Great place for a touch-free car wash, just make sure you go when it's not too busy or you'll be waiting quite a while because each wash is like 4-6 minutes per car, but I do enjoy this place every time I go 🙂

Had a slight problem at the Fishkill location, was surprised as heck when I got a response and actual action the very next day! I've been a loyal customer ever since, I even got an actual handwritten note of apology and most importantly to me at least, they took responsibility. That's a class act in this day and age of pushing the blame on any and everything except the business or service provider in question. I've since lost the note from the corporate contact, I think maybe her name was Allison? Also received one from the location manager, not handwritten but personalized and again, accepting responsibility. Loyal customer here, the wash does a great job for an automated one, not like a lot of halfway dry still soapy ones around here. Plus the mat cleaner is free! Can't even get air free anywhere besides one chain of stores that I can think of. Well worth the price, which is average in my experience.

When you live in a condo and can't do the wash yourself in the middle of the night (I get out of work at 2am) it's nice to have a place that's lit to wash and detail the cars.

Spent $30 for robotic exterior only wash yesterday. Outrageous price for more outrageous lousy results— car still has dirt spots and water spots on glass. Just terrible! Wasn’t worth $5.

I am a long time customer- my dad had me on his plan when I first started driving and I’ve advanced into my own plan and now sharing a plan with my significant other. Over the years never any serious issues. I’ve had little scuffs happen from the soft touch and they were buffable, if not wiped away with the microfiber cloth. But never have I ever run through any of the foam and wash car wash’s and had so many scuffs come out from one wash. I wash my car zealously and typical alway wipe it down. If not this location it’s others as I work in Poughkeepsie. This location is my primary as I live almost right behind it and typically does a good job. Friday afternoon 02/21 I went through the soft touch at this location, went to wipe it down in my drive way as the vacuum spots was completely full and I live 2 mins down the road. I found multiple stuffs and scratches. I took a video as I was finding them. Called the customer service line was connected with location in Poughkeepsie and transferred to get no answer at this location. I left a detailed vm- and was told by my significant other to go back immediately. I made a report at the location. Received call today from owner Adam to come in so he can look at the car. I left work as I would not be able to come in the rest of the week. Adam was nice said he was sorry for the incident and he would grab one thing and come look at my car. As we are walking around my car and I’m showing each scuff he is placing blame primarily on the recent snow storm and me not being able to effectively clean my car off with out damaging my car - he’s pretty much telling me all the marks were mostly due to my snow removal skills and u must of used a scraper to get the ice off and the only scratch confirmed caused by the wash is on camera and it only caught the one on top of my hood and due to the angles of the camera it’s hard to say it was caused by the wash. As he’s looking at the car and telling me this I can’t help but scoff and I explained to him I’m very particular about my car, I know better then to use the plastic scraper ect and I added I was home all day, it warmed up enough I didn’t need to do much to get it off my car as it had melted and then I came to this location to let the car wash get any extra snow/ ice off along with any salt. And he then said well I see this a lot people come in and say it’s the soft touch when the soft touch is not able to actually scratch the car. I can only transfer plastic on plastic scuffs, which are buffable, then proceeded to use his own store bought compound made by meguiar’s and shows me on one of the scuffs it should come right out although it did not fully come off. He then adds if you have an electric buffer it will save you some time. I then said so your expecting me to go out buy that stuff and buff out all the scuffs your was made in my car and he said yes we used to have a detail shop and we would send customers with this issue over but it’s now closed and we don’t do that anymore. I then explain that this situation is frustrating as I left work to come here for this since he’s only here per his message 2 days of the week and I would not be able to address it any other day just to be told I’ll have to spend more money and my time to fix the errors his car wash caused and he told me yes. I then said that’s sad being I’m a long time member and essentially you just wasted my time and caused me to lose out on money and informed me of having to spend my own money to fix the issue. Adam did not have much more to say I requested he let me take a picture of the compound and he exchange my towels and he did. At the end of this I’m very disappointed as Kieth who took my complain made it seem like this happens and Adamn is a honorable person and would make the situation right but infact just made me feel as if it was my fault I’m incompetent on snow removal and it’s my problem to figure out when this is not the case. Mind you I was not the only one that day with the same issue!! Only added a few screenshots from my video. But it’s worse in the video.

It use to be a good car wash . I dont know if they are cheaping out or things just aren't working . But last few times I paid for the most expensive wash and I do not get all the things that it list and if you do its like they use very little product. The drying and tire shine is non existent. Car also sometimes comes out just as dirty or if not dirtier.

Just got off the road from an 800 mile trip from Kentucky. I went through a snow storm which iced my car with mud and ice. The guys did an extra job on areas that were called in ice, came out beautiful!!!

Such a waste of money. We went through the no touch service line and it did absolutely nothing and my car is still dirty. The machine just sprays soap/cleaner/water but it never actually wipes the car, so the entire wash was basically useless. Would not recommend. Vacuums are also not included in the price of a car wash. Its a rip-off!

I recently got the unlimited membership and unfortunately the car wash scratched my car leaving swirl marks.. The worker also scratched my car with the washer hose prior to entering the car wash. Very disappointed not worth washing your car in the soft cloth car wash as it leaves damage to your car.
