Just wanted to give my kudos to this place. I bought the interior wash that was $240. It came with a free car wash. They did a great job cleaning my wine stained seats. The whole process took about 3 hours. I also had some sticky glue-like substance on my windshield from a melted phone mount - they removed it without me having to ask or pay more. They also did a thorough job cleaning the crevices of my trunk and under my seats. When I drive my car I feel like I just bought it. I tip my hat to the hardworking and thorough workers here!

Been coming here almost 20 yrs and manager Brian is cool and willing to make deals on prepaid vouxhers. Thats how they maintain cashflow to stay in business. But the service and quality has declined. Recent ICE enforcement ran off most of their staff. I was there when thet opened on a Saturday and it took 45+ minutes for a wash. Windshield was streaky, debris on the floor mats. I have 3 prepaid coupons left but i expect they will be closed before I can use them. And frankly the quality and speed ia so bad, i dont really want to. I can do a better job faster myself.

Interesting encounter here,.. I paid extra for the deluxe car wash, which included vacuuming. Well, in vacuuming, they seemed to pull off the mats in order to vacuum the interior carpet underneath without first vacuuming said mats. In doing that, they pulled the mat off and dumped the dirt onto the seat. Getting all of the dirt and debris on the seat interior and they did not vacuum the seat off afterward. So in receiving my the car after the car wash, there was dirt all over the seats. So I paid extra for them to transfer the dirt from my floor to the top of my seats,.. Not exactly the car wash I was hoping for. The basic exterior wash was satisfactory. However I paid for the better wash,.. and was NOT impressed.

On April 28th, 2025, I purchased the regular wash for $29.99. After my car came out of the car wash my rear passenger tire was completely flat. My tire wasn’t flat when I got there. Felipe, the manager refused to take any responsibility for the flat. He blamed me and said that I ran over something on the way there. He refused to give me a refund. I will never go back.

Not happy at all with the $60.00 carwash Lots of durty spots, you can tell the poor job with the hand wax, the lights where durty. I will never comback to this place and definitely wont recommend it to anyone.

No signage or information given. Currently sitting on hundreds of dollars of outstanding vouchers that I likely won't be able to use.

I regret not reading the reviews before choosing this location for a deluxe car wash. I paid $35.99 for a comprehensive wash for my midsize SUV that promised to clean everything inside and out, including the dashboard. Instead, the young Hispanic employee delivered essentially a basic car wash. He completely neglected the inside windows and left my dashboard covered in dust. The manager had to step in multiple times to instruct him to redo the window cleaning. Despite tipping the employee $8 for his effort, I felt misled by his demeanor. I left the facility furious, staring at the dirty insides of my vehicle and a dusty dashboard. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to read the reviews first. I only came here because my usual car wash at Harbor Car Wash was closed for renovations. I will NEVER return to this place again!

I just paid $40 and the guy didn't use the air hose, didn't clean the inside except for the dash, nor sunroof, no doors or console and didn't clean the outside or inside of my windshield! THIS PLACE HAS REALLY GONE DOWNHILL! Last time I was here they didn't clean the inside of the windshield either. $40!!! Basically just dried the outside without the airhose so I have water streaks everywhere!!! Poor management too!!

So I brought my car here for the first time today and it was an absolute rip off! The guy charged me $150 for a wash and to wipe down my interior. They left dry sap on the back of my car and they didn’t even vacuum above where rear passengers seat belts, speakers, rear window, and didn’t rub off some sticky adhesive off my front window are! I’ll never bring my car to this place ever again!

I’ve been coming here for a while because it’s close and they always do a thorough job. They recently reopened after being closed for a month, so expect longer wait times since they’re a bit understaffed right now. Today it took an hour (normally takes 25-30 min), but my car came out looking spotless. Just bring a book, relax, and let them take their time—you’ll drive away with a spic-and-span car. Also, if you purchased the coupon books in the past, they still work.

Awful experience. I’ve been coming here for years and the place has declined immensely. My car sat in the sun for over 15 minutes after being washed, water spots dried over the entire vehicle, way over priced for a terrible job. The inside wasn’t cleaned well either. Will not be coming back and will not be recommending to anyone. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Shampooed my car they said!!!!! I PAID 200 dollars!!!! They didn’t vacuum anything under the seats nothing and didn’t shampoo my carpet like they said they would do. They didn’t do their job I still have sap spots outside on my car! They said they were going to buff them out and didn’t. When it came to picking up my car we showed up they said they were closed and we said you have our number and said that you will call when it’s ready! They were trying to keep my car I threatened to call the cops and all of a sudden I can get my car back. My husband went in and saw the sticky note with his number and name. Liars and thieves do not come here!!!!!!!

I’ve be coming here for a few years and the place has declined dramatically. first of all, they raise their prices and what do you get for that? A Terrible Job!!! Used a dirty rag to clean my windshield and left a film that took me forever to get off. Car wasn’t even cleaned. Half ass vacuum job, barely wiped down. And to top it off, it took forever. they used to have quick turnaround. I suggest you down go elsewhere. This place is a mess now.

I used to love this place.....I always pay for the Super Wash ($40) and for that price I expect my car to be clean. When I was driving home it was obvious the top of my Tesla and the back window were never wiped down. There were still water spots and even bird droppings. The interior and exterior both looked like someone rushed through it. I literally had to clean the exterior myself. This was my last attempt at giving this place another chance. The new workers are LAZY and CARELESS. Please bring back the old employees!!!! They actually took pride in their work and knew how to clean a car properly
