We just spent $20 for their BEST wash. I'm not thrilled. For $20, I think it should've done better. The wheel shine didn't add ANY shine to our tires. The wheels remained very dirty after the wash was complete. A unique thing this wash has at the end is some spinning drying towels after the blowers. The top one didn't spin or work, though. That was disappointing. My car was left dirtier in some areas after the 'wash' and I still had to clean it by hand. They now have towels you can use to clean off drips and wet spots on your car, but they are not conveniently located next to you, but rather a walk across a busy parking lot to get one. There are definitely improvements that they could make. I think my car wash should've cost about $10-$12, but NOT $20.

Went here today. Paid for the wash to include the shine and dry as well as tire shine. We politely asked the attendant to run it again as we did not receive it. As the lady attendant was understanding of the fact that we would like to get what we paid for. The gentleman running the machine was not the same. He clearly expressed attitude and confusion as to why we would want to wash again as we did not receive what we paid for. We offered to not go through again as it didn’t seem like he cared to correct the wrong in service and instead asked for a refund. The refund was denied and we went though again to only see that the proper function of wash purchased was not applied. To not ruin a beautiful day, we went on without raising more concern. Won’t be back. Very disappointed in how a service issue was “resolved”

the people here are awesome, i was being forgetful and left a ladder and some wires in the bed of my truck, they jumped up and got it out for me and where happy to do it! amazing service I highly recommend this car wash

!!!BEWARE!!! GFY automatic carwash put 3 dents in the side of my Silverado. The on-site staff has been understanding about the situation but the owner (Mr. Joe) refuses to repair the damage. He hasn't even had the decency to follow up personally. Several promises have been made by the on-site staff for me to see the video footage but nobody follows up or call back. I’ve been waiting since March 25th for this issue to be resolved and now, no one answers any of the three phone numbers I have. Bad business!!!!!👎 Update - GFY carwash stated that the section of the carwash where the damage to my truck occurred didn’t have cameras. They refuse to repair the damage to my vehicle because there is no video footage.

Best car wash I've ever been to. Sad they only have one location at the moment but hopefully with all of thier customers help we can change that. My truck actually gets clean and soap doesn't get left all over it like other places. The manager and rest of the crew are very helpful and will definitely go the extra mile for thier customers. I give them a little extra tip to shine my tires and rims when I see they aren't swamped and they are always happy to do it. Even lost a phone there and they helped me track it with thier security camera. Must use this car wash. Best for your hard earned money.

I lived on this side of town for about 10 years now. When they opened blue wave I was super happy however with time I wasn’t satisfied no more. My sons school had a fun raiser here about a year ago and I have been faithful to these guys since. They have a lot of staff and all are very helpful giving you that extra soap brushing in the places where the machine won’t be able to get to. Love it!

I came to this car wash on Sunday 7/10, while inside the car wash the drying section of the car wash pushed in both of my mirrors and knocked a mirror out of the housing, at the same time there was some deep scratched to my front driver side fender. I spoke with "Amir" that day who said " there is no manager on duty a person by the name of (Travis) will contact you by Monday morning. as upset as i was i under stood that is was a Sunday and nothing that Amir could do. It is now Friday 7/15 and I have not been contacted by anyone i have gone to the care wash 3 time this week and i have been told by multiple employees that Amir is in fact the manager of this location and that i will have to talk to him. each time that i have gone to the facility Amir has not been there even though the car wash attendants said he would be. i have tried to reach out to Travis and Amir At least 20 a day since Sunday with no answer or response. I was able to pop the mirror back into the housing. so i am not worried about that but can not let them get away with the scratches to my brand new Silverado!!! I am not trying to bash the car wash in any way, I understand that accidents happen, i just want to get my truck fixed. i have attached photos of the damage and a picture of "Amir" showing me footage from the security tape. Amir has my information please reach out to me so that we can resolve the issue.

I’ve been to this car wash in the past and wasn’t too impressed, however today I desperately needed a wash and gave it another shot. At the kiosk I was informed about the fragrance, window cleaner and towels that I never knew they had. He double checked that I enjoyed my wash when I was finished as well. Overall a good car wash, but will definitely be returning for the great customer service he gave me. I asked for his name, I think it was Logan. Good job Logan!

Warning, do not use this place to wash your vehicle, I've posted pictures to show what the car wash does! Their equipment is obviously not maintained, and it ripped off the front portion of my grill and hood! This happened on Thursday the 9th, I went and got an estimate for the repair, and took the estimate to the manager, he said he would reach me on Monday the 13th, for which I received no call, I went by there after work, the employee said the manager was not there, therefore, I am still waiting! You only get one star, shouldn't have any, but that is the only way to post this!

Do not come here - I was on the monthly maintenance program - I came to them and asked them to cancel it, he took my card and went inside and said done - it's been 3 months and they are still charging me-when I go by there they say oh the manager isn't here-I've emailed with no response and I've called and can't get an answer and no VM set up.

Nothing but good things to say about this car wash. The staff is all very professional and kind. I’ve had a membership here for a couple of years and use their services often. Reasonably priced and my car always comes out shiny and clean! They also have window cleaner available for you to use. Happy with this car wash!

This is probably one of the car washes I have ever been to. The two attendants at the tunnel entrance not only sprayed for the bugs, but even wash brushed the windshield, both front and back for dirt before I entered. At most car washes, the vacuum on the driver or the passenger side is either stronger or weaker than the other, but these vacuums were both strong. Plenty of towels available for drying this is probably the first car wash that I actually might consider getting a monthly pass to excellent work will definitely be back!

******************** CAR DAMAGE HERE ******************** Been a monthly customer for the Sparkle Clean ($30) for years since the Halloween Car Wash days. Today was it for me. My wife went in, ran through the wash and the machine had metal sticking out of one of the spinning cloth driers. This metal proceeded to slam and riddle the side of my car with pricks. Upon entering the car wash, the owner provided empty platitudes of empathy saying he would've been upset as well. His first concern was losing our business. This is the second incident at this car wash as I've had the bay door drop on my hood as well. I've canceled my membership and will instead go to Quick Quack, Whitewater, or Flying Bubbles nearby. I've already called my family to not attend this car wash any longer.
