Their system doesn’t clean my car. For the price paid I expect my car to be clean. I roll out of the cleaning tunnel with dust streaks on both front and back (see pics) and sometimes the passenger side. I even pulled through to the towel service line and their guys didn’t even bother cleaning the dirt streaks. The pics are after the towel service. I won’t be going back.

It's probably fine for most vehicles, but it's not for Jeep's. It looks like the mirrors and fenders push the arms out too far so it doesn't touch anything in the middle of the body. The attached picture is after my 2nd time through. I was really pumped about this place opening down the road from us, but I guess it's back to manual wash for me. They were cool about it by letting me drive through a second time. It didn't help.

Best express/drive through carwash in town. It's only $25 and they leave the car spotless, and they get your wheels! The wheels stay shiny for weeks! And all packages come with a free towel dry by one of the employees. The tire cleaning alone is worth the $25! My car was covered in tree sap that no other wash has been able to remove but look at it now! Spotless (The scuffs on my hood is damage. My husband slid a box on the car when it was dirty causing the scratches, not from the carwash)

Poor Communication and Billing Practices - 1/5 Stars I initially signed up for the $18 monthly membership plan, but was disappointed by several issues with this company's service and billing practices. The Problems: My membership fee was increased from $18 to $29 per month without any prior notification Customer service is difficult to reach - no phone option available I submitted multiple "contact us" forms requesting cancellation and clarification on the unexpected charges, but received no response The online cancellation feature was not available for months, trapping customers in unwanted memberships I was charged the higher rate for an additional 2 months while trying to resolve this issue The Resolution: The company has since added an online cancellation option, which I was finally able to use to end my membership. Bottom Line: Instead of saving money on car washes as advertised, this membership ended up costing me significantly more than paying regular prices. The lack of transparency in billing changes and poor customer service options make this a frustrating experience I cannot recommend. Recommendation: Look for car wash services with better customer communication and transparent billing practices.

Wires that tie down cleaners are sharp and have caused me to bleed more than once. I have nicely pointed it out, but the kids that work here don’t really care. Maybe a manager will correct the installation of the wires if I post it here.

I have given Wash N Roll a lot of chances since I signed up for their special for 9.99 a month for three months. However, after being a frequent customer there I can say that this car wash is below average. I am going to go over a list of pros and cons: Pros: It is on our way home so it is convenient. That is it, that is why we signed up and canceled our plan with Watershed Carwash. Cons: 1. The towels are mediocre. These are the basic towels that you learn not to use on your car since it will scuff it up, especially if you have a dark colored vehicle. The towels are not microfiber like at other places. 2. Speaking of towels, good luck finding towels at any station. 3. Vacuums are hit and miss. They seem to be missing a lot. They do not work. Most of my visits I have to switch to a different stall to vacuum the opposite side of my vehicle. 4. Trash cans are the plastic bins and not anchored in. 5. The air blower at the end of the car wash is not worth a darn. I get it, probably helping the employees with tips since they have a lane in which one can drive through and get wiped down. 6. Each stall never has the full supplies. For example, window cleaner, armor all type liquid, and air freshner. You usually have to do a lot of stall jumping to get everything you need. You will see a lot of customers jumping from stall to stall searching for what they need. I will say Wash N Roll does try to add a personal touch. Before you enter the wash they have someone scrub the front of the vehicle and scrub the front window. They also scrub the back. Sadly, it is a half hearted effort and I can say that it does not do much, but it is a nice effort. I will end up canceling soon and I am not certain things will change. I am certain lots of residents in the nearby sub divisions go to Wash N Roll for the convenience so there might not be an incentive to want to improve. I was pulling for them and still will. I attached some pics of what is at the stalls. I was going to post a video of the vacuums not working, but Google reviews does not allow it.

I have used every Go car wash in the area, and this one is the best. Not only does the equipment always work well, but the staff is much more positive than the other locations, and they care about their work. I travel longer to get to this one, but it’s worth it.

BRAND new car got scratched by this car wash three days after driving it off the lot. Filed a report with the staff and still no phone call. 8/29/25 update suprise suprise they called me and tried pulling the “it wasn’t us”. My car has less then 300 miles on it. The scratch wasn’t there before the was and was there after and reported it. It’s brand new and has only been to their car wash and my driveway. I’m completely disgusted but not surprised. Save yourselves the headache and don’t go to this business. There is no accountability.

Hands down the best GO car wash location in Austin, TX and surrounding areas! I have been pretty much to all of them in Austin and your car/truck is still dirty, wheels and tires not shined properly and not friendly at the other locations. But not this location! The service is always the same and TOP TIER! I’m proud to drive here to have my vehicles washed and cleaned! If you have not tried this location out yet, I definitely recommend!

Decent car wash, but it consistently misses the side panels — I still have dirt on the sides after going through. The vacuums are hit or miss, and usually only one side has any real suction, and this has been an issue for months. Also, the pre-wash scrub at the entrance feels rushed and half-done. It shows when the sides come out dirty. Fix the side-panel cleaning, vacuum power, and pre-scrub quality and this would easily be a 4–5 star spot.

GO Car Wash is in a great spot, right next to a QuikTrip and CVS, so it's super easy to get in and out. The people who work there are really good too, they're quick to help, friendly, and always ready to make things work. You get free towels with a cleaner for glass and leather, plus a free access to a machine that wash or vacuum floor mats through a feeder (I love this one!). Even when it's busy, there's plenty of room to dry and vacuum your car.
