Was happy with the service. Only problem was that an oil change and tire rotation took over 2 1/2 hours which was a little ridiculous. But, all in all, it was fine.

I would highly recommend 5 Star Ford in Warner Robins Georgia, they are very kind, courteous and professional, and always take up the time with you if you have any questions or concerns.

I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and this has been he worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had an 8 am "diagnostic appointment" to determine what parts were needed to do some warranty issues. We dropped the truck off and come Wed, had not heard ANYTHING from anyone. I call Wed eve to see what was going on and was told they would call me back. Thirs rols around, still no communication, so I call back again Thur and was told they were waiting on a door latch and it should be in and complete worst case by Fri. Mon week rolls around, STILL NO CALL BK, so we go get the truck because we couldnt go any longer without the vehicle. We pick the truck up and I ask what had been completed and what wa left to do??? Nobody knew!!!! We drive truck and it doesn't seem like ANYTHING has been done, so I call back Wed and speak with a manager to find out of anything had been done and was told he would call back, NOTHING!!!! So we still have no idea what work was completed if any.

I first took my F150 to Riverside Ford in Macon because I was getting a strange vibration when the transmission was under load—around 45mph and between 1500–2000 RPMs. They diagnosed it as a bad torque converter and quoted me $5,400 for the repair. At first, that seemed outrageous, but after doing some research and making calls, I realized that was actually a pretty standard price for this repair. Still, $5,400 is a lot of money. So, I started getting quotes from other Ford dealerships in the area. That’s when I got in touch with Scott, the Parts Department Manager at Five Star Ford. Super helpful guy—he broke down why the repair costs so much and then told me they could actually beat the other quotes. And they did. What started out as a $5,400 repair turned into a $4,000 repair at Five Star, and they had the parts on hand. On top of that, they finished the work in just 3 days—way faster than anyone else told me it would take. Huge thanks to Scott and the whole team at Five Star Ford. You’ve definitely earned my business for as long as I’m in the area.

Salesperson Ryan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had. After knowing what I wanted to buy, I was able to buy the vehicle completely being absent from the dealership. I was able to shop around and not feel pressured from Ryan

Always have my service done at Five Star Ford on Russell Pkwy. I drop my car off in the morning and driven to work. They call when service is complete which is way earlier than I expect, and then they come get me when I get off work and we go back to the dealership. I've never had anything but excellent service at Five Star and employees are extra sweet as well as very professional.

Exactly what you'd expect from a dealer. It was fine. Just overpriced, if you are able to do it yourself you should. I didnt have them do more than half of what they found because of price. I since have fixed everything on my car for 1500 instead of the quoted 9k

Alvin is the BEST! He is the most personable, knowledgeable, and kind service person I have ever dealt with. This is the best Ford Service personnel I have ever encountered. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

When my car stopped on highway 75 near Arabi GA just 3 hours into our Florida to Wisconsin road trip, i didn’t know where to go for service. AAA+ provided me with a free 55 mile tow to Five Star Ford. They had a hybrid technician there, Steve, who was very quick to diagnose the problem with our 2016 Ford Fusion and get us back on the road. Friendly service staff and a comfortable waiting room. Our car ran well afterwards and we arrived safely in Wisconsin. Thank you Steve!

the staff is amazing and very friendly. i wanted to come on monday but was told that i would have to get worked in and that it would be better if i had an appointment. i agreed to schedule and my appointment was for 8am today. i think everyone’s appointment was that time. i was there for an oil change and a diagnostic test on my sound system. an hour after arriving i start seeing people that came in for bigger services start to leave and new people started to arrive. (they do have a man that comes in to check on everyone and offers rides home and to work which is amazing however i live 2 hours away, still an awesome service). after waiting over 2 hours my vehicle was finally ready however the diagnostic test was not completed. i was informed that i would have to wait a few more hours or bring the vehicle back. so i scheduled for next week and im praying that my warranty covers whatever the issue is.

I just had a simple oil and filter change. My only negative issue with this visit was, when I got back in my vehicle, the mechanic had left lots of straw and other debris from his/ her shoes all over my driver’s side floor mat. That may seem like a small petty issue but, I pride myself on keeping my vehicle immaculate inside and out. He or she should have ensured that the vehicle is returned as clean as it was when they took it. Simple professionalism and courtesy is all I ask. I did tell and show one if the service advisors.

I had my first visit with the Ford service department last week. I will preface this by saying I have an unhealthy attachment to my Bronco Stroppe. The thought of handing anyone the keys to Kirbie makes me nervous. When I arrived I met Alvin who immediately put me at ease. He answered all my questions and was efficient. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Also I will say this I came in for a recall. I have heard complaints about the number of recalls on the Bronco. This was my second, both were software. Hear me out. 🤔 There are other car manufacturers who know of major defects and will not issue recalls. Some even issue recalls in other countries but not the US. Some will issue recalls that could cause fatalities but have no timeline to actually repair. They just let you know that your brakes could give out so be careful. So yeah I’m okay with Ford actually issuing recalls. Just get the Bronco. You’ll love it.

A very good experience at Five Star Ford. It wasn’t like the old days of high pressure salesmen. Salesperson Tom Hicks was very helpful and patient answering my questions and letting me take my time and test drive different vehicles. The pricing was right and the purchase went smoothly. I’m very satisfied and can highly recommend them.

As a customer, if you value your time and prefer to be treated with professionalism and respect, Five Star Service in Warner Robins is NOT the place for you. Despite making an appointment over a week in advance, driving over an hour to be on time for an 8:15 am appointment, we we’re told that we’d “just have to wait” and they could not even guarantee our vehicle would be evaluated that day. The extremely rude lady at the desk (who initially made the appointment) felt it was fine to be disrespectful to us, but called in her manager when she felt we were disrespectful to her and we were told to leave. Now we’ve paid thousands for a warranty they will not honor.

Was visiting family and had to get my Navigator serviced. Misti, the service advisor was incredible. Always super polite, informative and good to work with. The team managed dealing with my extended service warranty company and kept me in the loop. It took a long time, but that's because they had so much work to do. I would recommend them again!
