HORRIBLE!!! $45 plus tip and a hour later my car was done. My windshield had not been cleaned inside. My dash had not been wiped. Cup holder dirty. There was still a shoe print on the glove box. But what topped it all off was that I had a brand new pair of gold diamond studded earrings in my door that I had bought for my neice and they were missing. I called and left messages and have yet to receive a call back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY ROB YOU OF YOUR TIME, MONEY AND BELONGINGS. I have NEVER had anything taken from my car before this.

I've been getting fuel here since 2010, back then I rarely got my car washed and when I did I was satisfied. 2019 to 2020 the prices have gone up, $34.00 for the works wash package, quality has fallen off a bit but they still work hard and are often overwhelmed with the amount of vehicles. I still recommend it to some friends or you can go to Jack's on Herndon and Cedar if you like, to me they're both on par with each other, with Jack's being a bigger pain in the @$$ to get of.

Not a good car wash. Came out almost as dirty as went in. No pre wash just straight into the brushes on dry dirty car leaving scratches all over it. Stay away unless you want your paint destroyed

Excellent service. They DO NOT RUSH to get you out. Make sure you have some time for the works package (approx 30 bucks) But its like a mini detail! Brought my truck in after sitting outside for a month from being out of town and left like new again. Best car wash in Fresno

So I love coming here because it a convient close to my home. Learn something new if your paying top dollars make sure to watch them Clean. Was told that the armor oil for the car is a blue liquid in a spray bottle. Instead they used tire armor for my interior. Hopefully they can retrain their staff better with the material and products.

Always a job well done but they are wayyyyy understaffed. Shouldn't take 1.5 hours for a car wash. Wasn't even particularly busy.

This car wash took 1.5 hours to complete. The line that my car was in was not moving like the other 2. Several people that came after me had their cars done first. One of the guys cleaning my car kept going over to other workers and chatting and he took 2 long breaks while cleaning my car. If I had been able to, I would have just left, but my car was behind other vehicles. I made a complaint and was given excuses. I asked for a refund, but the supervisor said the guys did a good job. They gave me a free car wash for next time, but I gave it to someone else. It took way too long to get the car washed and the customer service from the supervisor was unacceptable. I won't be back.

I've been coming to this car wash for years. After new ownership took over, it has gone down hill. Jack treated his people right and it showed. These new owners have cut so many corners! They refused to make repairs to the drive belt; I experienced being stuck midway through the wash cycle more than once. This just recently was replaced. Consistently poor wash quality, the current wash attendants are annoyed if you don't tip. Sorry, I can't find myself to tip when time after time I regretted tipping based on overall wash quality. Here's to hoping the new owners find a buyer, and quick!! I will not be returning.

Waited for 5 minutes inside in the lane in with soap all over until they had room in front to continue forward. Then waited 5 more minutes under the water rinse. The One hand washing guy did a lousy job in cleaning the passenger side of the car, looks like crap compared to drivers side. Can see huge chunks of the dirty area he missed washing. The rear of car was also half way cleaned also. Never going back to this place. Took too long and the results were awful.

I went to this car wash because it was a hand car wash. First off there was a language barrier. Second I paid $41.99 for inside and out. When I left my car was still dirty. But couldn’t explain that because of the language barrier. I won’t be returning. And what the heck $41.99 my car should of been spotless.

They really spend time on your vehicle even before it goes thru the car wash. They wet it, scrub it & wipe it down. After you go thru the car wash, they dry it off by hand. Which I really appreciate. I go here regularly & I would highly recommend them to everyone. 💯 💯 💯 👍 👍 👍 ‼️ ‼️ ‼️

“Very disappointing experience. The outside of the car was barely cleaned, and they didn’t even touch the interior. For a hand car wash, I expected much better attention to detail. Definitely not worth the money.”

It's somehow it took two people two to three times as long as it takes for me to wash my car myself and then to make it even worse the car wasn't even clean. They told me it was done while I could see a big piece of bird poop from about 8 ft away on the hood that I had to ask them to clean up I wish I actually did a spin around the car and realized that they didn't even clean it entirely Waste of time and money I could have done it entirely myself for three times as fast in less than half the money Don't bother with this place
