I’ll start by saying the inside of the shop is adorable. They have great gifts and goodies, it’s VERY Boulder. I ordered a coffee and worked from the shop while they express detailed my car. They said it would take one hour. Fast forward 2.5 hours later, I was left VERY underwhelmed and disappointed. I paid $120 (including gratuity) for what was advertised as a full auto detail. However, I feel what I got what a basic exterior wash and interior Vaccuum and wipe down. There was lots of areas left dirty and I felt it did not warrant being labeled as a “detail”. I would not pay $100 again for this service. If it was advertised as a exterior/interior wash for $40 I would. But this just wasn’t it. ***Also worth mentioning I have 2 car seats in the back seat so the work required to detail the back seat was very minimal and still it was left very dirty. I didn’t even have them touch the truck as I have two strollers and other large items back there. I feel for a detail job this should have been easy and quick.

I took my truck to @glosswash to get a ceramic coating and some paint correction. There were some minor scratches and some paint swirls that I wanted taken care of. I can’t even find the scratches that were driving me nuts to look at. They knocked it out of the park. Great customer service and communication and excellent work. I highly recommend that you go see them. I’ll be visiting them again for some other things that I would like done.

Peter and Brandon took great care of me! Had my Model Y in for some scratches and rubber transfer removal and they did a phenomenal job getting those out! They were very thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done, in what timeframe, the expectations of how the results might pan out, and an accurate estimate as to how much it would cost. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need any more paint correction/scratch removal done!

Update: It’s been a few days and I have tried to clean all the windows with different products and they are still so oily and dirty it is imposible to clean them after that Carwash that just keeps on giving. I think they used the same rag they used for the armor all on the windows. I wish I could take away that last star. 60 dollar Carwash, on a 82.69 total bill. I will let the photos do most of the review for the quality of the work they do at GLOSS. This is the first (and last) time I go there and I went because of all the social media presence they have. I got bombarded in Instagram and Facebook with their ads. Now it makes sense all that advertising budget. There are probably no return customers so they need to pay for social media to bring in new customers (fresh meat I’m sure they call us behind closed doors). If this was a contest for applying Armor All (or whatever shiny product they use) on dusty and dirty interiors, GLOSS would win first place worldwide. Armor All World Champs. I did ask one of the workers to clean some spots that were just too obvious and he did it very annoyed so I just left. I am going back to the Circle K Carwash. And I will do the interiors myself. Thanks Gloss. I am glad I didn’t pay for the ceramic coating. Dodged that bullet.

Visiting from out of town and needed a quick wash. They said my car (Porsche 911 Targa 4s) was too low to run through the touchless machine and suggested a hand-wash at the detailer. They got me in within an hour, performed an exterior 2-bucket hand wash and cleaned the inside as well. Very happy with the result as the car is going to be in a wedding today. (The car isn’t getting married, my brother is.)

I stopped going here a while back because they did a horrific job. Decided to give it a try and see if anything changed. I think it may have gotten worse. I like these places because they clean inside and outside. While I can get a good car wash at a gas station for $12 I decided to pay the extra for the inside too. Just let the pictures do the explaining. Definitely will not be back. Hopefully they will change hands again soon to better management.

Sadly, Gloss just doesn’t pay attention to the details. A $21 car wash should at least mean all windows are clean and dirt removed from body panels, but they just aren’t thorough. There aren’t other options in town for full-service car washes, so you’re better off doing it yourself.

Service done was good, employees were great. No complaints there. However the service I paid for initially said Seats/Carpet, however when completed at the agreed upon price point, it turned out the service was only one of those two options, and it was a bunch extra to do both. Need to fix this on website and in reservations so that customers aren’t disappointed when they receive vehicle back and only half of what they expected was completed.

My car looks SO GOOD. Gloss did a great tint job, was helpful in talking through the options and making sure I was happy. They even did a little detailing for free. Take your car here!!

The Puddle was great, this place is no Puddle. They apparently don't do dog hair. That would be one thing, but the problem is that if you ask them they tell you that they do. This is false, I have given them multiple chances after receiving assurances that they normally do better and will make sure to do the interior properly the next time, but after today I give up and just did it myself and will not give them another time to try. Go out to Speedy Sparkle, they do it right and it'll save you having to clean your car you just paid to have cleaned.

The workers at Gloss detailing did a fabulous job. Our jeep has never looked (and felt! and smelled!) better and they listened to all our requests and surpassed our expectations. I already want to do our other car now. Well worth the price!

