Convenience convinced me this would be my grocery store. Bought cantalope , was mushy; bought honey dew melon and it was hard-neither had any taste. Bought watermelon and when I cut it in half it looked very soft and pale. Tasted it and it was so bad I didn’t even cut it up. Threw it in the garbage. Odds are one of them should have been decent. 🤮 Thought Fry’s was suppose to have good produce😵💫

Great variety. Clean store, well stocked. My only complaint is management on the their cellphones on the sales floor and the lack of saying hello to you as you walk by them. The other employees are friendly and will

Seems like unless you are able to be there in person. This Fry's doesn't answer their customer service line/phone what so ever when I have questions about the quality/quantity of certain items - in ANY department.!I sat on hold for 10 minutes each time (totalling to AN HOUR) only for the automated system to eventually hang up each time. But with my current health/restrictions I can't make the drive all the way there myself! Not sure if its just this location but Fry's really needs to up their phone customer service, cause I NEVER have this issue with Costco and getting questions answered there! 😭

Ive lived here for almost 40 yrs. Nice to have a store in the neighborhood. But... the pharmacy takes up to a week to fill ones scripts. And not all the time, sometimes they are right there right away. Most of the time I have to ask them for bigger discounts and then the price drops by 10-20$. If I hadn't said anything though.... If you are going for shots dont set an appt it took longer than just walking in! My delivery adds items i didnt order. It's happened multiple times requiring me to go to the store to return the items. On my receipts it says I ordered them. But we dont eat pepperoni! The customer service rep tells me its because this is the largest (most frequented) frys in AZ. Especially the pharmacy! Thats why its so hard to keep stocked up and to get your orders .... right... so hire more people ! They need jobs locally. So kudos for bringing shopping to 163rd Ave but ... maybe someone with better business acumen would do better running the place. Cause that place is a nightmare. And yes... its clean... its also new...

If you are interested in learning about the racist views of a cashier named Ashy, then this is the spot. I understand freedom of speech, I just don’t understand racism. Disgusted that someone feels free to say racial views to complete strangers. Great look for Frys…

This has been an oncoming problem, that I have tried to wait out, but frankly it isn’t changing. There are never any baggers at the registers. There can be 6 cashiers and minimal customers, with only one bagger and the cashiers won’t help each other. Look as expensive as your prices are, I do kind of expect full service. If I want to bag my own groceries, then I will go to Walmart and Winnco, where the prices are cheaper. I gave even been told by cashiers, that I need to relax, when refusing to bag. I have been there, when there aren’t any carts and was told by inside managers, that the carts are outside if I want them, More frustrating, is that the baggers are outside screwing around and flirting with one another. I don’t work for Frys and I refuse to do their jobs. Food is cheaper in town. Also be careful of their weekly sales. Buying 2 and getting 1 free of soda whether bottles or six packs is not a deal. That is normal price at Winn co and Walmart. This is not a deal at all.

Good store. One of the male pharmacy leads is rude as all hell but the store is fine. Bathrooms are clean, aisles are clean, shelves are stocked in an orderly fashion, the help is satisfactory, produce is kept fresh and tidy, bakery items I bought were good enough. The bakery recently improved the hygiene in the donut/bagel window - very low chance of items being contaminated by flies - big fan of that. Keep it up.

Did an online order, had a friend pick up for me. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because there was no notification that a few items were not in the order due to unavailability. Otherwise, it went great, employee loaded groceries w/o incident, and I'm considering doing this again, especially as my friend was the one who delivered the groceries, and this friend does this for a living as it is. Otherwise, very satisfied w the overall experience.

My husband and I frequent this store often. Today we got the pleasure of working with Polly, one of the cashiers. She was so friendly, talked to us like we were actual people instead of ignoring us like we aren't standing there. The best part was she put a sticker over the clamshell of blueberries so it didn't pop open. The customer service and extra mile was very much appreciated. It's honestly those small details that make a customer's day.

The place is huge but its crazy over priced on most items, love the faact that they have lots of electric wheel chairs maybe send some of those to the phoenix locations. They even have a really cool handicapped grocery cart that has an adult sized backward seat for those who need/want to go to the store but need assistance to do so. the parking lot is stupid as there is no exit that allows you to head north where the majority of people shopping there live so traffic is always congested and a huge pain.

Comfortable while using riding cart due to back issues. Everyone was kind and helpful! They had everything I needed. Prices were as good as they are going to get. The store was clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this Fry's! I was able to quickly and easily checkout at self-checkout.

Be careful what you buy here. The sold me a drink product that apparently needed to stay refrigerated but instead was in a clearance basket out in the isle without refrigeration. I could not have been the only one to buy it because the basket was full of them. I did not know it needed to be refrigerated until I tasted it and realized something was very wrong. Went to return it and that they could kill somebody by selling and not refrigerating a product that needs to remain refrigerated. They did not care nor did they refund me even though I had my receipt and the product. Calling the health department next week to repost this. This show a complete lack of concern for the health and safety of their customers.

This is a huge store. Really well done. It was clean and organized. The shelves looked well stocked. It was nice. I just moved to the area and it's nice to find a close by, great market to shop at. That's very important to me.

We have been shopping at this store since the day it opened. We were so excited to see such a nice store in the neighborhood. All of the employees are very nice and helpful. But, we have become very disappointed! Many of the items that we get on a regular basis are most of the time, gone. The produce has been awful. I found it very hard to find a decent head of lettuce today. The eggs that were on sale, were gone. Most of the time the Fairlife milk is gone. We were there today in the late morning. Friday, 4x fuel points day, which is probably their busiest day, should be stocked and restocked throughout the day to provide good service for the customers. The donuts in the bakery were horrible. They were dried up and the chocolate frosting was watered down and barely covering the donut. We have been unhappy for several months and have decided we are going to shop elsewhere. It will not be as convenient, but we are tired of it. It is a shame.

The sale tags are put on incorrectly and it is misleading to customers. The lady told me if discount does not apply for the chicken dumplings and it caused irritation because it was a nice deal and I had already went back to grab my things. The lady said it was only for pork and for beef. Clearly, because the stickers are on there for those specifically. I said forget it. I later checked and it was for chicken which I had in my hands. I had already contacted the manager there. They corrected the issue. It would be nice if they used accurate sales on the app rather then having us go all the way to the back twice and then leave feeling like I did something wrong which in fact we both were wrong and wish there could’ve been a better out come.

It’s a decent spot for grocery shopping. Some prices are competitive, while most are fairly average. I’m not a big fan of their bakery items that are labeled as fresh, since many of them are shipped frozen and then thawed in-store. For me, that doesn’t really feel like freshly made bakery food.

It's such a beautiful frys. I love the atmosphere and is always clean. Staff works hard and are friendly. I love coming to sit here and eat my food, instead of in the car. I really like this fresh. Do wish they had solar power awnings in the parking lot, it definitely helps keep the car cooler during our all year round summer seasons, lol. No, really
