas blown with air to get rid of sand etc. also has a lot of vacuum spots with each side having a vacuum for your car cars Golden nozzle is the best

I LOVE GOLDEN NOZZLE but this place was unprofessional at best! I came in they weren’t here and then I approached the belt when they told me to but they just walked away after start. Didn’t tell me when to stop or put my car in neutral causing me to beep my horn and forcing the man to put on the E- brake. Could’ve been avoided if they had better guidance. Every location in Chicopee, is awesome!!!

I tried the Golden Nozzle in Wilbraham and loved it. I had to discontinue do to the distance from my home there! I spoke with the manager Angel and he was polite and took care of my issue within an hour. Not only is this a GREAT place to wash your car, the staff is polite, friendly and willing to help you! I wish I had one closer to my home , especially managed like the Wilbraham location I would-be there every day. Bring your car there you will not be disappointed! Fast,friendly service and your car will shine. This location deserves a 10 star not a 5 start rating!

Got the pass for my truck been there 5 times so far. Wheels and tailgate never come out clean. They need someone with a handheld wand to spray wheels and tailgate. Also I don't even know if there is a real undercarriage wash. Usually you mean hear it sometimes even feel it under the car. At washville they have 2 people spraying the front, wheels ,and the tailgate. And the mknthy fee is only $20 vs $26.

I can't say enough good things about this golden nozzle location! The vacuums are so strong that it sucked up my purse strap the other day. Angel came right out to assist. Although we couldn't find it right away, he found it later and saved it for me. Everyone there is super nice. They are thorough and take pride in their work as well as their location. If you're looking for a great car wash, this is it!

For me, this is the best car wash by far. Does an amazing job compared to others. Especially since my truck is heavily modified in most places Won't let me through. This place at least has reason to notice their machines wouldn't get stuck on my vehicle. Been here dozens of times every time i'm in the area. I wish we had car washes like this up north where I live. Touch free is garbage

This car wash doesn't even deserve half a star! I work down the street and frequent this gas station. Have also been a long time loyal Golden Nozzle customer. However lost my windshield pass a while back due to a new windshield and along the way a new phone number. Having renewed before numerous times I figured this wouldn't be an issue. I was greeted with an attitude immediately and because I couldn't remember my old phone number was told due to "Protocol" he would not create me a new car wash pass. He informed me numerous times he was the boss and to get out of here now or he'd have the police remove me. He didn't even help me back up as there were cars behind me also waiting. He became belligerent as I was unable to move. This is also not my first bad experience with him. Last week I used just the vacuum section, with a 5 minute allowance to have them get shut off after only 2 minutes and him standing there with arms crossed and angry. He's got red hair at the moment and works mornings around 7:30 am daily here. He's not here to treat customers nice. He's there to pretend to be a car wash "warden" and rub his title in your face. Go else where, other Golden Nozzles will treat you much better and open you a pass with no issues. Infact I did immediately after at the East Longmeadow one!

I used to go here twice a week for like 2 years so this sucks but this car wash ripped the grille off my car and refuses to address my incident claim. The employees confirmed it and showed me the debris and it’s all on video but they won’t answer any phone calls :) I have a very expensive hole in my boat now .
