Horrible experience!! I would give zero stars if I could. They missed most of the parts of the dash, only cleaned one door, cleaned the mats,but forgot to vacuum under them, didn't clean the steering wheel, middle console or the dash. There was no other cars there.

This place does a TERRIBLE job!!! Paid for inside detail and this is how my car looks afterwards... the only thing they did was vacuum it. Wth.. won't be back. That was a waste of 40$...

Update: gave them another chance. The outside looked pretty good. I paid for the most expensive package because I'd let my car get a little dirtier and dustier than usual. They worked on the interior tops 7 minutes, and I came out to a still filthy interior. Obviously, filthy interior. There were 3 people working on it, and I was the only car in the interior bay area at the time Original 3 star review: The inside detail was pretty good, but the exterior of the car was still very dirty.

The wash was perfectly fine. I wish I knew before I got in line that the cost is outrageous... especially since there are no vacuums or wipes, unless you pay extra for a detail service... way over priced in my opinion, especially since there are others that offer free vacuums and wipes to dry yourself for less right down the road...

100% coming back! Blonde girl Maddy (the manager) is so nice and always smiling, she helped me with my membership. I wasn’t having a great day at first, but she helped me out and took a moment to talk with me. This place really lifted my mood, come see Maddy if you need some positive energy!

I used this service Monday came home parked my car in the garage then next morning I drove with the sun beaming through the windshield I had numerous scratches on the driver's side windshield and a few on the right side. I know for a fact they weren't there before I went through this car wash and their detailing. The Sun was shining through the windshield on the way to the car wash there wasn't a thing wrong with my glass. On the way back the sun wasn't shining through the windshields so therefore I never noticed anything until got in my car the next morning driving with the sun facing me is when they stood out like crazy at first I thought it was some kind of water spots but when the washer fluid didn't take them away then it was obvious what they were.

I have a membership and I go daily every morning to get a wash. This location is convenient but it is not he same since Bobbie Jo left. She was always very detailed, kind and had great attention to detail. I enjoy the easy access to go thru the wash quickly but I will never go inside for a detail because the quality is just not there. The monthly membership went up but the customer service went down.

I have to admit that I was skeptical after "reading" some of the reviews. Many were negative, some were positive. Maybe old school, but personal reviews from actual patrons are what I take heed in. I was referred to this car wash by someone I trusted and was NOT disappointed. I have always hand washed and cleaned out my vehicle myself. Always taking pride in doing so. As I reach a certain age, I still take pride in driving a "clean" vehicle, both inside and out. It's just a bit difficult to reach all the nooks and crannies than it used to be. What took this dynamic team 20 minutes would have taken me a couple of hours. Many, MANY thanks to a job well done!

This place has gone very down hill in the last few months. I have been here off and on they always leave streaks on the windows never vacuum under the seats left trash all over the floor. They used to care now it's straight in the crapper. I have been coming here for years since mirror image. It was once better staff now they don't care and just stare at you and don't do anything but be lazy. They also raised the prices better off to go to do it yourself at club carwash.

Purchased manger special. Wash was fine but when comes to detailing horrible. Got in my car and doesn’t even looked like they vacuum my car and barely wiped inside. My children could have done better. Do not recommend paying for the detail cleaning.

Just went through the car was from the very nice lady at the pay booth today, 2-18-26, to the good clean job, they also honor veterans and first responders, so my first one was free.
