Have a monthly pass with Francis & Sons and get great value out of it. Usually go once a week and the team makes sure my truck is spotless inside and out. Staff is always super friendly and willing to help. Only downside for me personally is the upsell for details. Doesn't happen all the time of course and I understand it part of the business but wanted to be transparent.

I paid for the VIP service, which was fine. However, when they were done with my car...the flap/cover to my cigarette charger was broken off in the center console. Everyone from the guy who vacuums the car to the ladies who finish the car, denied breaking it. I get it, it was an accident. Not looking for blame. But, when I was told to speak with the manager, Jose...he told me "Well your car is old. I can give you a discount on future car washes." My car is in excellent condition and has nothing to do with the fact somehow a car piece was broken and missing. My car was not in the condition in which it arrived. I'm a long time customer. I didn't appreciate the response and lack of responsibility on behalf of the business. BEWARE. I doubt I'll ever go back.

I thought a car wash was for washing cars. They told us our car was too dirty, so they were going to charge us $30, which was double. The car was washed 2 days ago, and we drove in rain . I would say that was a bit of an up sale. We said no, and they were not busy.

This place is terrible. I got the “VIP” wash which is supposed to include an interior cleaning and leather conditioner. Instead there were a ridiculous number of areas that were missed or done poorly. The exterior of my car still had dirt on it in places from not being properly wiped down. Furthermore, it seemed like zero care was placed towards performing the wash I paid for. I watched as every car got the exact same services done, which seemed like a very basic wash, despite customers paying for extra services. I will NEVER visit this car wash again. It was pathetic.

Went through the express wash $11 option. The machine did pretty well for a drive through wash, they offer free vacuuming and compressed air to clean your car quicker! I’m not a fan of details from these types of places, usually I’ll do a wax detail myself or hire a detailer, so no comment on that service. Will be back and may even look into the monthly pass!

My husband and I own SUV’s that are several years old and were in need of major detail work. We took our vehicles here and they washed, polished/waxed the exterior, removed the haze from the headlights, vacuumed & shampooed the carpets and did a complete leather treatment. They did an amazing job, and our vehicles look brand new! We highly recommend this facility!

Is it possible to give 0 stars? This place was AWFUL. I asked for a car wash with vacuum / light cleaning on the inside. The salesman (Caleb) told me he would give it to me for $200. I pointed to the sign and said "I thought it was 45 dollars". He said that was only for the outside, the inside was 110. Shows me a paper with the pricing, says I need a wax (apparently there's no options for a cheaper wash even though I asked multiple times...), says he's giving me this great deal, he'll throw in XYZ for free. He spoke fast and there wasn't anyone else around to speak with. He kept telling me the signs weren't accurate and he's the manager (?!?!?!) so he can name the prices. I'm a female, young and I was alone. We get to the "register" outside and he says that since it's such a good deal he's unable to override the pricing and now it'll be $229. I know at this point I'm being scammed so l say no, find me something cheaper. Suddenly he's able to override the pricing and give it to me for exactly 200 dollars. I felt bullied and he kept telling me there was no way to get a wash for cheaper… throwing around his “manager” title constantly. 40-ish minutes later my car was done and it was the single worst car wash l've ever gotten. My toddler could have cleaned my car better. The door had a huge white mark on it that came off with just my finger, wheel wells were filthy, the seats and floor mats weren't even vacuumed, and there was a giant handprint on the door. They also spilled something in my drink holder and it wasn't even cleaned(so sticky!) It's a shame because my parents have used this car wash several times and somehow the exact same wash (but done better) is around 60 dollars but mine was $200 and absolute trash. If I wanted to get ripped off, there's plenty of other car washes I could go to. If Caleb tries to assist you, RUN. What a joke.

I just went through their drive thru wash, and it scratched the roof of my car and my left two tires. I just got this car a few weeks ago and am extremely disappointed that going through this car wash caused so much damage.

This is by far the worst car wash I have ever been to. I went there once a few years ago, and said I would never go back, but I did and I regret it. The old guy is creepy and unfriendly, he wrote a number on my window that never came off with the car wash. I had to rub out 3 bird poops that the wash didn't do and the windshield had dots of soap all over it. All the garbage cans were full and they only came out to empty them because I was wearing a skirt. They are definitely creepy and when I told them my car was still dirty, they pretended they didn't know what I said. Save your money and go somewhere else that cares about the service they provide.

Pretty obvious that Ray “I don’t have to tell you my last name” has zero concern about reviews. But here goes anyway. Horrible service and the wash was the same as service. Then they charge $150 plus for a horrible job.

On Saturday January 28th 2023, an attendant refused to let me use the car wash unless I paid $30 to have “mud” removed (picture provided). I explained to him that it was not mud, rather salt from the roads as I had been up in Flagstaff. He continued to argue exclaiming that I was wrong. Went to the car wash 1 mile down the street and had no issue. Came out perfectly clean. Will never return.

This place is laughable. After being a customer for a year, owner tried to up charge me $10 to wash dust off the car prior to the car wash. Money better spent at others nearby.

I have used other car washing places before here. I really like the service they provide. Paid just for the basic car wash was charged $17.99. Vacuumed inside of vehicle. Then washed. Toweled dry. Overall good service. I believe that people have to go and see what new changes are made. The employees seemed to be nice and pleasant.

Don’t come here unless you enjoy a rude experience . Drove into the lot 5:45 (they close at 6) to just use the automatic car wash didn’t want them to dry it or vacuum just a quick wash . As I pulled up an older gentleman with gray short hair threw up his hands in an annoyed matter stared at me and made faces to his colleague. I immediately turned around and left. I called them right after and a woman let me know they close at 6. Let her know the issue. I would understand being annoyed if I drove in 5:59 but 15 minutes ahead for a minute car wash.

Completely comical experience. My fiancé and I went there this morning. She was driving one of our 4 trucks there while I was driving the new $55k one we purchased last night. We thought it would be a nice gesture to vacuum out and wash the one she was driving as we were on our way to sell it. We both parked and started vacuuming out the old one. Buddy comes out of nowhere and says “you can’t use our free services when there are paying customers”. We’re young, in our early 30’s. Felt as though we were completely profiled as being cheapies. I’ll be sure none of our personal vehicles or our business vehicles ever enter this location again. Just lost 5 vehicles getting washed weekly at $20 a pop- not to mention monthly interior details. Completely tactless. If I could leave no star I would.
