used the quarter wash no price listed on how much it took to turn it on put in 2.25 and nothing then used my card it charged me 10 bucks on top of my coins for a crappy wash.. stay away from this scam.

No trash cans to empty any trash you find into while cleaning out your car so bring your own trash bag. In a cashless world, they offer the ability to use the vacuums by using a debit card but the last 4 times I have been there to try to vacuum out my car, none of the three vacuum card readers worked. Bring cash or head to the Mobil station on the other end of town.

I went in there for a tire rotation. After sitting in the parking lot for some time someone finally came out and asked what I needed. I told him I needed a tire rotation. He told me no because someone is on there way to get 4 tires and he didn’t have time.I other time I went in for a oil change and paid for a full service and all I got was a oil change. They didn’t check any of my fluids

Went to get oil change and it took not even 5 min one guy stood in front of my car. I felt someone underneath trying to take filter off then the guy came and got my money 75$ and then comes back with my receipt. Asked if I knew how to reset oil so I did then he says your all set total of 4 min. I never seen anyone check my tires or my other fluids. Very disappointed

Terrible customer service. I was about to start the drying at 4:20 when they close at five. I was going to set it for 35 min so I could get out before they close. The guy came in and said you don’t want to start that. I asked why and he said I didn’t have much time. I said I would just do like 35 mins me be out before five. He said I had to be out by 4:45 because he really wants to close up. He asked me to leave so me and my wet clothes had no where else to dry. Change the closing time to 4:45 if we can’t be there past then. That’s what closed means… smh

Arrived 30 minutes before they opened to guarantee I would be first in for an oil change as I had another appointment to get to. They open at 9. Every employee showed up a minute before 9, completely ignored me and started shoveling the maybe 1” we had gotten yesterday (2/20/25) morning. At 9:15, someone finally came up and told me it was going to be “awhile because they had to clean all this up first.” I’m sorry, but if your business opens at 9 for customers, you should be ready to assist customers. Arrive early to shovel if needed or have a plow company come. Why was it so necessary to have all 4 employees there shoveling, before pulling me into the garage for a quick oil change?!? You could’ve gone back to shoveling after. I left with NO service and will not come back.

I had memberships for both of my cars for the car wash at this place and it did a decent job. Not the greatest but I started getting my oil change there on both of my cars. The last time I went I took my Jeep. They were unsure as to how much oil to put in because I had a different dipstick in it which shouldn't make a difference based on the size of the engine. You should know how much oil to put in. I left didn't check the oil level. My mistake they didn't put any oil in my vehicle and now I'm $500 to $600 into repairing my vehicl because of their negligence. Avoid this place at all costs

Couldn't get my truck inside. Not bigger truck friendly, BUT, the staff were very understanding and directed me to the DIY wash just a few yards away. Would recommend.

Have used the drive through wash in the past, no issues or complaints. Low rating is in regards to bad pricing on the 'self wash' section: I did a <3.5 minute 'quick wash' myself, assuming this would be a cheap alternative in a rush. I was charged $15... >$4 per minute to use the self wash? This seems ridiculous. Please update the pricing or have clearer signs clearly depicting cost of service, and I will revisit and revise this review.

We currently have 3 out of 4 washing machines still full of water and that have run out of time. The people running the place are of absolutely NO help, nor do they care. We have to try and get our soaked laundry out of these old broken down machines. Then to a place to get them dryed out. This is a nightmare.

Terrible car wash, way overpriced. $5 gets you like 4 minutes. Wasn't even enough time to rinse and use the foam brush let alone rinse. Had to put in more quarters and it didn't chime when I got down to the last 30 seconds so I had to rinse the car with eater bottles because I am NOT spending $10 to do it myself when I could have went to Tommy express and gotten it washed and waxed with ceramic weather shield for the same price. I will be going to clio or saginaw to wash my car in the future.

Poor quality car wash and will not stop subscription after leaving numerous messages with employees. I’ve called them for two months trying to cancel membership because of the poor quality Carwash and have never received a phone call back from the owners. I have talked with three different employees and they say this is what the owners do consistently to people who try to cancel their membership.

Frankenmuth Car Care for a car wash is absolutely terrible. The purpose of going there is to get your car washed without having to get out of your vehicle. They are making people go to the bay because of their laziness and unwillingness to do their job. Save your money and go somewhere else that does a better job and deserves your money. that business has become nothing more than stuck up privilege Frankenmuth mentality I will never be returning there again. Take the extra 15 minutes and go to Fast Eddie’s in Clio, cheaper and a much better job with quality service.

Be more family friendly. Times are hard on people and you have stuck up businesses that would rather make money and scare off potential customers over quarters. Maybe post a policy and not yell at people.

Paid $19 for a "platinum" wash package. Trunk was left untouched - visible dirt still on trunk of vehicle. Not expecting perfection from an automatic car wash, but for $19 there should no longer be visible dirt on the vehicle. Several cosmetic blemishes appeared on sides and hood of vehicle after using wash. A scratch here or there is to be expected from an automatic car wash, however not to this extent.
