I didn’t end up getting a service done because something came up but Mr. Vannaro Sao was working that day and was INCREDIBLY helpful, went out of his way to work out affordable and quality options for me. But even more so he was incredibly kind, respectful, considerate, and just a super sweet and genuine soul. Even went out of his way to try and help me find a way to sell my car! This business has great people working here I would highly recommend this place!

An extraordinary job considering the Condition of our van—after several dusty road trips. Great, detailed effort and our vehicle looks very much like a new vehicle. Vannaro was very patient in providing the options available for detailing and protecting our vehicle. While we did go with a couple of options today (superior interior detail, wheel cleaning and shine, exterior wash and wax) there are many more that we’ll consider for our next visit.

The staff was super friendly. We went out to my car so I could show Sao what I wanted cleaned. He made several recommendations and I ended up choosing the cheapest option. They still made an extra effort to get some stains out of my floor mats. I have a 2007 BMW and they made the interior look practically brand new. It did take longer than I expected but it was worth the wait.

Worst wrap job, when asked, they wouldn’t issue refund, had to dispute with bank and received partial refund (50%) and they have the NERVE to display my car in their line up of “detailed” cars when it was 4 days off the dealer’s lot, already in pristine condition BEFORE they wrapped it horribly. They couldn’t show pictures of previous work because their database was “too slow” so no evidence of previous work exists ***bottom line*** do NOT come here!! Shady business practices, they ask for all money before work is done and they do not issue refunds for ANY reason. The banks will usually side with the merchant, so don’t count on that process working like it did for us. After they had their money, they ghosted us. Not professional. Not honest.

My car interior was so overdue for a cleaning and shampoo. Aside from the usual coffee stains, spills and crumbs from regularly transporting a high school athletics team, I had to transport a whole roasted pig from San Diego to Murrieta and some of the juices had spilled out onto my back seats and into the seatbelt buckle. I tried my best to clean it all off myself, but it just left a hideous stain. Gleam Auto Spa not only got rid of all of those stains but did so very efficiently! I hadn’t realized I should’ve scheduled my car to be there for at least a few hours, and I had to leave within two, so they helped me pinpoint my toughest/most pressing issues so that I could get out of there in time. Already planning to take one of my best friends there to get her car detailed and would recommend to anyone looking for top notch service!

I’ve done business with this guys for years but this is the first time I’ve actually had one of our own personal vehicles detailed. This team wowed me as soon as the vehicle pulled up. I went through every small detail on the vehicle and ran my hand along the car. The job was amazing! I didn’t realize how flawless a car detail could be. And I work on cars for a living so I am very picky and know what to look for. On top of being a small family owned company they have great work ethic and pride in there work and it shows. We will definitely be back for future work and I highly recommend anyone that is a car buff to use this guys. You will be impressed!

They did an excellent job on my 2013 Honda Accord. Super nice people and humble. I got the interior done and headlights sanded. The headlight were extremely bad to where you can barely see them. They look brand new now. The interior also looks brand new and this car is 11 years old. The prices are pretty high, but I would say it’s worth it if you’ve never done it before. They also take their time, so plan on leaving your car there all day. We were extremely satisfied with the job and will be coming back.

I cannot recommend Gleam Auto Spa and Sao enough! As a pregnant, full-time active-duty mom with a toddler who has severe allergies and asthma, I was in urgent need of mold remediation in my Jeep — not just for cleanliness, but for my family’s health and safety. Sao was incredibly kind, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. He worked with me to provide a clear and fair estimate and was able to get everything done with such a quick turnaround that I was never without my vehicle for long. When I picked up my Jeep, I was genuinely shocked — it looks damn near brand new. I honestly didn’t think it could get this clean again. Knowing that I now have a safe, fresh starting point makes me feel so much more at ease going into this next chapter as a mom of two. Sao made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I’m beyond grateful for the care and attention he put into this job. I’ll definitely be returning to Gleam Auto Spa in the future!

Gleam Auto Spa did an excellent job detailing my car. My car looked like it was new again! The result greatly exceeded my expectations. When I went in for a quote, Sao was able to take my car right away, so there was no wait. The detailing took a day longer than anticipated, which was understandable because my car needed a lot of work, and it wasn't apparent how much work was needed until he actually got started. Overall, I was very impressed and am planning on using their services again.

I don’t really give bad reviews and I’d say I’m usually a positive person. I was really excited to finally detail my car and I did the basic detail that they offered. When I got there the guy (not sure of name) told me I had pet hair which I understand is difficult. He brought me into the shop and came with the estimate and said it would be an additional $1000 on top of the $150! You can buy a car with that money! I wanted to just take my business elsewhere but at this point I had paid and he told me I would only get store credit. So I told him just do whatever the $150 will cover. It said it would be an hour and instead it took 3 hours which is fine. I picked it up and didn’t take a good look at it before I left. When I finally had time to look at the job he did I was so disappointed. There was still dust on my dashboard, cup holders were not clean, and the console was not even cleaned. He told me this was an addition fee! I called and left a voice message and he called (I don’t pick up phone numbers I don’t know) and never left a VM when I asked him why he couldnt leave me a VM he scoffed and said he’s too busy?? He told me I could bring in the car tomorrow but for an additional fee. I’m sorry but this place is BAD take your money and business else where. How does a detail not cover console, cup holder, and dusting dashboard. Look at these pictures how was this even a detail? I’ve showed my friends and all of them said I was scammed which I feel I was. Poor customer service poor service this place is not anywhere I would bring my car.

The exterior sparkled, the interior was pristine and smelled fresh, and they didn’t miss a single spot. They took their time, didn’t cut corners, and followed up to ensure I was pleased with the outcome. Edit: i tried to return here, but Sao unfortunately cannot keep his own appointments. My first experience was quite pleasant that I wanted to return. Unfortunately, as a return customer the service and quality was not like before. Showed up again to my appointment time but the doors were locked. I called and no answer. Few moments later sao called me back stating he was sick. No problem. I get it. Life happens and sickness happens to us all. A simple courtesy text or call would have been nice before wasting my time and gas to drive here but I’ll let that one go. We reschedule for another date. I show up again for a 9 am appointment. Doors are locked and again i call and no answer. The lack of accountability and inability to keep appointments or let you as the customer know is disappointing. If you are able to get an appointment here. Be aware you might waste your time and the owner may or not respond. His punctuality is questionable. The place is a bit hidden to get to since it shares the same location as their other company. It’s a family owned business and they really go above and beyond. Sao was very helpful and informative on exactly what they offer and what will be done to the vehicle. I chose just to do a hand wash and wax. Their option3 and to me the price seemed fair for everything that was included. I am very particular about my car and I was impressed to see the way it looked once sao was done. Highly recommend this place if you want quality work done at a fair price.