Had my Audi A8 hand wash by Brandon… Not only a total gentleman, but a perfectionist to say the least… my car came out, literally show room clean… Brandon clearly went beyond the call of duty to make sure the car looked pristine!… He is clearly an asset to Gloss Car Wash!

Decent enough and nice people, but missed a couple of super obvious spots. For example, my cup holders were clean, but there was a big patch of dirt right next to them that didn’t get touched. And they got my floor mats on the front and back but not the back-back row. I’d say for the price and ease of going here, it’s worth three stars, but with a little extra effort you could probably do a better job at a self-service.

I am writing this review to share a disappointing experience I had at Gloss Car Wash in Boulder. While the basic wash service seemed fine, an interior detail led to significant trouble and a complete failure in customer resolution. During the interior cleaning process, a staff member unfortunately damaged my driver's side car seat (specifically, it appears the plastic housing for the reclining mechanism was cracked or broken). This damage was clearly caused while the car was under their care. I immediately brought the issue to the attention of the management. Despite providing details and showing the damage, I was very disappointed that the owner ultimately decided not to take responsibility for the repair. They dismissed my request, indicating they were unwilling to cover the cost of rectifying the damage their staff caused. This car seat is high end, costing over $500. A responsible business should stand behind the work performed by its employees and ensure that any accidental damage is promptly addressed. The refusal by Gloss Car Wash to fix the seat leaves me deeply unsatisfied with their customer service policies and commitment to accountability. Summary: My property was damaged during a detail, and the management refused to provide a solution or compensation. I cannot recommend this business due to their poor follow-through and lack of concern for customer belongings.

I cannot believe the difference in my car. It is 10 years old, and even though I have taken good care of it, the difference after Gloss worked on it was night and day. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car shining like new.

I was excited to try them out. I paid for the car wash for exterior and vacuum service interior on floors and seats. These photos show my results. :(

They were very informative about my questions before they put my protective film on car. Did the job in quoted time and texted me when it ready. Walked me around and gave me instructions on care for first weeks. Great crew and the price was reasonable since it has a lifetime guarantee on the film side.

I had an excellent experience with Gloss Auto Detail. I brought my car in for a full detail, which normally takes around eight hours, but I needed it back by late afternoon. They went above and beyond and had my car ready by 3 PM, which was amazing. Both the interior and exterior looked and felt incredible—honestly like a brand-new car. I also asked about paint restoration, which would normally take another full eight hours. Even though I didn’t have time for that service, the guys took the extra step to restore a small section with a few scrapes just to show me what they could do. That alone was a huge plus and really showed their pride in their work. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch detailing.

I paid $120 for a express detail, the exterior was not done well. There was a lot of hard water lines on the right side of the car. The bumper/undercarriage of the car was left extremely dirty. The interior wash was for more disappointing as they did not do multiple things listed online. The dusting/sterilizing was either done very poorly or not at all with marks and dust being everywhere on the dash and around the center console area. All that was done on the interior was picking up of trash. I could have paid 21$ for the wash and cleaned the trash out of my car and got better results then this. I am very disappointed in the service I received.

AVOID - Quick Detail Left My Tesla Greasy and Unsafe Rating: 1 out of 5 Stars I came in for a quick detail and received a shocking, subpar service. Not only was the "detail" a failure, it left my vehicle in a significantly worse and potentially dangerous condition. Interior Damage/Mess: The interior, including the leather seats, steering wheel, and plastic dashboard, was completely coated in a heavy, greasy residue/gloss. This was not a "detail"; it was as if the interior was lubed up. This gloss was not listed or requested as part of the service and made the steering wheel unsafe to grip. Exterior/Glass Failure: The windshield after the wash was worse than when I dropped the car off, heavily streaked and blurred. Managerial Response was Unacceptable: When I returned the next day, the manager initially tried to dismiss the greasy interior as simply the "included gloss." When confronted about the danger and mess, she offered an absurd explanation: that the streaks on the windshield were due to cleaning spray "condensing" on the glass. This is simply not true. She promised a second, proper cleaning, stating, "we will take care of it." Second Attempt was Also a Failure: After the second attempt, the windshield was still streaked and worse than the initial state, showing they did absolutely nothing to correct the issue. I paid for a service that resulted in a greasy, unsafe interior and a dangerously streaked windshield. Do not come here.
