We paid $25 and our car was still horribly dirty…went through again because of the 48hr guarantee. Not much better the 2nd time. Our car wasn’t even that dirty! This car wash is overpriced and doesn’t do a good job. You definitely don’t get what you pay for.

The service is great. The people Don’t have attitude like the other locations. My only issue is that when it comes down to my tires to shine, they still be kind of dry. I also think that they need to zip tie down the glass cleaner like the other locations do to prevent customers for taking the glass cleaner bottles with them to their vehicles to clean their windows. I guess they didn’t get the memo that you should spray the rag and take the rag that you sprayed to your car to clean the window I had a problem with a customer that took the spray bottle with them. When I went over to ask can I spray my rag he told me I had to wait please zip Tie down your spray bottles like the other locations due to prevent unnecessary arguments and interactions with unfriendly customers

My vehicle had quite a lot of dirt buildup on the roof. When I first went through, it didn’t appear to even get it wet. When I asked the attendant, he had me run it through a second time on the most powerful setting. That did the trick. I appreciate the company’s responsiveness and customer service in resolving the issue. I don’t usually go to this location on the north side of Plank, but now may make a point of it. Thank you!

Today, it took much longer than expected to get into the car wash. While an attendant was setting up a new car, 15 other cars moved ahead of us. I usually remain patient, but that situation tested my patience. However, the attendant guiding the cars through the wash at 1:18 handled the process very efficiently.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this particular location and today they had some one to soap up the rear of your vehicle before the wash started and it really makes a difference for the rear of your car getting clean. I had a great experience today at Go Car Wash, and I want to specifically recognize Evan for outstanding customer service. I mentioned that one of the vacuums didn’t have strong suction, and Evan immediately stepped in to help. Even though it was close to closing time and he was clearly busy wrapping things up for the day, he took the time to listen carefully to my concern, opened up the vacuum line, and cleaned out the suction pipe thoroughly. What stood out most was his attitude—he was friendly, proactive, and kept a positive, professional demeanor the entire time, smiling and genuinely caring about fixing the issue rather than brushing it off because it was the end of the day.
