Waited in line for over an hour and one of the workers came and said they weren’t going to wash my car because they are tired. This was a total disregard of my time. I will never return to this establishment.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've gotten horrible service from this car wash twice. I should have known better the 1st visit but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again...the worst decision I could have made. They are rude, nonchalant and definitely not customer service oriented. I can truly say I won't be back and I will never refer anyone to patronize this business. You're better off washing your own car or going thru a drive thru car wash .

Not A Good job at all on my JEEP. I ASKED FOR a complete detail and got a very minimal. Clean. They did offer to vacuum it but I told them I got it. They were very nice maybe they didn't understand because they only charged me 45$.

They took their time to wash my car, they pay attention to detail. Mark is very nice and welcoming. Paid $30 for inside and out. They did a really good job! They take cash app, cash & card. The car wash is next to a gas station which is a plus.

I can honestly say it’s always something with this car wash, every time I go there it’s either they’re done for the day before the time they state they close or something crazy, today I was told they not washing trucks today, that’s the first time I have ever heard something like that, but it’s cool. Even the guy who the owner sent over was like I don’t no why but that’s what he said mind you it wasn’t like we had a bad encounter before because I haven’t been there since I bought my new truck, but like I said it’s cool never again. And I’m not even the type of person to write reviews but this place is terrible!

They over charged me for a mediocre car was. Nothing special for the price I was charged. I give props the the 2 young guys they had cleaning the inside and vacuuming. They did good. I lime to see young ones earning a dollar. But I won't ever be going back to this car wash. I could get what they did to my car for half the price.

I work at BMW of South Atlanta in Union City and was on my way home and saw global hand car wash and decided to go ahead and get my vehicle detailed since I had been procrastinating for weeks. They were extremely busy when I arrived but I received phenomenal customer service and my vehicle was washed and detail with an hour. My little Angel is shining bright like a diamond. If you want outstanding customer service and your vehicle detail thoroughly, I highly recommend Global hand car wash!!!

Poor customer service period. I called this location and they assured me they could detail my mom’s car. When I took her car the guy turned me away saying there was nothing he could do for the car because it had spots that needed special treatment and it would take 2 hours to sit. I basically pleaded with him and offered to leave the car because we just buried my step father and we’re only in town that day packing up my mom’s things to move in with us. He said it is a job he would have to do on the weekday, but I told him we live in Maryland so today (Saturday) was the only day before heading back tomorrow. This was important because not only was this car in desperate need of cleaning and I wanted to this to lift my moms spirits, it is her birthday today. She showed not empathy or kindness, just turned me away. I ended up taking the car right across the street to a place that just says Carwash and explained my situation; an older gentleman told me to pull the car up with no hesitation (mind you this was one guy and the other place had about 6/7 guys). I asked him to do the interior and exterior. He took about 20 mins and washed the exterior and asked me to come back later to get the interior done because another guy had to do it. After washing the car, he did say it would need a chemical on it to clean it fully, so he told me he wouldn’t charge me just to come back when the other guy was there so they can do it right. That is what I did. Those guys did not look at the car and not even try to clean it or send me to an automatic car wash like this place did. They actually took the initiative to help and do as much as they could for me. That is what customer service and a good business is supposed to do! I completely appreciated them for that. This place is only after the money because he literally told me Saturday was his busy day and that’s why he couldn’t even attempt to try to wash it even after pleading with him. Even though, there were no other cars behind me at that time. None! You never know who you are entertaining. Needless to say, I tipped the guys who took care of my mother’s car very well! They deserved it. This place (Global Auto) though…do better!

Worst part of my week!!!! Absolutely worst service. Card reader was down but I was not told this until after car was cleaned. Asked for inside and out, quoted $45 for my company vehicle. Was taking longer than expected, I had to leave to pick up my kids so advised only able to do outside and then I asked to pay and I’m told no card reader and I need to pay another way. Not possible as I am getting my company vehicle cleaned and it needs to be paid with company card. Had BUSINESS OWNER advised when I pulled up NO CARDS then this wouldn’t be a problem. So he decided to hold my keys because his card reader is down! Police arrive and advised him he is not liable to hold my keys because his card reader is down and that is not my fault! I had no problem giving him collateral because I wanted to come back and get inside clean too. And to be honest the outside could have been done better also!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!

First time visiting this detail shop. It was on a Saturday, so they were very busy. The wait for a wash was over an hour which was a little frustrating. However, the wait was worth it. Everyone was super nice. It took them about an hour to wash and clean the interior of my midsize SUV. Mark, the owner was very nice and took the time to express his appreciation to me as a first timer. Ben cleaned my interior and wiped the exterior and did a excellent job. The one thing he missed was because he did not want to move items off the seat in my vehicle. I would of liked him to ask me about this but given the attention he paid to the car, it was minor. Well worth the time and wait. I also like that they accept cash and card. Highly recommend them.

Mark has the best car washing service in atlanta. He and his workers pay close attention to detail and they make sure your car is perfect. If Mark workers miss a small spot, he makes sure they get it. These guys have a passion and love for washing cars and they are amazing! I definitely recommend this car wash location.

PERFECT job! I’ve have been to some of the top car washes and his work is amongst the best. Ben’s quote to Wash the inside, outside and shampoo SEVERAL seats was the lowest as well. He quoted me 1 hr 45mins. He delivered on time and quality.

Give this place a zero rating if i could. Use to be my favorite car wash till they put a huge scratch on my driver side door, i brought it to owners attention and he denied the situation when his worker said there was no scratch before he started working on my car. I even had a witness saying she seen i didn't go there with the scratch n told me if it was there, she would of noticed it. I will never go back, and sure will not be referring anyone to go there anymore.
