Typically I have a good experience here but this last two times has been disappointing. I had to take pictures it was so bad. I paid $76 bc I included interior mat cleaning, wheel shine and spray wax. When I got in the SUV I still had dirt on the mats (weather tech) dust on the seats and they hadn't vacuumed thoroughly at all. Hopefully service picks back up because it wasn't busy that day at all.

These people are criminals. They signed me up for a promotion and then they steal money out of my account monthly. when I called their office they said I signed a contract that they cannot produce and they will not refund my money. They're thieves!!! Do not sign up with them unless you want them to steal your money out of your account. I went to the Bowie location

I took my daughter's Honda Accord coupe to the Bowie location today. This was my first time at this business. The gentleman in the front was really good at explaining the services and the differences between each. I opted for the top of the line service which was 44- 50 dollars. Sat in the car through the car wash, which was fine. After the wash is done, you have to pull around for the "full service" experience. This is where the final drying, vacuuming, glass and interior cleaning takes place. Most car washes have glass windows where you can observe your car being serviced. This one does not. Here, you dont see your vehicle again until it comes out on the other side. When the young man signaled that my vehicle was ready to go, I observe that the outside of the vehicle was clean (I just washed and waxed the car a couple of days ago, so I knew that wasn't going to be an issue). The interior had been vacuumed. The glass however was not clean. The front windshield had some wipe marks where you could see that someone had wiped the glass on the inside, however, it was still cloudy/dirty. The side windows had water spots from the car wash, so I knew no one wiped the windows on the outside. The front door windows had been wiped on the Inside, but NONE of the back windows were cleaned at all, as they were still cloudy/dirty. The reality is that I can clean the windows myself..... But I chose to pay for the service so I would not have to. To have paid almost 50 dollars for this car wash, I can say that I am not satisfied with the service that was provided today. I gave them 2 stars because the young man in the beginning of the experience was polite and knowledgable. The overall service did not meet my expectations for how much it costs. I've gone to less expensive places that have given much better service, in my opinion.

This is a very dishonest business. I went in the store and ordered the monthly unlimited basic wash. I ended up being charged for the deluxe and NEVER, NOT ONCE, did I get the service on the deluxe: no undercarriage wash, no waxing, nothing on the package! I didn't complain because I never realized they were charging me more than the basic so I figured I paid for basic, I get the basic. Come to find out, I was being charged the Deluxe with no deluxe service. I complained to the manager and sales person and was assured I'd get my refund back. Well, not! Not even for the new charge even though I cancelled my membership right away at the store. You're crooked and I hope my money you took without giving me what's due choke each and everyone of you over there. Disgusting! Dishonest!

I was charged a membership/subscription for over a year. I went in for a one-time carwash in August 2024, because my children wanted to go to car wash. I never signed up for membership. I never even received notifications via text, email of recurring transactions. They also increased price as well. I live 15 minutes and have a family van with many little one's, you'd think if I had a membership I would frequent within a 15 month period. I didn't get a membership package. The attendant was processing people through during that time. This is shady practice. They didn't even have my full contact information on file when I called.

Edit: 5/12/2025 Twice now out of my last 3 times here the car wash has stopped during the car washing cycle. I don't know if it's the guys getting the cars to clean the interior of vehicles or what. Either way it needs to be rectified. I will say that at least it finished the cycle this time as the last time it stopped....it didn't. Let me start by saying I'm not really one of those people who has to wash their car every week/month. I tried Flagship out for the 1st this this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised. They have 3 lanes for you to pick your wash along with very polite attendant (at least the young lady who was there Sunday morning 6/2/2024 was). After your wash if you didn't get the interior package they have ample FREE vacuums for you to use to clean out your car AND they provide towels for you to dry your car off with as well. I highly recommend this location for all your car wash needs

The wash is automatic. They only had one employee that sprayed down the driver's side of the car before Everton the wash. I know they're trying to move cars through the interior cleaning, but my floor mats had water in them when they were finished with the interior. For a quick cleaning, this particular franchise is ok. I think I'll go to my regular self-wash car washto do it myself next time I wasn't a little more done.

I went in for a routine car wash with two rubber floor mats and somehow left with only one. I was told the missing mat was likely put into another customer’s car, which is honestly unacceptable. When I brought it to their attention, all I received was a repeated “I’m sorry.” No solution. No attempt to locate it. No compensation. The manager didn’t offer to make it right in any way. I’ve had this car for five years and have gone to multiple car wash locations—not once has anyone ever lost my rubber mats. The first time it happens is here, and the response was basically “oh well.” Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters, and this was handled poorly. I expected better accountability and customer service.

This is truly one of the worst Carwashes (Bowie location) I’ve ever been to. They have randomly been closed during regular operating hours, their vacuum stations rarely have towels ready to use, and even those stations are sometimes closed when the Carwash is operational. I have a monthly membership and will be cancelling.

Disappointing waste of $44! I went to Flagship on Crain Highway - Bowie on 9/4/25 and purchased the Flagship Wash (highest one). Not only did I have to ask for the standing water left on the floor mats be cleaned up, the rest of the car inside was just unclean. I am speaking about the basics: Windows not cleaned (look at the pic with the other car in frame and the smudges across the lower half are actually the inside of the car window that they did NOT clean), there was loose fuzz floating around, unwiped water on the seats and all of the seats looked as if they had not been wiped or vacuumed. I took a few photos before I cleaned up what should have been taken care of during my service. And I stupidly left a tip in the "tip box" - no wonder they put that inside so you leave a tip before you see your actual car and the less than stellar work! **Update** 8/11/25 - I emailed the address the same day I posted this review (I saw from other reviews this would be asked). I got an email saying the same canned things everyone else received telling me to email the customer service and someone would contact me to 'make it right'. Hmmm ... I had already emailed that address and yet no-one reached out. So this seems like a standard reply trying to make it seem like they care and will listen to make amends for the poor service received.

