My grandfather and I came here on October 18th, 2025, to get a hand wash for his truck. I called ahead before we arrived, and Cody was able to get us in right when we arrived. He was super nice and helpful. He managed to make the truck look nice and clean, and if he missed a spot, he fixed it right away—big shout-out to Cody for his kindness and hard work.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I was not the one who picked up my car - otherwise I would’ve said something at pickup - but my car was returned to me smelling of sewer water and there were several dirty spots. (See photos) Gunk left in the cup holders, a giant scratch in the tint of my driver side window that wasn’t there before, and I truly cannot express to you how rancid my car smelled. I’m not sure if they used dirty water during the shampooing process or what but it is foul. My car is old and dirty and I’m not expecting a miracle, but to pay nearly $500 and have it returned to me in this condition is unacceptable. Will not be taking my car here again, nor will I recommend them to friends and family.
