You still have not fixed the token machines. Over 5 months. What a joke. Will not bring my business there anymore. The owner needs to be sued and this business sold to someone who cares.

Decided to check out this place, wow what a joke. All the negative reviews are true. The owner says he is doing just fine despite the destruction of his equipment, well let me say the equipment that's there should be hauled to the dump. What a pathetic excuse for a car wash, no pressure or soap, you have to constantly feed it money to keep it running, does not clean your vehicle no matter how much you try. If like the owner says he is making such a good living and doing just fine at other peoples expense, then either invest in some modern equipment that does a decent job, hire a full time attendant to monitor the facility, or get out of the business. These feeble excuses are getting stale.

Wash my RV and jeep after enduring a snowstorm in Colorado. My RV height is 11.5 inches. No problem with access to the wash bay. Easy in and out.

This is the only self serve car wash within 15 miles and more. Which means this place has the opportunity to have so much business, except that this tends to be ignored by the owner in maintenance, cleaning, and equipment. Otherwise, a good little secret tucked away in Gold Canyon... Edited to add. Personally I'm out almost 45.00 for the Auto car wash on 3 separate occasions. This is a business, and customer service is still necessary, yet none of provided for money lost. This is a 24 hour car wash, which means 24 hour customer service, and maintenance should be evidence. The dog wash stayed unusable correctly due to repairs necessary, while still taking customers money still willing to use improperly maintenance equipment... Regardless of the few that are inconsiderate humans, the others who appreciate the local Auto/dog wash/ and water, should be looked after more regularly, then just picking up the coins weekly. In my opinion. However, when everything is working, the right chemicals are in place, this is an excellent car wash. Edited add from 9/9/23 Here we are again, a separate visit again to Gold Canyon to help my daughter clean and detail her car for sale. This is what was seen immediately. Only the RV, and one other stall was available to wash vehicles in. Not all the chemicals were working in the one stall that's operating, and trash was full into the afternoon hour. It's been reported that this car wash has been up for sale, and likely true as the owners continue to neglect what a Gold Mine they have in a small town. Dog wash was also malfunctioning as well, and was the last time I was in town to use it for my dog... Extremely sad that the owners don't put the effort that could be more productive in their business... I don't need a hair dryer for my car, as much as the owners need to find more ways to increase the time that takes more money from their patrons. Instead, as the owners, why not make sure everything is working properly, (Always) not just the day you picked up the change and filled the coin machines. Even more, stop making excuses about the humans that use it, and what breaks. That's part of owning a business, and improper use can take place. Your cameras are not helping fix your mechanical issues at all in a place that has the least amount of intentional property damage... Instead, make reasons to make your business the best it can possibly be in Gold Canyon for the customers who appreciate that you operate a possible 5 star operation.... Just a thought...

I'm not one to leave bad reviews as I would rather work out an issue with the owner, but in this case it was not possible. On August 28th, we decided to try the self car wash. We put in our money, and nothing. No one was at the office, so we called and left an email. They replied the next day and said they would refund our money. A week went by with no resolution, so we called and left another message. No return call. No refund. After 2 more weeks, I filed a complaint with my credit card and they took care of the issue. I've used the dog wash in the distant past too, and the water was always way too hot (to my comfort level, I'm sure my shepherd agreed more so). Maybe that has been fixed, but it is irrelevant though as I won't be back even though they are very close to my house. I gave the owners a chance to make it right, and it did not happen. Response to owner: A photo of the receipt with the last 4 was provided via email and additionally was given over the phone. What does my spam have to do with my bank/credit card account? Why was my second call not returned when I reached out to see if there was an issue with the refund?

We were unable to use it as we were looking for an RV wash. Not until we were there did we notice the height limit of 12' 4". Too short for our 2005 5th wheel (12'9"). And we are on the shorter side of most RVs these days, so be aware.

I had trouble this morning trying to sign into the app as my fiancé has a membership, and I was so impressed with the customer service that Kyle delivered! 5 Stars for the above and beyond help resolving this issue quickly as well as the prestine wash! Thank you Kyle! 🤙

I was excited to find out there was a touchless carwash close by, until I used it. I have a brand new small truck so I gave it a shot. The arm that circles your vehicle, kept dragging across the front of my brand new truck. So much for touchless. It also smacked the drivers side mirror every time around. It didn't do a great job anyway, but the dragging across my truck and smacking the mirror is a huge issue. Maybe there's some sensors that need to be checked, but I'm scared to try it again.

