I bought a gift card and put my annual car wash membership on it. I found out that GO was also billing my credit card every month. I was talking with James about it, but then just stopped hearing anything about it. Warning others out there who might have had the same thing happen. They apparently double charged me every month for the membership. I will wait to see if anyone responds to this review.

Had issues with the tire shine Christopher and Antonio was at ready and hand applied my tires and then talked about the PMs and upgrades for the car wash to keep up with keeping cars clean. I have to say from other GO Carwash I commend this one for the customer service and managerial care

I had old tire shine on my orange jeep. The wash didn't clear it all off. I spoke with the Supervisor Christopher and without hesitation he grabbed the degreaser and helped me clear the entire truck! Afterwards I ran it back through the wash. Great experience. Christopher brings a personal feel to a chain business.

As a frequent customer, I typically go thru the wash and vacuum 2-3 times each week. Recently, after a wash/vacuum, I prepared to exit. However, I was unable to start my car. While I’m embarrassed to admit, it seemed I was out of gas in the Go Wash parking lot. Without asking, 2 attendants came over to assist and in fact Christopher, one of the attendants offered the use of a gas can and in addition, said, I’ll drive you to get gas”. Firstly, I was appreciative to have the loan of a gas can and had prepared to walk to a gas station when Christopher, graciously offered to drive me. After getting gas, his kindness did not end. Christopher used his own personal funnel and proceeded to fill my car. I am pleased to say, my car started and all was well. Christopher was not only a Good Samaritan, but also, an incredibly great person willing to go beyond good customer service. Although I had not met him before, I hope to emulate his genuine kindness and selfless actions. I am forever a patron of Go Car Wash on Broad Street in Richmond.

Tyler provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was set up correctly before I went through the wash. He explained the process clearly and took the time to make sure my car was properly aligned and ready to go. The wash went smoothly, and my car came out clean and shiny. Tyler’s positive attitude and attention to detail really made the experience better. Great service all around!🤩

Last week I had to update my debit card with go car wash to continue getting my unlimited car wash, this week I went back to get a wash and was told that i purchased a one time wash last week which was a mistake, "James" very helpful person told me contact customer service and they would help me. Soon as i emailed customer service, it did not take long at all. I was told by James that customer service was refunding me and i would be able to purchase my unlimited wash. I've been washing my car here for years now and I've never had any issues and if I did they would fix it. Thank you thank you and to James thank you for being very professional and helpful !!

I went on 12/30/2025. No line. Some of the parts weren't working on the wash. Then I went to vacuum. It wasn't working. I went in and asked if he (manager/ supervisor) could move his car, (which was parked in a vacuum spot)He stated loudly "I'm not moving my car, I'm leaving here in a little bit" I asked how many minutes were in a little bit? I said the vacuum doesn't work. He said this is the first I'm hearing of it. He said there are plenty of spots, indicating across the way. I said the hoses are too short and don't reach. He said they were 18' and he just replaced them with 25's. He was SO rude! They use to have the nicest, friendliest staff, not anymore.

My car always comes out spotless, shiny, and looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I love that they have locations all across the country. A special shoutout to James, the manager.