Paid $47 for a rushed job. There was still so much that needed to be vacuumed I just went and finished the job myself. They did not clean my cup holders well at all still stuff all in it. The seats were not well vacuumed well just a waste of my $47. Very disappointing. This is my first time back after the ownership changed over from the original company. This is just disappointing.

The line went pretty quickly BUT I Paid for the Deluxe package and it didn't even clean the car or rims nor put tire dressing. Didn't dry tge car good either. Unimpressed and I'm glad I didn't allow the worker to talk me into the monthly package. Won't be going back. One plus was the air blower to blow first and water off if car

I love this car wash it's fast and the vacuum on the inside is great, and the shine to my car and tires is also great. The prices isn't that bad depending on what you get done. If you don't want them to vacuum, or you just want to go over what they have already done. There is a self service vacuum area. On the inside they use to have it where you could buy something to eat or drink while you wait, cards, and bags. But everytime I go in the day time there is nothing. The chairs and tables are comfortable to sit at while you wait. CVS is right next door as well. Just check it out for yourself!!

This was an absolute waste of $44. I got flagship package because there was a lot of salt spot and dirt on the outside and inside the car. The exterior wash cleaned it decent except for the grill. However, the inside cleaning was the worst. There was water left on all the windows. The washed the mats but the rest of inside was still dirty. They’re supposed to air purge the dirt but it doesn’t look like they did that at all. It looks like a wet cloth with lint was used to clean the glass because now I have streaks and lint on all of them. They gave me a coupon to wash again when I complained. The second time was just the same. Don’t waste your money here. Edit: in reply to the business, I’ve already been there a second time because their first wash was so bad. If you want to make it right, start giving refunds on these terrible washes.

Do not go to this car wash, especially this location! I wish I could give it 0 stars!! My husband was there on 9/18/25 to get our vehicle washed and there was a car jam in the tunnel that resulted in our car repeatedly hitting the back of the truck in front of him due to the vehicle being on the conveyor belt and my husband was unable to stop it. After the staff stopped it, my husband took pictures of the damage and asked the site manager who he should contact to address the issue. He was ignored by the site manager, who proceeded to call the police and when he arrived, he wrote up an incident report about the accident and was very helpful and empathetic to my husband. There was another manager on-site from a different location who was also helpful and suggested that my husband take our vehicles to the Edgewater location in the future. We have 3 vehicles registered with Flagship but the companies failure to respond to our emails to correct this matter is very unprofessional and disheartening so we will no longer patronize this company. One additional thing to note is that the driver of the truck in front of our vehicle experienced the same thing at this same location on a different occasion where there was a jam and his truck was hitting another vehicle. He was also ignored and has been very responsive with our insurance company as being a witness in this incident. If you want to risk damage to your car and the company not taking responsibility, then go to Flagship in Bowie. Otherwise, choose a more reputable car wash.

Greeter was nice. Honored my first-time coupon. Next, had to ask for coupe trunk to be vacuumed. The canvas returned with like sand. They agreed to dust it. Got home and noticed rims dirty, back brake light chipped & spoiler ripped off. I drove back and asked for spoiler, In case machine spat it out..... Manager said nothing was turned in. Sigh, I should have cleaned my convertible. Porsche boxster S. by hand.

I had a membership here for 10+ years, way before Flagship bought this wash from Whip Clean. Always had 2 cars on my membership. I sold one of my vehicles and walked inside to cancel the membership for that vehicle. I realized they were still charging me 6 months later for both memberships. No big deal, just give me a refund please. They tell me that their policy is no refunds. Yeah, for a service that I used already, not for you charging me for a service that was not authorized. Then I asked at least for a credit to my account. Their reply was, “Is there anything else I can help you with?”. If that is the reputation they want then cool. I’ll happily take my money and purchase a membership elsewhere. Attached are screenshots from the emails.

The Bowie Flagship Carwash is terrible. I can’t believe I paid $44 for the same results as a $10 gas station car wash. When they were “done,” the front of my car was covered in dead bugs and bird droppings still. They “cleaned” it again for about 15 seconds and still didn’t clean it properly. The rims were half cleaned. They didn’t clean the windows at all. When they washed the mats, they dripped water all over my seats. I do not recommend this place!

Worst experience ever at a car wash first off never had one that did a job so quick got there at 1:08 in then by 1:20pm telling me the car was ready luckily I looked because I couldn't believe it was done already the whole 3rd row wasn't clean when I asked the lady to add that when I was getting the ticket. They were a little irritated but took it back and did it. Well let's just say it was the worst clean ever they totally did a half job on it returned it still wet and barely vacuumed. I had my 2 young boys with me and had to grab a rag and clean up the water. Then when I got home had to clean it again which is ridiculous never had to do that after getting my car "cleaned" let's just saw I will never return and will stick to doing it myself or going all the way to Glen Bernie for a place that does an awesome job and charges the same amount. Save your money and go else where this place is a joke.
