I do not like the way your company does the processes. I’ve been use to the previous company that was there. Two changes that are annoying: signs up stating free vacuums with purchase of a car wash and the sales people you have at the gates. The guy I got would not stop trying to sell me an unlimited plan, I finally had to tell him ring me up for the plan I asked for now or I’m leaving.

Do not come here I’ve been a member for a while now and this place scratched up the whole roof top of my challenge ‘19 it’s very noticeable please don’t waste your money even if it’s fast and cheap just go to the full circle car wash !!!! I hope this helps someone been a member for a year + btw and this is what happens

Workers are cool and helpful , it was just I went for a car wash the machine was spinning to fast and hard and damaged my driver side mirror . Hopefully we can get that fix cuz I like coming here

I Went to get my car washed and thier machine broke my driver side mirror. I brought it up to a worker and said they were not responsible for their machine destroying my mirror. Thanks to this i gotta pay to have my mirror fixed.Paid 20$ just to have my mirror destroyed. Will not return.

So great to have this places in my route home. Your think one car wash is like the rest, but this place has an awesome machine for your rugs (see picture). It gets the did hair off too which I could never manage with the normal free vacuums. Best part, this doesn't even cost extra to use! Car came out pretty clean, but I always have an issue with the RAV4 getting a good clean on the backside. Not something unique to this was, but the only place I could room for improvement. Staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kenny who helped us get set up, showed me the awesome carpet machine, and personally washed the back that got missed the first time around.

Been going here for a year never had any issues. They just recently changed ownership. Came to get a wash 10mins before 8pm. Mind you they use to close at 9pm. But staff didn't even notify me of the schedule change they now close at 8pm. Vacuum shut off on me mid way through. They should be a little more transparent with there hours. And have some type of grace period for those cars that made in on time or just close the line 10-15 minutes before 8pm.

This location used to be Francis and Sons, and I was a loyal customer because of the convenience and service. Since it changed to Cobblestone Auto Spa, things have gone downhill — especially the hours. It used to close at 9 PM, which was perfect during the summer. After the sun went down, it was the ideal time to wash our vehicles. Now it closes at 8 PM, and by 7:30 PM they’re already picking up all the towels and starting to shut things down. What’s worse, I was never notified about the ownership change or the new hours. I had to ask one of the workers, and they said it changed two weeks ago. That’s unacceptable communication for paying members. Unfortunately, this no longer works for me. I’ll be canceling my membership and looking for a place that values customer convenience and transparency.

This car wash is awesome I like the bug wash but it seems like my car gets cleaner here versus some of the other ones I've tried and it's fairly reasonable I would definitely come back here again they get a line when they're busy but it seems to go pretty fast

PLEASE provide the staff that are currently required to stand at the entrance to the carwash a tall barstool! Its absurd that they are required to just stand there or lean against a pole for long periods of time, especially in the heat. There is nothing unprofessional about having a employee in this position sitting on a tall barstool while there are no customers. As soon as a customer drives up, they stand and attend to them. Also consider adding a water misting set up for them. These seem like common sense and basic items that are not expensive but can make a huge difference on a employees morale. It also really shows customers that you truely care about your employees. I was parked near the QT for over a half hour and watched the current set up. I also briefly talked to the employee there and asked about it. I was told that a barstool would be a positive addition to their workstation.

There were new scratches in the paint of my brand new 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie. This was the first car wash since I picked it up two weeks ago. Filed a complaint form and viewed the video of it going into the car wash. There was no evidence of any scratches showing in the videos. The employee that reviewed the video, took a picture of it.

Great location, always clean and customer service never disappoints me. I came in unsure about which wash I wanted, but Ziggy took the time to explain all the benefits of an unlimited wash plan, also clearly and answered every question I had. I never felt pressured — just informed. After realizing how much value it offered, and how many locations Cobblestone has I decided to go for it. Super glad I did! So disappointed. My visit started off bad. I was met by a young lady who was going to take my payment. I told her which wash I wanted and she began with her speal about the unlimited. I get it, she is doing her job. I told her politely I was not interested. She started again. Again, I firmly told her I was not interested. She started again.... When I told her the third time NO! I told her I understood she was doing her job but I was not interested. She told me I was very rude for not listening to her. I told her I could choose another place to have my car washed and she told me yes, that is my choice. Go ahead. So that is what I will have to do. I feel every time I want to purchase something, I am accosted by.. . donate, tip, purchase memberships, extended warranties, credit cards. People, this is how you get taken advantage of. It's often difficult to cancel these items or you forget that you have a subscription that you continually pay for, for years and never use. Just let me get my car washed without any hassle.
