This place is incredible! I love that even with their annual wash package, I can upgrade for a specific wash whenever I need it. Kelly and the staff are incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place. They also offer free towel use and an air compressor to help you reach those tight spots.

I had an awesome encounter with Kelley. I was one overwhelmed Mom that day. My bumper was close to falling off as I entered the car wash. Not impressed by the free wash coupon! Sure it was free, but was it a wash or a rinse? I definitely would not ever pay for their basic wash... If GO was smart, they would have their promos be for the best wash to justify their high prices. I'll search for a membership elsewhere. Only good thing was the friendly staff.

I love the price point especially for the monthly subscription. I get my car washed more frequently in the winter and this is a very convenient location. I have always had great service at the Metcalf location. Mayra was awesome, her smile and mood were infectious. I left with a clean car and in a great mood!

This location had a problem with the brushes where the rollers went down both sides and scratched the paint all the way down. So far they are refusing to pay for the damages, claiming the video showed the brushes never touched my truck (but haven't produced the video). I would HIGHLY recommend not taking your vehicle here, if it gets damaged they don't want to make it right. My wife's car is showing scratches on the plastic fenders as well, but mine is far worse with numerous scratches down both sides. Edit: In response to the reply from the "management team" - I spoke to two different managers and drove all over town to get the vehicle to them and show them the damage. Despite it being very obviously caused by the car wash, one manager even tried to BS me by saying "oh yeah, these don't look like the type of scratches our car wash could've caused". Hello, idiot - I was in the friggin' car when the rollers pushed the entire back end out of the track. In the videos I'm attempting to upload, there is a vertical line in the paint where as the roller went down the side of the car, it pushed the whole back end out of the track when it got to where the fender flares out. These people will deny, deny, deny in the hopes that you won't pay your deductible and get it fixed. If this happens to you, be sure to gather as much evidence as you can to support your claim. If you have enough and are lucky, your insurance may be able to recoup your deductible from their insurance.
