Unfortunately I drove over the yellow painted lines on the road (there were no signs stating painting being done) and got it on my car. I searched all over to find someone to remove it and came upon Fred’s Southport. Eli was wonderful and they removed all of the paint from the wheel wells and undercarriage. Hopefully you won’t need this service. Thank you Eli and team.

I made an appointment for a detailing service here online and was excited to get my car washed. I race there after work and when I get there the kind gentleman tells me no detailing today anymore. I said I had an appt. He tells me he sent all the detailers home because it was slow. He also said he had my appointment down for 2:30pm. I showed him the two confirmation emails I received on my phone for 4pm after booking online. I was a little upset since I raced there after work and had to have someone watch my daughter for a couple extra hours but I decided okay I’ll come back tomorrow. Fast forward to the following day after I make an appointment online again. I decide to call and ask for a manager just to make sure I’d be able to get my car detailed that day and to explain what happened just so he knew. The “manager” on the phone was extremely rude, cut me off when I was telling him what had happened by saying he had 5 people waiting there and didn’t have time to be listening to me, and basically go there for the detailing or don’t, he didn’t care. He also basically said I was lying and just didn’t show up for my 2:30 appointment the day before. I hung up the phone. Apparently customer service and experience isn’t a priority here. I decided to go to Splash instead since I didn’t want to take a chance with them treating my car the way they treated me. I’ve literally never written a bad review anywhere and as someone who works in the customer service industry, I’ve never been so disgusted. Negative stars

This use to be the affordable place to get a good car wash Now its 14.00 for exterior only wash and they do a terrible job washing and drying Sooo not worth the money anymore. I drove away with the back of my car still dirty and the car still wet.

Just left. 48 degrees. No car behind us so no reason to rush and not do what we paid for. Paid for best wash. Never touched our wheels/ no brake dust removal. Lazy Lazy Lazy. Drying was just windows. Spent the last 20 minutes cleaning my own wheels and drying both car and wheels white towels because quality has not been taught or expected from the staff. Never again. Not the first time. All these positive reviews must be BS. Too bad as splash’s, Westport Car Wash and even Fred’s Watertown are fine. Southport does a garbage wash. Don’t waste your money! kJ

The one star is because I’ve never been spoken to in such an inappropriate manner after paying for a service. I didn’t pull in to the precise section necessary for the car to get dryed before detailing. I was spoken to so rudely that I had to leave based on how uncomfortable I felt. I am now paying for a second car wash since there are water marks on my car (no one offered to just have the dryer walk a few feet over to dry it). I couldn’t stay to get the interior done because I couldn’t have someone verbally attacking me after paying them $26. I still can’t believe this happened?

Excellent car wash, no waiting. Friendly and fast, coin operated self service vacuum cleaners for a quick or very thorough vacuum. Very handy for the interior and trunk. Extremely convenient location just off I95 Exit 19 on Route 1 in Westport, CT. They offer a variety of services including some detailing. With a diner next door, so you can have a bite as your car is worked on, and a Dunkin Donuts across the street, everything you need is in one area.

You get what you pay for….well, not exactly. I’ve been here a couple times where I’ve paid extra for the wheels and tire shine and didn’t receive it. I’ve brought it to their attention each time and basically have been shrugged off. Quick, inexpensive wash, but it also looks like it. I’ll go elsewhere, pay a bit more, but get a better service.

Told me my car was ready from a detail ten mins after dropping it off, said it was miscommunication and my car was actually being cleaned but when I picked it up and two hours later this is the after of the “Ultimate Interior Super Clean” save your money and go elsewhere, seems they rushed and don’t care to be thorough, sand and dirt still in the seats and trunk, car wasn’t even very dirty to begin with so extremely disappointing

Staff member was for no reason rude and dismissive... Never received an apology after multiple attempts to discuss situation with manager/owner... Canceled my monthly auto-debit account only to find that they have now been fraudulently billing it for 5 months... Necessitates filing a claim with the BBB...

The prices are getting outrageous. But also one thing that is bothering me is I overheard two workers talking and apparently the tips we as customers give to the workers I guess they will not be going to the workers anymore. So I will not be giving my money to this establishment anymore if the “tips” will not even be going to its employees. So what it will all go to the owner. So they jack up the prices and take their workers money. Not cool talk about lack of ethics and integrity.

I purchased a gift card from his Watertown , Ct location, and they sold the location to another car wash company. I have been calling the Southport location for weeks and nobody ever answers. Never got my car detailed and they just disappeared. Don’t by gift cards!!!

Aside from car never really getting clean I have a monthly unlimited membership. Tried cancelling by contacting w info given, response online was “someone will get back to me”. Should be able to simply cancel AND no one ever replied a full week later! Contacting BBB, unacceptable business practice.

Possible Scam Alert!! Authorized $21 debit charge for 1 month of unlimited car washes and now being charge $39.34 each month. When offered by employee in July he never explained I was signed up for a recurring charge. Met with owner/operator who refused to credit or cancel the recurring charge. I have to wonder how many are being charged unknowingly. Have disputed charges with BoA.

Careful when giving them a credit card for a single car wash. They slap a bar code on your windshield without any explanation. Next time you are in the single lane, they scan the bar code, waive you through and later on if you check your credit card statement, there is a $31.89 charge on it. Good luck trying to reach somebody. The credit card company has of course been notified. This is not a good way to get and keep customers