Poor experience. Staying with friends in AJ and the dog decided that it needed to roll in the dirt. Found this business listed online, so we drove out to GC. The dog wash wouldn't take our $5 bill, so I headed to the change machine and bought tokens, 22 for $20, figuring it would take more than 5. Returning to the dog wash, I found that the machine wouldn't accept the tokens either. So I'm stuck with 22 tokens I can't use elsewhere, a dirty dog, and a wife who's pissed. No phone number obviously posted for problems encountered at the business. Very disappointed with my experience.

Incredibly frustrating to show up and have nothing working correctly. No soap coming out of the soap sprayer, or foam brush, the foam brush was leaving bristles all over our vehicle, and we basically paid for a pure water wash. This should be fixed. This happened last time we went as well. We won’t be returning or recommending this location.

Not perfect, but one of the very best car washes in the area.

The RV wash bay stole my money. There are holes in the hoses so you can't properly wash your vehicle, then the hose is spraying water everywhere the whole time. Rip off.

We had the misfortune of using this facility today to clean our vehicle, what a mistake! We should have taken stock in all the negative reviews but we thought we would give it a try anyway. Even when the guy washing his truck beside us made a point of stopping to say dont bother, you wont be able to clean your truck, we blindly forged ahead anyway. To call this a car wash would be a complete misrepresentation, it is the most pitiful excuse we have ever encountered as a way to clean your vehicle. There is no pressure, no soap, no foam brush, resulting in no way to actually clean anything. What this place will do is relieve you of your money quite quickly and wondering why you would ignore the warnings. One would think the owner would take heed to the negative reviews and put some effort into upgrades, but then maybe they are in it just for the cash. One thing is for certain, sooner or later this place will go broke.

Paid $12 for the touchless car wash, but it didn't clean my truck at all. Picture attached is after the wash. No one was onsite, so I emailed to let them know and request a refund and they never wrote back.

Had an issue there, called to tell them about it and request my money back, went to voicemail. Left a message and my contact info and weeks later no response. Great way to run a business, you're lucky I'm not charging for damage to my vehicle.

Everything worked great. Plenty of soap. I recommend drying vehicle before you go because had lots of water spots when I got home. Hard water I believe.

Info: I am a 75 year old female. My car is a 2021 Ford Explorer Platinum Edition. Car wash was a total disappointment. First I didn’t see any sign informing customers of the price for a car wash. Just had to swipe my card. The water appeared to be dirty, so the car did not get clean. Water pooled up on concrete and I wasn’t happy about standing in that dirty water. Then I pulled over to the vacuums. I noticed that the water was drying on my car and leaving spots. I started wiping down the car very quickly. If I had not had some rags with me, the car would have been a mess. I could still see spots after wiping down. I am afraid I will have to get the car waxed to remove those spots. Trash cans near the vacuums were overflowing. There was trash on the ground. Had to pay $1.00 to use the vacuum (vacuums at most car washes are free). Could not use a credit card for this service. Luckily, I had some quarters. Vacuum hose would not reach around car, so I tried reaching over the seats. That didn’t work very well. There was no attendant available to assist or answer questions. Admittedly. I went at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning, but I feel that an attendant should have been there.. I will never use that car wash again!

Easy access for my RV. The brush and spray hoses are short required me to pull up ten feet to wash my entire coach. Good water pressure and ample soap made the job easy.

⭐️ 1 star — and that’s generous I drove all the way from Chandler to Gold Canyon specifically for this car wash because it’s touchless. For the second time, it didn’t work. The first time, the app wouldn’t work, so I was forced to pay for a premium wash just to get through — and I’m still not reimbursed because apparently getting your money back requires an act of Congress. Today? I make the drive again, and once again… it doesn’t work at all. At this point, don’t bother. You’re better off letting a regular car wash scratch your vehicle than wasting time, gas, and patience dealing with a system that’s broken more often than it functions. A touchless wash is useless when the technology and customer support are nonexistent. Completely unreliable. Completely frustrating. Completely not worth it.
