Had a wonderful experience thanks to Thomas and his great customer service, who ensured I was knowledgeable of all the benefits between each wash and help guide me toward the best method suited for my car’s current condition. The results of the Ultimate Wash came out fantastic, which left me barely having to manually clean any of the exterior myself after the heavy snow lately. Overall, a great experience and would visit again!

Great experience at Flagstop car wash. Delontay was incredibly helpful, personable and friendly. He even came over and help take our trash at he was emptying cans. The attention to customers service is great. Will definitely recommend to friend, we will be back.

Great place to get a quick wash and (diy) vacuum your car out. Super friendly staff, Joyce guided us through the process and ensured we had fresh towels for our interior. Great prices too! I've seen much higher prices at similar places with a lot older equipment so this is definitely a spot I'll come back to.

Very pleasant. Great customer service and very informative. Miss Linda and the light skin do with the curls help me today and they convinced me to sign up for the $13.99 a month deal which I could definitely use on this big truck because ain’t nobody got time for washing this big truck all the time. I would like to share my positive experience at the Flag Stop location on 8833 Staples Mill Road. Thomas and his teammate were upbeat and welcoming. I greatly appreciated their knowledge and personable demeanor. My car really enjoyed her bath! She came out sparkly clean and with a little help from me drying her and vacuuming we headed home very pleased. I can recommend Flagstop and their services/employees without hesitation.

The Customer service is excellent Delontay was kind and helpful with showing me how to use the Mat Cleaner he did not hesitate to help with any questions or concerns I had. Great experience, was surprised by the amount of cleaning supplies provided in the outdoor bays. Items included microfiber towels, brushes, all purpose cleaner, window cleaner on top of vacuums, rubber mat cleaning tub and complimentary washer fluid. Well worth the price!
