This place sucks. every time i come alone (without a male) they clean my car so poorly. I had to revaccum it myself and when I tried to talk to the man in charge he was an a* *hole. They didn’t even bother to do the trunk either. Don’t recommend. Save your money

Open till 7 which is nice. I’m a first time customer but I will definitely stop back for another car wash. Looks great price wasn’t to bad either. They will clean interior also for 12 dollars.

When I was in last week, I got out my car and had to go to the office to get the guys attention. I noticed right away that the office smelled of Marijuana and the attendant was really slow. I had to remind him to give a registration slip. The attendant was someone I haven't seen before. Now is not the time to have bad service with Tommy's opening soon

Paid for the best wash and when I came out the truck was still filthy. I went back up and they wouldn’t do anything about how filthy the truck still was. Every other car wash business I’ve been to will always run you back through and these guys certainly will not. I will never return and will recommend anyone to go elsewhere, Gentle Touch Car Wash is a waste of your money.

My car was cleaned inside after 20 minutes of waiting it was still dirty. My mats didn't get clean, my dash was dirty. The boss need to check their work. The car wash was good but that part is a machine.

This place was awesome! Given the amount of salt on my car I was impressed even if they didn't think to check under a few outside surfaces and didn't clean my inner rear window the greatest. The windshield was spotless inside and out and that's my biggest concern while driving!

So it’s Mother’s Day, had a great lunch with my daughter, had lunch leftovers and a flower vase with some water in it, in a gift bag along with gift certificate, paid for car wash and detail, they threw out my leftover food, threw my gift bag on the seat, which in turn spilled water from vase into gift bag, ruined gift card, I had a car seat in the back seat which I put lunch and gift in, it did not need to be touched. They apologized, I went to get I. Car after seeing that to which my drink holders had an inch of water in them, I’ve gone here many times, this will be the last!!!!!! You’ve ruined my day.!!!

Paid $10 for outside, $15 for inside. Outside was fine. Inside, not so much. They cleaned half of the inside of my windshield, which wasn't great. Didn't touch the passenger side. Had a small "cubby" in the back of my car that had stuff in it, they didn't bother to vacuum it up. Opened a back door, and saw a french fry and a leaf still under the driver's seat. Would go again for outside wash, but never inside.

I purchased the most expensive package inside and out at the State St location. The exterior had a small area that had tar. They didn't even TRY to clean it. The interior didn't even look like they ATTEMPTED to clean it. I went back and talked to the manager. His attitude was defensive and short. He said they wash 100 cars a day and he can't look at each car to make sure the workers do their job. I asked for a refund. He said NO...I ask for the phone number of the owner, he said NO. He made it clear he was in charge and if I didn't like it, DON'T COME BACK. Trust me, I'm NEVER going back.

I was there this past week. I paid $22.00 for wash wax and interior cleaning and vacuum also a $2.00 tip in anticipation of a good job like they used to do. But all the cleaning that I saw was, my dashboard was wiped down and I think the floor in the back was vacuumed. My counsel was filthy, my seats weren’t cleaned and Lord only knows what else was missed. I am a 71 year old lady and can’t do all that. Therefore I have to pay to get it done. I’m on a fixed income and can’t afford to be ripped off like this.

Car wash was fine. Cleaning the interior was terrible. Used to be really good. They didn’t actually wipe down anything except the windshield, knocked the light sensor device off of the windshield and didn’t say anything, didn’t vacuum under the seats or in the door pockets, and didn’t vacuum the back (trunk) of my SUV at all. Won’t go back.

Service is terrible. Stopped going here started going to Mister went to Gentle Touch touch today since I was at Kroger and was seriously disappointed. My rims were not clean. I went back to the wash and the manager or the guy who takes your money told me that they aren’t a hand wash and if I want them to be super clean I will need to scrub them. First of all I know you aren’t a hand wash. Duh!!! Asked for a rewash and he said it would be regular price. Absolutely not! What a waste of $8.50. Won’t return. They used to be pristine but not now. Don’t waste your money!

Not very pleased with interior cleaning done today. Only vacuum cleaning good, left dirty towels in car. Can smell smoking. I hate smoking smell. Dash board still dusty, side door panels not clean at all. Hope management looks into it and do proper training. Best wishes.

They clean your interior for an extra $10 and it's definitely worth it. Since Firehouse was bought out by a new owner and I didn't like the new one in place, I tried out this place based on reviews. My car came out so shiny and clean! I've never seen my car so shiny. I'll definitely be going here from now on.

Always get my car clean and when I do get the interior clean it is great and spotless for the price you pay. You should not expect a full detail clean for $15…and you will leave happy, because what they do for $15 is a great deal. Won’t go anywhere else in town.
