A great experience, I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and the guy working was phenomenal. Walked me through the entire process and then did a full car wash. Was really a good experience, we need more employees like him in other industries.

I drive daily and live not far from this location, so that in itself is a plus. But frankly, this is the best car wash experience in Richmond from top to bottom: ▪️always greeted with friendly and genuinely courteous service. *James E is amazing; always offers free cleaning products, tire cleaning, floor mat cleanings, etc. ▪️love that they have air blowers, clean drying rags, as well as flat head and regular vacuums ▪️circulation for the cleaning area is always quick and never super crowded ▪️ all machines are always working and the cleaning/vacuum station areas are always kept super clean ▪️prices are reasonable Highly recommended!

Best Car Wash in Town! I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment I pulled in, the staff greeted me with a smile and made the whole process easy and quick. The wash itself was top-notch. My car came out sparkling clean, with every spot and streak gone. The vacuums were powerful, the free dash wipes and air fresheners were a nice touch, and the whole property was spotless. David was just the Best through the whole process

The manager James E is very respectful and a good conservationist. Everything I go there he personally ask how I’m doing and ask if I need and anything ( air fresheners, dash rags , etc). I think this is by far one of the best if not the best GoWash in Richmond( and I always get an excellent wash as well!!

I visited this location today for a much-needed car wash and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James Redd. He was not only professional but also pleasantly polite! Mr. Redd made sure all supplies were fully stocked and even took the time to inform me about the benefits of getting my floor rugs washed. I truly appreciated his kindness and attention to detail. Well 1st off Go Car wash near my house is the best. They always go above and beyond to help me with my needs cleaning of my car. The employees are great. The employee named James Redo, Always makes sure vacuums are working correctly and always have towels. Goes above and beyond for a car wash employee. I go here everyday to wash my fleet of cars. On February 21, 2026 I went to the car wash to get my car cleaned. I proceeded to go into the car wash bay when the employee walked away so I did not proceed into the building because I didn’t have anyone to direct me. There was a long line behind me and your employee had not returned. It waited about 10 to 12 minutes before the manager came out and started helping us. At that time, the Manager asked me where the employee that should have been in the bay was? I told him, he said he had to go up the road to get something and then he walked away, I was very confused, upset and disappointed that the employee would walk off at such a busy time . I was shocked that he did not notify the manager. He did, however, inform the person working at the gate, who was very busy helping the other people with their issues. After that, the manager proceeded to help everyone. I noticed that when the manager is outside, things run a lot better. Unfortunately, he can not always be outside. I am grateful that he came out and check to see what was going on and immediately got the car wash back on track..

Update: During this same service, I exited the wash and proceeded to dry and vacuum my vehicle. I notice that my paint had been removed from the side of my vehicle. When I requested to speak with management, I was accused of brining my vehicle into the wash with previous damage. I request that he pull the video footage, which showed the high pressure spray removing the paint from my vehicle. I filed and claim and was told that someone would followup with me within two-business days. It has been two weeks and I have not heard from management. Beware of high pressure washes and companies that employ managers to oversee establishments that lack the appropriate training to resolve client concerns.

There was an associate there, James E, who made this experience so much better. I was a bit frustrated with the reader not being able to read my plate properly, and having to wait for a vacuum since all the vacuums on one side were completely disassembled and unavailable for use, but he helped me every step of the way, ensuring that I had a membership sticker so that I would not have to endure the wait for future visits. Despite the issues I experience this visit, I will definitely return to this location because his kindness and attentiveness meant a lot.
