Got a membership and cancelled all in the same day. This location is a very convenient location but with certain amenities missing I can’t understand the pricing. I was a Luv’s member paying $36 a month when this location charge $45 after tax for a level of wash similar to Luv’s. The wash it self was actually better than that of other washes I’ve used, but the tire shine left my rims very dirty with solution covering them. Since this location has no towels or anything it was impossible to get that solution off my rims. The air supplied at vacuums was very very weak, but I found the vacuums to be quite powerful. I would have give a higher rating if it would have at least had towels to be able to clean the rims afterwards and if the membership was a little cheaper.

I am a member of Luv Car Wash (previously Scrubbles) in Town Center and here is my review of Gate in comparison to Luv... I tried out this new place due to the free car wash promo. Only positives are everything is brand spanking new & it's big enough to accommodate many customers at once. Sequence (detergent, rinse, car wax, buffing, tire shine) is exactly same as Luv. It had better & more powerful water jets than Luv so it did a better job of rinsing the wash. However, tire shine was sub-par--I had to pull out my own tire shine to take care of this whereas at Luv, I don't need to at all. Here are the huge negatives & why I would never return: Vacuums are very weak with barely enough suction power. I tried a few different ones in case of a dud but they're all weak. I even made a comment to an adjacent customer & she agreed too. There are no paper towels or microfiber towels supplied (as at Luv) to dry your car. You have to bring your own towels unless you want residue spots after the water evaporates. This defeats purpose of car wash & is absolute deal breaker. Mind as well just hose off your car for free at home bc results will look the same. Gate is so cheap here. There's no glass cleaner to use. So how is a customer suppose to clean the inside part of windshield & windows? Again Gate is so cheap here. The compressed air gun is very weak too. This is a handy tool to blow off dust/debris around dash & crevices before vacuuming. Similar to vacuums, I tried a few different ones in case of a dud but they were all the same. Not sure if they offer free air fresheners (as they do at Luv) but I didn't receive one. There are much better options around instead of this place.

The worst car wash EVER. My car was not very dirty. Had to wipe away the dirt. The wash left dirt I the car!!

If I could have left them no stars, I would have. I asked for the basic wash and it was 16.00 so I believe that they charged me more. After I went through the car wash itself, my car was still dirty. The vacuums are average at best and what upset me the most is that they provide towels with no spray cleaner. My son asked a few times, and they told him that there was none. There was no customer service at all and the employees could have cared less when my son inquired. I normally go to Luv, I pay 10.00 and there is every accommodation that is needed to make sure that your car is clean. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and Gate was closer. NEVER AGAIN! I will drive further to get my money’s worth next time.

Every other car wash the basic wash is 10-12. This one is was $16 and then I go to clean the inside of my car and they don’t offer spray to wipe anything down. Just spent more and now my car isn’t even very clean. I’d go to LUV down the road where you get an air freshener and spray!

I recently visited Gate Car Wash, and it was an outstanding experience! The staff was friendly, efficient, and thorough. My car came out sparkling clean, inside and out. The facility was well-maintained, and the pricing was reasonable for the level of care provided. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Gate Car Wash to anyone looking for a great car wash at a reasonable rate.

Car still dirty. ESPECIALLY the windows! I went thru twice. Manager was not helpful. Saying hitting the back window with the hose is not part of their job. Only for bugs in front of car!!??

It’s a clean facility, vacuums work well, car wash was effective overall. They don’t have restrooms to use, and there isn’t any winded/cleaner. Very few towels to use. And no soap for the all-weather/rubber floor mats.

Sorriest car wash with the most laziest employees. Went through twice and no change. Bugs still on the front if my car both times. A film was placed on my way windows still dirty. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a child with a power wheel

I paid for the $15 wash, which admittedly is their lowest cost wash. I could tell essentially no difference, there were bird droppings that didn’t even get washed off. I was gonna use a little elbow grease to get them off using one of their towels, but there are no towels. There’s a basket that says “used towel return”, but there’s nothing to put in there. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I totally feel like I wasted my money.

Paid $15 just to pull in the lot after the wash to wipe down my car to find the soap dried up already and left spots everywhere on my car. I also had white stuff on the side of my car that never came off at all. For the amount of pressure and brushes in the wash, it should have not left any soap spots let alone the white marks. Had to get my car detailed the next day down at town center and they had no issues taking it off. To preface, they were not scratches. The soap dried so bad on the car that when we went to go towel dry the car it wouldn’t even come off unless you applied some pressure. Won’t be back. Waste of money for how expensive it is. Photos don’t do any justice because my car is black but zoom in you’ll see some of just hundreds of spots left behind. Also my windshield was blotchy and looked smeared with something in the sun. Pros is they had towels, cleaning mat station and nice vacuums that worked wonders in the car.

The vacuums are always broken, no towels, nothing And It was a brand new car and the crazy high water pressure it broke the sign. The employee's wouldn't let me fild claim finally I was able to do it through manager. It's been a couple months haven't heard anything. Very disappointed.

Came through with a roof basket 3 weeks ago asked if it was safe,worker said yes we will set the settings to where it won't clean the roof went through everything was fine. This time I go through the employee didn't set the settings right so it ripped the rack off the roof destroyed my hood and left dents all in my roof. Now they're trying to get out of it. Even the worker said it was the other workers fault for not putting the settings on the computer. Corporate sent me a list of things they aren't responsible for. If roof racks aren't supposed to be going through the car wash why did they send me through? Would it be ok if I strapped a 10 foot 4x4 post on the roof and go through? I highly doubt it. So since the worker made a mistake it's all of the sudden my fault?? Will never get gas from gate station as long as I live nor will I use their car washes. The worker told me that the other employee was working there for too long to let that accident happen. Shame on this place
