I asked an employee to see elwgere i could wet the towels they have to clean my car since they were dry he said no that’s how they are or go to the restroom and wet them who says that but anyways another employee was passing by name Jesus he heard what the other employee had told me and Jesus was so polite and said I can help you mam I’ll wet them for you he took the towels to an area and got them wet for us he went over and beyond with out being asked thank you Jesus that is such a great employee there’s a difference between an employee that puts in time and an employee that works hard and puts extra effort on keeping a customer happy thank you Jesus we appreciated that

I went to the Go Car Wash in Harlingen, Texas, around 6:20 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025. There were only two cars ahead of me. The first car got a full scrub-down, and the guy dressed on normal clothes brushed that car all the way around. Then something happened...that same guy had to go back inside to help a customer, and he left me with the person in uniform. When it finally got to my turn, the person in uniform who was now running things didn’t scrub my car at all. They barely sprayed it down, rushed me through, and didn’t even check if I was properly lined up on the rails. They waved me forward without looking, then had to tell me to reverse because they’d moved me too far. It was careless, unprofessional, and honestly just lazy. I wasn’t asking for much, just a quick wash done right. Instead, I got a half-done job and horrible customer service. I feel completely ripped off. Check your footage. 6:20 p.m., October 23, 2025. The person working then was clearly not doing their job.

Waited 10 minutes til someone came out to start the machines, didn’t sign me when to put my car in N, that I almost forgot I had it on drive still. I pay for the highest monthly service and there’s times my car isn’t getting all the stuff I’m paying for. It looks like just a basic wash. Employees need to be more professional.

Recently I came in to get another wash and I met romelo who helped me step by step. He was patient with me and convinced me into getting a membership. Things could be better. Pulling in the wash tunnel they usually spray the front of my truck with something and then pull a brush from a large bucket of often dirty, not bubbly water and run it over my hood and windshield. Often going through the wash tunnel, I don't feel like I'm getting lots of soap applied to my truck. Recently I went through the wash and had some cobwebs below my drivers door from the truck sitting out for 3-4 days. They were still attached after going through the wash. The vacuums work well and they always have towels available for wipe down after the wash. I've used other GO Carwash locations and this one seems to be lacking. The paint on the roof and structures are peeling which makes the facility look old, but it's not that old. It was a rebrand from the previous carwash company.
