I would like to share my positive experience at the Flag Stop location on 8833 Staples Mill Road. Thomas and his teammate were upbeat and welcoming. I greatly appreciated their knowledge and personable demeanor. My car really enjoyed her bath! Great experience, was surprised by the amount of cleaning supplies provided in the outdoor bays. Items included microfiber towels, brushes, all purpose cleaner, window cleaner on top of vacuums, rubber mat cleaning tub and complimentary washer fluid. Well worth the price!
