I have been a customer since the center opened. Lately they use all three lanes to sell monthly plans even the flash pass lane. This slows everything down. Today 5/3/2025 the outer lane (Flash Pass) was once again being used to sell plans. I waited 10 minutes for the to sell one plan. After that sale one other car in front of me went. When I got to the gate it said thank you then went to wait for gate. At that point three cars in each of the inner two lanes the gate opened letting a total of six car jump ahead of me. I complained to the person selling plans and all I got was sorry. Then another two cars went before I complained again now eight car a head on me. At that point he opened the gate. I just drove off and will be canceling my plan of $49.95 per month. Poor customer service and poorly operated.

Car wash scratched my new truck from front to back, I alerted manager and he says scratches were already there or a cat did it. Truck is 3 weeks old and only been washed there came from next door where I just spent over 225k owned by the same people I will never do business there again, took car to in town Auto body and they confirmed it's the car wash dirty water recycled water, anyone want to see it i will be glad to show you! Loyal customer just dismissed..had plans on swapping 5 more trucks this year..back to Dodge

The woman manager that works there on the weekend is extremely rude. Sometimes the system gets messed up or they don’t know how to run it or both and they will give the cheapest wash, regardless of what you paid for. Most car washes give you what you pay for and don’t require a receipt lol kinda goes without saying.

They always shut down 2 lanes out of three. No matter the time of day. Flash turns into angry wash. After a year of aggrevation I had to cancel. The workers are rude always on there phones. Hartford avenue location, killingly st always has lanes open

Place scratches the hell out of your car cause they recycle the water and also allow open truck beds to go through and they don’t powerwash the car prior to the wash even though it’s sitting right there the one on park ave is the oldest and everything is broken the killingly street one and the other one in Johnston are the best cause there brand new also the prices are very high for what you get they do make it right however I got a detail I paid for and from going through the car wash so much black tire shine 🛞 has stuck inside my wheel well cause of the brake dust and the tire particles so now I have to find a real detail place to scrape the inside wheel wells and calipers etc

On many occasion when I’m going through the car wash and the car has been washed and rinsed an employee is power washing the floor and walls and as my car is being dried all that filth and grime from the walls and floor are being splashed onto my car and the driver side is now filthy after going through the car wash. This has happened many many times and now I have canceled my membership. I do not recommend this car wash.

Though it was a busy Sunday afternoon, I waited less than 10 minutes for me to pay and go into the wash. What made it okay was that the line kept moving, more or less. There are attendants that will help you sometimes but I did it on my own and it was easy to do. At $19 the "Gold" wash covered all the basics (wash & dry) plus an undercarriage clean. Perhaps it was a tad pricey for a single wash. As I had hoped my car came out clean and surprisingly dry.
