Loved it 🥰 a bit pricey but well worth it since their car wash actually get your wash done right ✅ the very first time you run through it and they have amazing free vacuum stations that are easy to get in and out of so I would highly recommend stopping by here for a car wash 🚙 🧼

Not a bad place but for 200 dollars and a generous tip I expected a little better. Manager acted as if I was rushing them because I was walking around the waiting room. I told them I have all day to wait. Cleaning crew seemed indifferent even after I thanked them. Still some smudges on side of vehicle and drip marks but it looks like they got rid of the swirls which was the whole reason I brought the vehicle here.

I purchased the $38 package. Before I even got into the car, I had to wipe away crumbs off the front seat. On further observation, I realized I would have to go home and wipe off my dash. There was dust in every corner. The detailer only wiped the middle of the dash. The windshield still had water spots on the inside. I feel as though I purchased a $38 automatic car wash. Definitely poor quality!

If you're going to have a car wash open until 8 pm, then why wouldn't you have the customer service part open at 6 pm? I drove here out of my way to get a car wash, then afterwards when I asked a worker if I could use their restroom there he said, "Yeah, but it's already closed." If you're going to have workers who don't speak English the least you could do is have some manners and teach them how to run a hospitable customer service business. I will never come here again. The pandemic is over so why are they still treating their paying customers like garbage?

I paid for the $29 service.. whatever they put on the tires to clean them, slung out all over the jeep.. my daughter and I spent 30-40 minutes scrubbing the oily substance off and have had to do it a couple of times.. I am very disappointed and won't go back..

I bought this brand new 2022 Toyota Camry XLE 5 days ago and got it washed for the first time last night in their normal drive through. The machines got scratches all over the car. Manager tried telling me this morning that the machines did not do it when there are clearly symmetrical marks from a machine on the roof, trunk, and side of the car. He said i can come back tomorrow after noon and they can try to buff it out (they couldn’t fit me in at all today) If they fix it or insure it I will delete this review. If not, I am extremely disappointed that they messed up my brand new car and are handling the situation very poorly and rudely. PS i have never left an online review before but i could not have them mess up my brand new car and not tell others to not go here

I have used this location for their "fast and clean" which is a simple detail for $99 and I couldn't be happier. Ive done it multiple times. Its easy to make an appt and they do a great job at a good price.

This was my first time going to Fullers. I was really disappointed with service I received. I went in after leaving Firestone and having a full inspection done on my car. I arrived happy and upbeat to Fullers only to be greeted with less than desirable customer service. The young lady was very dry, down, and unwelcoming. I got the $100 detail & wash package. Even after telling her it was my first time there she was no help. She only pointed out the high priced packages and said that's all they offer. As I waited I went over their brochure in their lobby and noticed they did offer several other packages at half the price I paid. At that point I just expected for my car to be very well cleaned and detailed. As I continued to read the brochure I noticed they do car restoration for $200. I approached the young lady only to have her rudely tell me we don't do paint here, it just buffing. I said I understand I would still like to have the paint restored. So I went ahead and scheduled an appointment to come back and have it done. Needless to say the detail work that was done was not worth what I paid. They shined my interior without cleaning first. So if seemed a yway. So it was shiny but not clean. I had dirt spots still in certain areas of my door panels. And my windshield wiper was broken by one of their workers. I called to inform them & the same young lady answered the phone. She rudely told me I would have to call back the next day because the owner wasn't in that day and he is the only one who can review the camera footage to see if it was caused by their guys...No! She didn't offer to take my info and just have him call me. I explained that, that was doing too much. I was taking a long drive and the forecast was calling for rain. I needed the wiper fixed asap so I was just going to take it back to Firestone and repair it. It could not wait til tomorrow. My safety came first. I spent the $40 to have my wiper fixed and left it @ that. This was a horrible experience for me. I doubt I'll ever return. I decided to not keep my appointment for the paint restoration. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

This place sucks or lake there of. Just turn the the vacuums on and lev them on like all the other car washes do now have chase owner down to turn on the vacuums

Called because there was an issue the night before that covered my car in a grease that was very difficult to remove. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and cut me off with an attitude as if i was inconveniencing then. Make sure your car isn't covered in an oily substance after you go through.

I was there Saturday 11 4 23 Just bought a Van wanted to get it detailed Young lady told me it would take $226 to clean my vehicle with 2 specials on the menu one was for the upholstery of the car and the other 1 was for shampoon of the rugs and then washing outside I told OK why you do that I'm gonna go get the license plates for the vehicle because I had just bought it can you back with the license plate the Van was still dirty and when I asked lady what happened she said the dirt couldn't come out so I'll see if for $200 you'd better get all that dirty part of that Van when any way she took a picture and I had to go inside of the shop to get the invoice so I could make a stop payment on that receipt For that wash I have photos and everything folks I did not get the VIP treatment at that location New Lennox Off of Lincoln highway

Absolutely amazing service every single time! Fillers Car Wash in New Lenox always goes above and beyond. They spend extra time getting every little mess my kids leave behind in my truck, and it always comes out looking spotless. What meant the most, though, was how they greeted me like family, calling me Ms. Green and saying they hadn’t seen me in a while. It felt so good to be remembered and treated with genuine kindness. If you want a car wash that actually cares, this is the place. Highly recommend!

It's a good car wash. The people that work there you can tell hate their jobs. I haven't had one of the Fuller's sign me up and I felt like I was bothering him as I was handling him money. Gone in before to ask a question and the girl behind the counter couldn't have been less interested in helping me. I normally have to walk into their garage and get them all wound up to try to get service at the desk. When I went in to buy the membership they caught me walking out the door because I wasn't going to wait any longer since I was the only person there. Do not pay extra money for the $5 drying. They don't really care about doing that effectively. I have not had them clean the inside of my car yet because I've never seen a team of people who really didn't want to be there and be working. With tip, I gave them $10 to dry the outside of the car. When they finished I pulled forward unfinished drying off my truck since they barely dried it off. But the drive-thru works pretty well. The car wash gets five stars but they only got four stars because I've walked in the door and had to ask a few questions or try to get someone to sell me the extra services what you feel like you're bothering them and that's after waiting 10 minutes while waiting for someone to show up and all the workers are just standing there looking at you with no one I'm trying to help you or going to get the right person. Car Wash gets five stars, employees get two stars so I landed on 4 stars.

Carwash package for $39 Doesn't include rim cleaning. With machines doing the cleaning it should be included. Price for everything across the board is getting expensive these day's. Give something extra Not sure if I'll come back there's so much more competition out there
