This is my favorite car wash in town. Most importantly, the machines do not leave any swirl marks on my black suv. The staff are chill and helpful. Prices are best in town. Update- March 19 2025 - This car wash still has the best prices and best service in town. I wouldn't take my precious vehicle anywhere else.

This is tough to write because I really like the people, but they damaged my paint. I went in for a clay bar and that was fine. Then a month later I got it hand waxed. There is now a cluster of flat looking (matte) spots with one area about the size of my thumb where it is down to the primer. They tried to tell me it was overspray from the manufacturer. The car is 8 years old, I doubt a defect in the paint would wait so long to show up. Another detailer (at another place) thought they had to have used a buffer and just held it in that area too long, as well as possibly misusing chemicals/compounds. They blew me off. BUT the man that finished the original service came over of his own accord to see what happened (I admire that he didn't try to avoid any responsibility). He told the manager that he thought he could make it better. And he did, the milky spots anyway. The paint of course, is ruined.

Very quick car wash, it was their anniversary ANF Father's Day so they had free car washes. Didn't get to use their vacuums because it was crowded but the car wash itself was speedy.

Love this place! Highly recommended. I come here all the time. I wash all my family’s cars and some work vehicles here. The staff is always on point! My go to guys are Francisco and Henry, they are always so friendly and willing to help with anything I need. This is the BEST place to get your car washed in Land Park & surrounding area! Always clean and fast 💨

These guys need better customer service, and need to honor their set hours. Also, have a phone # that's not disconnected. Per your response to my original post, rather than be professional, and take constructive criticism, Instead arguing with me about your set hours etc. Ridiculous. I have come by there 4-5 times, as have other friends of mine, and you were closed over an hour earlier than your set hours because employees who are not supervised well decided to close early. We pay for a monthly service for set hours. Period! You do NOT honor them which as a patron is frustrating to drive all the way out there to find out your closed for no reason. And when you call the listed # on your website to complain it's a disconnected #. Nothing to do with weather. Be more professional. Get your act together. Not to mention how many times you have double charged my credit card and I've had to fight with you for months to get my $$ credited back to me. Very unprofessional. And countless times I've been there and your car wash is broken down, or your technology won't recognize my plate, that's why you permanently have someone stationed by the machine as your technologys ineffective. Be more professional. Take constructive criticism better. Don't call your customers a liar.

Horrible Car Wash And The so called manager is Horrible too. I have auto pay of card and they didn't let my car thru said it wasn't paid, the paint on my car is coming off, my license plate gets bent, the back windshield wiper messed up, and one time had to wait for 45 min cuz the machine broke down it was 2 cars stuck inside and they didn't give none of us no love for waiting or the inconvenience said oh well and was just rude about it saying its not they fault the machine shut down

Exceptional service from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive the moment I pulled in. They explained the options clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed without trying to upsell. I could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. The team was efficient but thoroughmy car looked and smelled amazing afterward. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the customer care exceed expectations, but this spot definitely delivered. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending them to others!

illegally put on monthly subscription, billing credit card monthly for $19.99 just went for supposed free car wash at reopening. Called to resolve, they pretended they couldn't hear me, went to site, got NO COOPERATION, showed me a receipt from June for $10 which I was told would be for unlimited wash thru June 30 Absolutely no cooperation but lots of excuses. Would not refund me even though I never signed up for this an have not been near the place since June on promo. Stay away from this place if you honor honesty and polite employees. management.

went through car wash and experience a multiple system shutdowns. I came out with a flat and while I was waiting for the manager to resolve the problem, there were 2-3 more shutdowns in a span of an hour or so... manager wanted to keep my tire so he could fix it and l'd come back for it later but I denied. he let me know to bring back receipt and he'd cover it, I got a call later saying after watching the camera footage my tire popped due to my after market valve caps and the way got on the track, but he was the one guiding the cars on the track. supposedly their equipment is not built for after market valve caps. Go to quick quack or mister where this won't happen to you. I appreciate their efforts but I did not accept their payment of free car washes for the value I paid to fix my tire. You could get a free car wash anytime due to their online ads.

They offer excellent service and accept Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. They also have plenty of spaces so you can vacuum. I also appreciate that they have compressed air for detailing on the inside of the car. They have three different tiers of washes to pick from with increasing levels of cleanliness 🧼🧽🫧🫧🫧 This is definitely a Gem on Freeport Boulevard

Brought my truck here for the first time since I've been looking for a different car wash location in the area. I used to go to the ducky place but always left unsatisfied and they didn't get back to me when they said they would... So I decided to try here after my wife suggested it. I got the mid range wash and was very satisfied, also cleaned the back of the truck which other places always failed at. Staff was extremely nice and thankful to see me, which is awesome. Very happy for the vehicle finish with the price, I will be returning for sure.
