Went through the touch free car wash bay and it was a waste of money. Car came out pretty much looking the same with all the dirt still on, even though I went for the "best" (most expensive) hot wax option. Don't waste your money.

The touchless wash is ineffective. Entire rear of vehicle looks unwashed- could do better with water alone and a hose.. The drying system drips on your car as it dries so it is also ineffective.

1st time used this place bad experience. Poor wash. No soap. Gave another try. No soap. Undercarriage didn’t work. Wax applied, no rinse. Soo little water one of my tire was still dry. Loose leaves/grass still stuck to truck. I wash truck weekly. It’s an easy clean. THis place always fails. Never again.

I got a carwash here today and decided to try out their new touch free option.......it was awful, total waste of money. The cycle was so short and there is still plenty of dirt on my car. I will NOT be going back after that experience.

Disgusting customer service! I brought my daughters car to the regular wash and when it came out the other side there was still some grime on the hood. I circled around and asked if I could go through again and he said NO, it’s my fault that it was sitting too long! Granted it had been sitting for a while under a tree and there was some extra grime on the hood but anyone with good customer service would have helped me out with a smile.I argued with him for a while and asked for the owners number which he refused. He said he was the manager and it was up to him and he wouldn’t lose sleep if I left a bad review or didn’t come back. We exchanged FUs and I was out of there! I will never go back!

I purchased the Diamond cleaning. It was the first time and last visit there. The back of my car remained dirty, side doors had dirty spots. I called several times and no answer. I sent several emails as I had taken pics to Nicole with the email address listed on the website, no answer. I went elsewhere to get the car vacuumed and re-washed .

I took my car to wash. It was after a snow storm, so I wanted my undercarriage to get clean because of the salt. I did not want to get the premium wash because it was going to get dirty again so I got the platinum one "$11" dollars which incluided the undercarriage wash. My car came out in the other side full of water on my car and I check the bottom because the light for the undercarriage did not go on, as expected it did kot wash the undercarriage I went a d tell the guy and he tell me that the light might not work and he pass my car again. The same wash still did kot wash the u dercarriage. I would never go there again. And please check your undercarriage next time you are there.

DO NOT USE TOUCH FREE HERE. Horrible customer service. Car came out still soaking wet and covered in soap. Asked nicely to borrow a rag so I could wipe my car down and was told NO. The air dryers are very low quality and not mounted properly to get the water off your car. And the robot continues to spray out soap onto your car after rinsing, so your car will come out looking worse than it did when you went in.

This is by far the worst car wash Iv ever gotten (the automated one). It doesn’t wash cars and a rain storm is probably better. Not to mention, it’s filthy. Went in with a few bird droppings I needed washed off my car and wanted to go up to the $11 wash to make sure they’d come off.. fist off if took me 3 minutes trying to get to recognize I didn’t need to “drive forward” anymore as it was strobing between drive forward and “stop”. Good that’s done now the wash starts. It rinses my car with a stream of dribbling water (not a spray) then doesn’t apply any soap (or maybe it’s soapy water) and proceeds to use a single super high power nozzle to rinse the “soap” off my car (I assume there’s supposed to be multiple all round the car spraying) but nope I got just 1.. Finally drive off through the dryer that doesn’t work and what do you know all the bird droppings still there.. I reiterate - this car wash DOESNT EVEN WASH YOUR CAR thank god I didn’t go to the top tier level.. PS maybe the soft cloth wash is better (I’m sure it is) but at all cost avoid the automated wash at all cost .

There is nothing like feeling on top of the world thinking your car is all clean and it's as dirty as when you came in. I introduced my toddler to his first car wash experience and it was a disappointing result. You might want to stay away from Touchless - $17 down the drain! No response from customer service when I emailed them in Dec and then again after the holidays. Issuing credit is the right thing to do.

So it was honestly just a regular day and I had coincidently came from an auto body shop. I had just gotten off exit 38 and wanted to get a car wash. As I was pulling in, one of the car wash employees (John) noticed my tire was flat. Thank god he spoke up about it because I had no idea. I backed up and pulled over to the side and both car wash employees (Paul and John) had jumped to the rescue. They were very professional. I would have been in deep trouble if it weren’t for these two amazing employees. As a 19 year old, 5’1 female, I would not have been able to change that tire by myself. They honestly didn’t even need to help, but they still took the initiative and did it! They went above and beyond! Thank you to Paul and John. I will definitely be coming back to this car wash!

Great quality car wash that comes with a thorough spray down with their water pressure nozzles and then a scrub down front and back bumper. The brush before they send you through is optional if you request no brush. Car pretty much gets a pre wash before the main wash guaranteeing a full clean car.

24 hours advertised in big lettering as you drive in, yet it is not! Car wash purchasable at the pump and then only after you agree do you realize it's closed. Come on! You expect someone to make the purpose trip back to get the wash they paid for at the pump?! **Response to Owner's reply: I tried asking the gas station clerk to have it refunded, but they refused, explaining it was a separate company and that there was nothing they could do on their end.
