I paid $20 and I was expecting to have someone doing my vacuum. Noooo. It is a $5 car wash with a new facilities and fancy name. My car after the $20 still need a 30 minute cleaning in and out. Do not waste your money like that. This is a brand new car and there only dirt it has is a week of driving.

SO convenient and well equipped. Good car price and washing options, and my vehicle exterior was cleaned well. The vacuum station is where this place *shines*. 20 stations, excellent vacuums, and they even include rags you can use and have two separate mat washing stations for both rubber and clothe mats. Right next to Walmart, as well, so you can easily loop it into your errands.

The wash left dirt like dusty dirt and did not clean my car $12 and it sucks but the vacumm works .Updated went to day with my husband. He paid for bugoff and still many spots everywhere on tge windshield. Keep in mind his car is new.Not a great wash here.

Having a 8 month old car I have kept it pretty well clean. Today at the car wash I had to spend extra time cleaning the car with rags to get spots off all over the car. There was no one except the guy helping you check in to say anything to. After spending $36 for the graphene and extra for the bug treatment you would think that it would be clean and only need a light wipe down. It wasn’t.

As a Disabled Veteran I Decided to wash car. After running through and parked, restroom was calling. Got to doors and employees informed me the restrooms are not public or for customers. They sent me across the street to the Gate gas station to use restrooms there. Almost urinated on myself. By the time I crossed the street in traffic it was a miracle I didn't mess on myself. Why are the restrooms not for the public? Are you trying to lose customers? I think this is deplorable. So what you have to clean it more often. Job security is clean restrooms for customers.

During peak time they pack car's in the wash. The blower drying the car in front of you blow the soap off your car. The brushes are starting to sound hard against your car's body. Im a member. As a member you must watch the payment plan it tends to go up with out you knowing. I think 3 star's is generous . Very generous. 😇

I have a monthly pass, I can wash my car 1 time a day, every day, it's amazing. It really washes my car very well... The vacuums have very good suction, the rug washes are great as well. I'm meticulous about my car, so I look for scratches the brushes may have left on my car, there aren't any... Still using this place. Customer for life. Update. I'd still give them 5 stars, however there are some changes.. Cars are now recognized by plate number. You don't need that strip on your windshield anymore. The issue with this is that sometimes it tells me I've already used my daily wash, when I haven't. Maybe they're working some bugs out.. The quality of the wash is still very good though. Also, they took away the water from the rug beater.. Still a good experience though

I went to this location for the first time yesterday because my car was dirty and I had a wash card for this location. The female staff member that was working that day I believe her name was Mariah or Maliah. She was very helpful because I had a previous version of a wash card. After having to wait a few minutes she was able assist me with my issue. There weren't that many cars went I arrived and the wash process doesn't take that long. I would highly recommend having an old towel in your vehicle, because there are a few spots on your vehicle that maybe still wet from the drying process. I really like their vacuums, they have enough pressure to get a lot of dirt and loose leave on floor mats. They also have a wash mat station. Now my car is clean and happy. I'll definitely return here whenever I'm in this area again.
