Money thrown in the trash I don’t know what type of cleaning this is. Pictures explain it all I would have never spent money on this service if I would have known just horrible! Also I tried to get their attention and they just gave me a rag and walked away so I was wiping the dust off. It didn’t even look like it got cleaned it didn’t even get vacuumed correctly an 8 year old would have done a better job at cleaning it.

Looking like new money! This is an excellent car wash. I got the Platinum Full Service Wash which is now $32 and $5 for the Ceramic Shine. So I spent in total $37. A bit pricey but the car looks great and you are in and quick - they vacuum and dry the car for you as you watch.

Your car Will look washed but it will not be thorough. I got the full service and the inside of my car looks like my 7 year old was responsible for wiping it down. My pictures were taken before I pulled off the lot. They barely wiped down the inside. Actually I don’t think they wipe the inside a at all. Got a membership and this is every time.

After today, I’m officially finding a new car wash. I literally just came from getting a car wash here and it amazes me the amount of people they have working here and my car still comes out dirty. I see the women wipe down my windows and as you can see, they are still dirty. I also asked the man at the beginning what hot wax and the car shield does and I couldn’t even understand him. It’s like they hire people who do not know anything about cars. It’s not hard to miss the dirt on a white car especially on the front bumper and yet the people with rags overlooked it. Everyone should stop supporting this car wash. As an update, I called the provided number, as directed in the response, to see if this company actually has some type of procedures to make sure workers are providing quality work and customers’ concerns are being addressed. That has not happened! I received my car wash on Feb. 2 and called the number the following business day. I spoke to a woman named Misty who acted surprised that I was calling when I told her someone on here told me to call the number. The resolution was to offer me a $40 coupon for a car wash. I informed Misty that that was not sufficient to accommodate me for not receiving a quality car wash because there are other customers who have made reviews in the same week as me who did not receive a good clean on the inside of their car. So why would I take my car back to a place that I was unsatisfied with and which other customers have made recent reviews with pictures of their car still looking dirty. I asked for a refund and she said that the company’s policy is not to give refunds, but she will send notes over to the company and they will get back to me. I asked her how long it will take for the company to get back to me and she said she did not know, “they are busy”, they will contact you in a few business days. Feb. 13 I called the number again and spoke with Irene who stated it would take 5 business days for someone to reach out to me. I then told Irene that it was past 5 business days. To date, this company has not contacted me and it is almost 3 weeks since I received my car wash.

I’m mad I had to give them a star! I do not give this car wash my money anymore! Both Waldorf locations do a half job at cleaning out your car such as vacuuming and wiping down. I was paying for the Ultimate package monthly over $70.00 for no reason. They would have to take my car back around each time because they would leave trash, seats not vacuumed. Then they would say it’s not apart of my package. I stopped complaining and just go out the area.

If I could put 0 stars i definitely would! I have been to this car wash a few times and I had never ever been so disappointed just like the way I was today. I took my moms cars to the car wash because I THOUGHT they would clean it better than me doing it at home but i was completely wrong they usually clean the seats but they did not even reached to the back sits this time! they did not vacuum well the driver side or any other side! in the back they left a bottle which is considered trash!! I had more trash in the car but I PUT THE TRASH ON A TRASH BAG to make it easier for them to just take it out! they put a piece of tape on the rear windshield and they left it over there after the car wash i went to CVS and notice the tape and the dirt under it! I had to come home and clean it from the inside and the rims again. I don’t recommend this car wash anymore! in my opinion i will just spend my money on a clean kit and clean my cars at home instead of wasting money! I hope this business doesn’t keep losing customers because of the lack of energy and effort from the employees!

Paid $44 bucks for their full service because I didn’t have time to clean my car and this is how it came out… not worth it at all. Didn’t clean the side skirts, exhaust tips or remove bugs from the front bumper. Inside is still dirty too. Better off cleaning your own car at home.

Be AWARE ! Please do not support this business ! The service is horrible, no one is never around to speak with you. Workers are rude also. Not to mention my vehicle was damaged by one of the employees and the District Manager refused to cover its damages although the driver is on video doing just exactly what I referenced. I got them though. No worries. Will be reporting to the better business bureau too !

I selected this carwash because it utilizes the conveyor belt transport system. My MINI Coupe sits low to the ground, which is often problematic with the conventional carwash rail transport systems. The wash through the tunnel seemed adequate: plenty of soap, the brushes were not very stressful on the exterior; and the rinse was thorough. However, the "hands-on" part of the process left me dissatisfied. The process is unique in that the conveyor belt creeps along at a pace that would seem to allow the staff to give each vehicle the proper cleaning and wipe down. Unfortunately, in my case, the rear window was streaked, the inside door and rear hatch channels were not wiped and, while my tires received the shine application, my wheels were not cleaned, thoroughly. The price was competitive for that level of service, but the the delivery of that service was less than expected.

This is the only location I visit. I usually leave here completely satisfied. If and when I ever have an issue I advised one of the team members or manager and they immediately address the matter. I am completely satisfied with my membership here!

I've got to say, I was really disappointed with my recent car wash experience here. As a parent of two small kids, my car takes a beating, so I was hoping for a cleaning that justified the $44 price. Unfortunately, the service fell short. The exterior was nice, but the interior was lackluster. Even if a wipe-down isn't standard, I expected more than just a vacuum, especially with dust left on my doors and debris in the crevices. For $44, I expected a little more attention to detail.

Literally spent $44 just to get crappy service. They rushed to clean my car mind you there was noone in line behind me, so there was no absolute reason to rush. smh. I dont appreciate the service, its not the same anymore. I will never be returning.

Not all locations are the same. This location has an individual that hits all the buttons for you. I was only looking for an exterior wash. Looks like I paid for a full service instead. I guess my own fault for not going to the same location I normally go to. I'd recommend to stay away from this one.

They cut entirely too many corners. Skipping vacuuming, not spraying off weather mats, streaky window cleaning, poorly drying cars. To be clear it's not the company as the other Waldorf location is phenomenal.......the employees seem to be ok with simply "going through the motion". Easy fix!

$44!?! For nearly $50 I expected my car to at least be given a decent wipe down. Aside from the exterior, you would never know that I visited Flagship less than 10 minutes ago. This was my experience when they first opened as well which caused me to not to visit again until today. I thought the quality of their service would improve, sadly it did not.

I’ve given this location several chances and they’ve never done a great job but this is by far the worst experience ever. I’ve only owned this truck 13 days and my truck left with scratches that it never had before. They had to take my truck through the bay twice because I complained about my truck still being dirty when it first came out and the results were no different when they brought it out the second time. I purchased the $44 wash and I now have scratches on a truck that I haven’t paid the first note on and it’s STILL DIRTY. These photos are after they cleaned it for a second time. Watermarks, scratches and still dirty…..thank you Flagship, your service is the worst.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Paid $44 for the worst interior clean. My rubber mats were not taken out and washed, I had to ask for that to be done. There was still dried liquid on my doors, seats and center consul on both sides. I asked the guy 3 times to redo it and it was still terrible. My cup holders and center console not vacuumed well. I asked the guy to take it back through and he just looked at me and walked away.

Flagship Car Wash – Waldorf (St. Patrick’s Drive) I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Flagship Car Wash today. The team did an exceptional job—my car came out immaculate, spotless, and looking brand new. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the attention to detail truly stood out. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
