It's not bad for the value I like the free vacuums plus you get the air freshener and the wipe for inside your car it seems to do a good job and make your car shine only downside if they don't have a lot of competition in this area so they tend to get real busy

Vacuums work really well and that's about the only reason for a star. Paid $20 for a wash with tire shine and I left very disappointed. The tires had absolutely no shine on them, there were bugs still on the hood and side mirrors as well as bird poop on the hood. I don't ever expect much from these places but this was pretty bad. I wasnt offered nor did I attempt to ask about the 'For any single wash, get 30 days unlimited washes' deal because it was that bad.

It was very expensive. My wash was $18, and left soap scum all over my new car. The free vacuums were nice but smelled awful. There were no towels to wipe my car off to remove all the dirt.

Canceled my monthly plan multiple times but they just keep billing me so every month I have to dispute the charge with credit card company. The wash itself is fine but don’t sign up for a plan because you will have monthly headache when you cancel.

I want a refund ! I came to wash my car at 8pm it sure had no issues taking my money and then they turn off all the vacuums right at 8pm ! Their is no signs , why would you allow your paying customers to pay and then not provide full service . Worst car wash ever ! I need a manger to contact me . I gave the employee my information . I don’t care for a explanation I want my money back . Never going back their again . I always go to cobblestone and the one time I was let me try this new car wash .

While vacuum cleaning my car , this nice young lady came up to see was everything was okay and if we need anything. A minute or two past, she came to cleaning up the areas where customers where cleaning there vehicle to make sure lot was spotted for the next guest.. and offer a wash today 100/100

Just moved to the area and made the mistake of trying to wash the truck with the water from the hose on the house. Whole thing was coated in salt and calcium. I went to 3 Minute Express and their system got rid of all the spots and buildup. Their Tech Anthony was an immense help and explained the best wash option to help get rid of the residue I got on my truck. It worked like a charm! This is probably the best car wash I've been to in the area, and I will definitely be signing up for their monthly subscription. Don't be like me and try to do it yourself at home, just go here first and save yourself the time and hassle. And big shout out to Anthony for all your help!

The old car wash was better, the prices have increased quite a bit and I had water spots all over the windows after going through dryers. Had to clean my windows when I got home. I think this place will be a last resort for us from now on.

This is the only carwash I will ever go to! They have the best suction in their vacuums that I’ve ever seen, my car comes out the best it’s ever been, and the staff are so friendly. I also love that there’s air guns now and still they offer free towels. What more is there to ask for?

Stopped here to have my kids clean the inside of my car. The vaccums worked great, the towels were full. I had to use the restroom, which I hate to do at places like this, and it was very clean! The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend them!

—DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE— I’m not from Arizona, so while searching for a car wash, I came across their ad and a free car wash coupon for their best option, the Desert Shield Wash. I thought it sounded good and decided to give it a try—but I shouldn’t have. After going through the tunnel, I pulled into the vacuum area to wipe off water spots and immediately noticed that my front bumper and hood were still dirty. Upon inspecting the rest of the car, I realized it hadn’t been washed well at all—plus, there were new hard water stains all over the surface. Rather than risk scratching the paint by wiping off the dirt and stains with a dry towel, I pulled up to the entrance and politely asked the attendant for a rewash. His response? He asked if I had received the complimentary dash wipe and air freshener. After confirming that I had, he walked around my car, then tried to sell me a monthly plan, saying I could wash my car up to five times a day. When I declined, he outright refused to rewash my car and told me to leave, even opening the barrier to direct me out before the tunnel. Since I’m not from the area, I won’t be returning anyway—but if you’re looking for a car wash, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Or honestly, just leave your car dirty. It’s better than dealing with poor service and this kind of attitude.
